First customer of the day. Lobby was dirty, trash can overflowing with old bags of fast food, half full bottles of water and coffee cups on the waiting room tables. In order to put in a cabin filter in the cab of my truck, they took everything out of my glove compartment and left it all dumped on the passenger side floor. They fully reclined the passenger seat and left it that way when I got in my truck to leave. Customer service is a joke.

Top-notch service. Clearly explained items recommended for maintenance. They weren t pushy, rather friendly and shared an order of priority on the recommended preventative items. Thanks to James, Dalon, Jeremy and Luke. Appreciate the tips. FYI, cleanest mechanic station I ve seen!

Nothing Jiffy about this Jiffy Lube. Took quite a while, and there was only one person ahead of me had to move packages. They were right behind the vehicle that were blocking the way. It was just on organized.

Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Explained the procedure in detail and made other observations they saw in my vehicle. But, they didn't try and push unnecessary services. And they were extremely fast with their service.

I like the guys but all the suggested sales are over the top. I get they want to make money, but even after being told I dont want anything other than an oil change and air in my tires, they had to make one more suggested sale for services that may or may not be needed. I hate to think of how many uninformed women come in there and spend tons on services they may not need.

$110 for an oil change (5 quarts of oil) is absolutely insane. Oil and filter costs less $30. Sent my daughter there because usually jiffy lube is quick, easy, and affordable. I could ve used a Groupon in Austin at tons of places for half that price. Just another business out here taking advantage of people by price gouging. Horrible!!!

They were fast. But by the time I got home, there was smoke pouring from under the hood. The dip stick was left sticking out about 6 inches and oil had dropped onto the exhaust.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Guys seemed to be friendly. However, did not check tire pressure, or ask what type of oil was desired. Got a shock when I checked out. Will not be going back as they are almost 40 higher on a standard synethic oil change.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

New store. Staff was friendly and attentive to my concerns. Oil change took all of 10 minutes. Knocked off a star for the $50 cabin filter I later found online for $10.

Showed up at 8:30 (they open at 8am) and there is no body here at all. How can you confirm your hours on google then not be on time for opening the location.

The service was quick and easy. The only issue was this location said they wouldn t honor the $20 off coupon that Jiffy Lube keeps sending because of that type of Jiffy Lube business they were, as they pointed to some framed certificate that means nothing to me. I don t care what type of Jiffy Lube they are, they should be honoring what is emailed to their customers.Service: Oil change

Caught them stealing! They charged me $40 to rotate tires. I got home and saw my discreet chalk markings on the same tires as before they were "rotated." And no, I didn't take it back. I don't feel like I owe them the chance to make it right. And no, I'll never go back.

My experiences with Jiffy Lubes have been very hit and miss. I came here for an inspection and oil change because it had good reviews. Staff was very professional, service was fast, a great overall experience.

Great new location for the Belterra / Dripping Springs Area. The approach is a little tricky with access on the back of the store via Four side Blvd. They have a shorter service queue and an efficient staff.
