I took my truck there because it wasn't running smoothly. They recommended $2000 worth of work. Long story short I took it to another shop and it was that a wire on cylinder 8 was broken and come couple hundred dollars.I went back to the shop and they conveniently lost the records I showed them the charges on my CC and they still had no idea what they work on the truck. And refused to give me a refund.Absolute scam artists.

Kremko Automotive is by far the best auto shop I ve ever been to. Ray and his staff are very helpful, communicative, honest and efficient. I ve recommended this shop to everyone I personally know. Don t waste your time going anywhere else!

My Fleet Ford F-150 was brought here to get a Texas inspection after it failed 3 weeks prior, due to a possible OBD port issue from a company issued dash camera for Insurance purposes.They found out it was worse than before and wouldn't pull data. I was not charged, but was offered diagnostics, and a professional attitude about it all. If I can get my company to shell out for diagnosing the issue, I'd bring it back here in a heart beat.

Paid for bumper to bumper inspection for vehicle. Wanted estimates to fix issues found. I gave list of issues that I was already aware existed. Ray, mgr. would not give me paperwork of repairs needed and estimates for me to review until after I paid $150 plus tax. List was basically printed sheet of what I had described . There were no recommended solutions or even estimates to fix issues. One issue was rain getting into cabin, Ray stated would have to charge me an additional $150 diagnostics fee to take vehicle out back and spray water from water hose to diagnose leaking. I stated that was part of what I paid for already. Ray got upset and pointed to his head and said that I had mental issues. I felt I needed to separate myself from Ray, went to get in my vehicle and Ray followed me out to my vehicle, continued to say I had mental health issues and then criticized appearance of my vehicle. I felt unsafe by Ray's demeanor and comments so I got in my vehicle to leave. Ray put his hands on my door and kept verbally harassing me. I told him to take his hands off my vehicle so I could leave. As I started to leave, Ray shouted at me.don't come back big boy. Terrible experience at this business. Ray was verbally abusive about my body. Two days later other work that I paid for failed. Due to Ray's insulting and aggressive demeanor, I do not feel safe going back to kremco for warranty service. Paid over $800.00 for service not provided and poor workmanship on other service.. If not for standing next to busy street, I feel Ray would have physically assaulted me.If possible, I would rate it Zero stars.

My brakes make a horrendous squeaking noise. I took him to this place and they said that they were going to charge me 185 and then offered me a bill for $770 after reading comments below it looks like this is common practice for them.stay far away !

Thank you to Rey and the team for squeezing me on a Monday and fixing my brakes. He gave me an honest rundown and let me know that my brakes were in good condition and just needed a cleaning and adjustment. Thank you for the honest and fast service.

Great, speedy service and good communication. I had a bad experience with TWO 78704 shops just prior to choosing KREMKO---so getting actual good service was a breath of fresh air. Highly recommended!

Ray went above and beyond for me! I originally took my car to another car shop and had a diagnostics test done to figure out the reason my car was puttering. The cost to fix it was expensive! I decided to take it to KREMKO. I informed them of the diagnostics test and the part that was needed to fix it, they ordered the part and charged me about $200 less. After installing the part that the other car shop had recommended, Ray called and informed me it did not fix the problem. By the time I went to pick up my car later that afternoon, he had fixed the problem and charged me very minimal for the part that was needed. He could have moved on to another car but he took his time to help me fix the problem! I really appreciate the time he took to take care of my car! Great service, great mechanic, great person!!

This place is great. Great service, great people, great prices.To expand, I previously took my car to another shop down the street and they were trying to rake me over the coals and overcharge me for non-existent problems. Luckily I know a lot about cars and called them out on their deception. After that I brought it to Kremko, and they took care of me relatively quick for a great price. Bring your car here, they're honest people.

So I am a long time customer of this place around 10 years. I knew the original owner a nice man named Jack which the place was named after. Jack sold his place to the current owner. I admit the owner has done good work for me in the past but around 3 years ago I noticed that certain actions that have taken place have soured my view of the place. They have made repairs that I was not aware of the cost, for instance they removed a fan blade that was in an old truck that was smacking into the body I did not ask them to do this but they did it anyway it was not part of the repairs I asked them to do. Around 3 months ago just before Covid happened my battery started to die. I took it to them they found the battery might be bad and I told them to put in a new one. Okay the only problem was they cleaned the battery cables and charged me 30 dollars for that. I never asked for that I just wanted a battery put in I could have gone to auto zone and saved myself 30 bucks. After the car battery was changed I noticed that the engine shakes now when it reaches 30 miles per hour and again when it reaches 60 it wasn't doing that before. I thought it might be bad gas so I put in fuel injector but that didn't really help. Can't really take it back to them because they would just say "Why didn't you bring it in right away?"Just right now today I went in for an oil change when I came out after having left my car there for 4 hours I find the rear view mirror had come loose from the windshield. I get it easy fix but I shouldn't have to pay 6.98 for that I left it in good trust in their care the very least they could do is offer to pay the cost of the glue for me I would do it if I borrowed a friends care and his mirror fell off while in my care. This is the last straw I will never come here again.So an update a few hours later the owner called and he had decided to get me some glue for my mirror and even helped me put it on. I hadn't put this on before but it has mostly been his son I have been dealing with the last few times I have come over. I wish the owner would be the one to deal with and not the son he seems more customer service friendly or maybe just old school like me in any case he was very helpful and has redeemed the company a bit in my eyes. I don't know if I will ever go back to these people anyways for anything more than an oil change however but I feel that this last service I got was fair and I am now satisfied. So I will raise my review to 2 stars from 1

This place is great! Ray was very professional and knowledgeable. He's done work on my SUV a couple of times already and it's been great every single time. If he can he'll, work with you and try and save you money. I already made plans to go back and finish up on other work that still needs to be done. I highly recommend Kremko Automotive if you ever need honest and dependable work done on your vehicle. Keep up the fantastic work guys!!! I'll be seeing you all soon! Thank you Ray!!

Excellent service - I ve used Kremko multiple times and I ve found they always tell me the truth about what s going on with my car, even if it doesn t lead to a big payout for them. For this reason, I trust that they ll take care of my car and charge me fairly. Great business, glad I found them. Highly recommend!

I have an old Nissan 300zx that most mechanics refuse to touch, and these guys always go way above and beyond to help me out. I've had a lot of work done with them and prices are always fair- I won't take my car anywhere else.

They do good work with very knowledgeable mechanics on hand. They made my repair company use genuine GM parts when the company tried to go cheap. I m happy about that.

So i went in this automotive shop called Kremko Car Care needing an oil change which is a pretty simple job but boy did they make it an even greater experience! Just the way the greet you already makes you feel like you re one of the boys. These guys do everything from just offering you water or coffee, to making sure your car gets the proper care it needs. They have very good social ethic and people skills which to me is very impressive because you don t really see that in other automotive shops. Most importantly, they got the job done and in a very good and timely manner. True doctors for cars. They definitely get a 10/10 in my book. Good work guys keep it up!

Came for a state inspection for vehicle registration renewal. They did a great job and were very courteous and professional. I ll be back in the future if I am in need of services, I definitely prefer supporting a local shop versus a chain business. Thanks!

I called ahead of time to make sure they could fit me in quickly due to a busy schedule. Lady that answered the phone said there was no one ahead of me and it should only be 20 minute wait for the entire oil change process. I said "That's great, I'll be there in about 20-30 minutes." I arrived 25 minutes later and the lady up front (who I spoke with on the phone) said the only mechanic on duty had JUST left for lunch and might be back in 45 minutes. So now I'm going to wait around for another hour and a half possibly? No way, I called ahead of time so I could take care of this errand with my hectic schedule. The employee was extremely lackadaisical with regard to customer service. I'll no longer be frequenting this business. I've been going here for years (even before it became Kremco) and it's gotten progressively worse each visit. I'm gonna look for a Groupon somewhere else cheaper and with better customer service mentality. If you want to keep customers coming back, act like you want them there!

A repair shop that lives up to it's marquee.The claims of bringing back "Honesty, Dependability and Affordability" ring true. They always do the work you ask for them to do in a very timely manner. And while they're not the type of place to scavenge under the hood for a myriad of other problems, they will politely notify you should anything come to their attention.

Had a really bad experience with them. They charged me twice without actually doing the work. This happened because they told me that the two parts I bought from different retailers were defective but on further investigation, they did not install the second part but still charged me for the labor. Will not recommend them.
