Needed to have my pothole-damaged alloy wheel rim replaced with a front end alignment done. Porter was great to work with -- he gave me great advice on having a refurbished rim drop shipped from an online vendor to their Oak Hill shop. Their friendly team was patient with me and respectful of my concerns. Repair done on time and priced well. A+ experience! Thank you!

Been a customer for around 14 years. I purchased a set of four tires and recently got a nail in one of my tires. I was going to meet a friend of mine who needed another set of four tires (Recommendation), and then get my nail Issue fixed.On their website, you could schedule an appointment which I did, but the next day I received an email that I could not make an appointment and just had to come down there. Because of the mishap, I felt I should call and confirm. They said it was a three hour wait, which is unreasonable for a 15 minute fix, so I planned to go down there when they opened at 7:30 in the morning.I also asked them Does Klingerman fix flat tires and nails if you purchase a set of four tires? -I was told yes on the phone. It took me 40 minutes to drive down there in rush-hour traffic to make it at 7:30 in the morning (avoiding a three hour wait )to be told that it would cost me $35 because I didn t buy a roadside assistance warranty.I declined to pay the $35 because I don t want to Support an entity that doesn t have any accountability for their actions. I will not be Recommending their services anymore either.

Hate to leave a bad review, actually my first.Worst service experience in a long time , absolutely no communication, worst experience in a long time . In the process of speaking with district rep at the moment.I have been bringing my vehicles here for years, but today s visit has me seriously considering a different shop in the future. This isn t the same place that has earned all the five stars,reviews and I wish it still was .

I started bringing my truck here bc they could change a diesel engine oil. Now they can t seem to get that done in less than a 4 hour wait. Nor can they check to see if they have the oil and filter prior to draining your oil. Since the policy is first come first served, and they don t check for parts or materials until you come up in the line, luck is a big part of how long a service will take. I guess I m unlucky with this pace.

Went here to get a tire patch. Was told it would take about 1 Hr ended up taking 2 hrs with multiple people being serviced before me. They didn t touch my car until I told them it had been 1 Hr. When returning my car to me they said I needed 1 new tire and gave me an overpriced estimate of $300. I declined that offer and paid. Then they printed me a receipt saying I needed an alignment and I declined that as well when they didn t tell me about it until after I paid. Over all very poor service and communication, would not return.Update: Their regional manager reached out and apologized for their service issues and refunded my money.

These guys have a great reputation but today I also had my best customer service experience in years. Thomas at the front desk let me know over the phone that they could get me in for an inspection if I came right away. Thomas made sure the whole waiting room was in a good mood with his amiable personality while working through transactions with speed and grace.

I couldn t get to This location because of construction. The attempt to confirm the appt before is where my additional star came from. But do uh really need to text me to confirm when you could just have a better website that does it all for you?!Apparently car inspections don t need an appointment, even though they make you schedule one when booking online. Confusing for the customer journey.Lots of room for improvement.

Have a had bad experiences with not only them giving me the wrong invoice for someone else s car but now my husband had gone to them for an alignment and they did a horrible job.

I've gone to Klingemann for years to help with my car maintenance and questions. They are always very responsive, explain things clearly and always have positive attitudes. On occasion, I've had to wait a few days for my car work to be completed because they are backed up, but they always tell me up front and I really appreciate that honesty. Never had a disappointing experience with them. I definitely recommend Klingemann!

Took my car here for state inspection. I love that it's first come, first serve, and the guys that answer the phones and work at the desk are always pleasant and helpful.

just a note moved in the city about 2 months ago had a some car trouble so went to the garage for help asked if they could listen to a noise they said for $105.00 we can inspect it not so helpful so I went to a different garage same question they came out took a second & told me I had an exhaust leak brought it in & repaired it and on my way ( not a way to get new customers)

They always look extremely busy, but they're efficient and helpful. Their waiting area is clean. The desk fellas are kind and thorough. Their technicians do a great job.

Left my car to get my tire fixed and oil change. My hub cap came off a week later and as I'm getting a oil change again, my K/N air filters were replaced by a standard filter. Avoid this place at all cost.

The website says they do appts for inspection but they don't, first com e, first serve. They open at 7:30am, I was their at 7:45 and it was a three hour wait. I asked about when was the best time to come, they said first thing in the morning. I said it is the first thing in the morning, prefer you just drop it off. Not helpful when just have one car.

Such a great place to get your auto work done! We had a front wheel alignment and the price was the cheapest around BUT they use high tech gear to get the work done. I was stunned by their speed and professional behavior at the front desk...SUCH a great place. My wife/kids were amazed it only took an hour, after we walked in. We will be back !!

These used to be pretty reliable folks, but the last few times their trying like Firestone to upsell even if not needed. I recently got an inspection, and their trying to sell me tires, telling me I had excessive wear on tires that had less than 4000 miles. And then tried to suggest I need a four wheel alignment, plus a laundry list of repairs that were not needed.Then didn't tighten the oil pan bolt enough and it leaked all over my driveway.They need to focus on the serviceNot the sell!Tony HallonquistIn response to owners reply;I have two vehicles. The one in question is the GMC which I didn't purchase until 2020 and immediately had you all put 2 new tires on the front. Plus about $3000 of repairs.We may have done an alignment then (I gotta check my records).That vehicle has only about 4000 miles on those 2 tires...And you all suggested I needed 4 and an alignment.That is also the vehicle with the loose oil pan bolt.Tony H

I have a new car. Inspection/oil change. Straight forward and easy. When I drove an old car they were honest about repairs. I didn't get the feeling they were trying to get as much money as they could from me. So, they must have a steady and busy business. Which is a good sign.

Amazing service! These guys are friendly and outgoing plus even though it s not necessary they have a nice little charging unit for all phones. A car inspection took about 20 minutes and cost less than 20$! I called after getting my inspection because my break emergency light was on and it was because the Emergency break was left up after the inspection (talk about being a goober on my part). The man who picked up didn t make fun of me which was more than warranted and was very polite! If you are going to complain about them leaving the AC on full blast or them adjusting your seat too much then clearly you are extremely high maintenance and need to assess your princess/prince attitude (The reviewer Chris) but if you want quick, friendly and awesome service then there is no place else I can recommend.

Amazing service! I cant say enough about their friendliness! They told me it would be 30 minutes but they finished in 15. I felt like i had just sat down when they finished up because everyone was so friendly.Completely separate instance, i needed a unique tire ASAP and they were the only place in South Austin that could get it in time, it also just so happened that they were by far the lowest price.Could not recommend them enough!

Klingemann's is the most honest service center I've dealt with. On two separate occasions they've gone out of their way to save me money. How often do you hear a service provider say "We overquoted you" ?They're honest and they do great work.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Needed a tire swap and a 4wheel alignment. Easy check in process with up front pricing. Work was done to satisfaction. Will be back whenever my car needs more work

They did my front brakes, full replacement. The brakes don t sound annoying anymore and they work.They were quick and finished when they told me they would. It was a little expensive imo but worth it.

I've come here for years to get service on multiple cars. I've always received high-quality work at a fair price. Usually they were able to start working on my car immediately, with no delays. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. I love this place.

I was visiting Austin today and the battery on my car died. I jumped it and took to to this locally owned business. The experience was phenomenal. The staff was professional, friendly, and performed the battery swap in a very timely manne at a very competitive price. I was very impressed with how clean the entire facility was both inside and out. It is obvious they take pride in what they do. I would strongly encourage anyone reading this to trust these fine people with all your automotive needs.
