This is a great shop! The techs are very friendly and knowledgeable. The shop is clean and organized. They are attentive to what my needs are and listen to understand. I ve never been up sold on things I did not require or need. They are quick, efficient, and have a little fun. Highly recommend!

The Jiffy Lube location in Rollingwood is absolutely incredible. The team goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. They're fast, professional and courteous. I consider the manager and two employees as my brother's. For this reason, I am a loyal customer. I always recommend the Rollingwood location to my family and friends. Unfortunately, I cannot provide names because I did not need a copy of the receipt. I went to Jiffy Lube on Friday, January 19th around 3pm. I hope this survey is shared with the team because they deserve the recognition for their excellent customer service. Thank you!!

Had a wonderful experience at this location! Very quick and great service. Thanks Montrelle, Alex, and Bryan!We tried to get our oil changed at two other jiffy lubes in Austin and they had horrible wait times and bad service. This location is not the closest JL near us, but it s worth the extra drive.

Went here for an oil change 1.5 hours before closing, but saw the entrance was blocked with cones. We asked the nice guy there how to enter, and he let us know that it was only him working and it's a safety concern to work on any vehicles with just him there. They need to hire more staff or change their hours if they're not able to provide the services they advertise. I understand short staffing happens sometimes and respect the safety concerns, but to run a business you need to have consistent hours

I got my oil changed at about 12:30 today and they were pretty quick,. It did seem like they were trying to cut corners. I was. Looking at my receipt andidn't? They did not do a few things on my receipt that they said that they did.The general manager Alex Has an attitude? You can definitely tell that he was just trying to get people in-and-out.No Asking if I wanted a new air filter, no asking me if I needed any additional services.Honestly do not feel confident that they properly changed my oil, I worked at jiffy for two years and never seen the equipment they used.Never will I be coming back to this site.Service: Oil change

I'm sitting here in my car experiencing the best oil change ever.I don't have to leave my car. The actual price was cheaper with the original quote and normal for the car... they wiped my windows...Oil change, washer fluid, tire pressure ... all while sitting in my car doing my thing.I had to remind them to check the tires, but otherwise, spot.Friendly service.Compliment their customer.Joke with each other.They do a good job while having fun.Services: Tires, Oil change

Love this Jiffy Lube location! They are always fast and very nice. I usually go here for oil changes because they aren't pushy about upsells like some other places can be. I called ahead to verify this location was open today during some icy weather, and the individual on the phone informed me they were closing at 3pm and if I could make it by 2:30 he could give me an oil change. Since I knew the weather could get worse over the next couple of days and really needed to get my oil changed, I drove a few miles to this location and arrived at exactly 2:13pm, ready to get in and out.However, after walking up to the office to check in, the gentleman I spoke to over the phone quickly dismissed me and told me he was already working on his last car. I reminded him that he had just guaranteed that I could get my oil changed if I arrived on time (which I did). He brushed it off again and told me he absolutely would not be working on my car.I completely understand that the roads were starting to get icy and this gentleman wanted to get home before it got bad. However, for him to assure me that my oil would get changed if I arrived on time and to allow me to drive across town myself in questionable conditions only to get turned away immediately was extremely frustrating.Needless to say, I was very unsatisfied from a service perspective and will think twice before returning to a Jiffy Lube in the future.Service: Oil change

I was blown away at how quick and easy this experience was. I usually take my car to the infinity dealership for maintenance but I didn t have time to sit for 2-3 hours while I wait for my car, on a whim I stopped in here and was in and out in 10 minutes max. I didn t have to even get out of my car, they checked everything and could see them actually doing the work. They asked if I wanted any upgrade but didn t pressure or over sell me, I ll definitely be using them on the regular.Service: Oil change

I had the absolute best oil change experience at this location today. They were pleasant, profession and FAST! I didn't even need to get out of my truck. From drive up to finish, it took 20 minutes total. And I was able to use a coupon. All in all....5 star experience. Will definitely go back to this location.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They lied to me 3 times in one visit. I went in for an oil change. They popped my hood and started what I now consider in hindsight to have been an act. I heard one guy say "bone dry" to the other guy kind of loud a couple of times, and then they looked at the dipstick and said something about there not being oil on it. After their inspection, one guy comes over to tell me some "problems" that need my attention. He told me my coolant reservoir was "bone dry" and offered to top it of for $4, but it was actually up to the full mark, I check on it regularly myself since I recently fixed a coolant leak, I even checked it after leaving the place and it was still full. They told me there wasn't any oil on my dipstick, but it was actually past the full mark, I checked it last weekend, and it was all the way past the full mark, like it always is, because Jiffy Lube always fills it up with too much oil, and my car doesn't leak/burn enough between changes to run empty. They told me that my oil was "pitch black", but it wasn't, I checked it last weekend, it was a little dark but not that bad, the last change was a little more than 5k miles ago. They tried to upsell me with an "engine flush", okay fine whatever, but no thanks. I work on my car on the weekends so I know pretty well what condition it's in. Anyway, they changed my oil for a little more than a hundred bucks. I'm not gonna use Jiffy Lube any more.Service: Oil change

Attempting to get my vehicle inspected. Jiffy Lube website and phone message touts them as a place to get your vehicle inspected with no appointment necessary. Well two weekends wasted, driving around to different JL locations only to be told repeatedly no, they do not do inspections. They say some do, but you have to drive around looking for the magical mystery location that does. They need to stop advertising that they provide that service. Very frustrating.

Our daughter went to this location Saturday morning, 10/22/22. She was one of the first to arrive when they opened. This location failed to replace a gasket which caused smoke to fill her car, oil to spew out - draining completely -and the engine to lock up as she was traveling home. This negligence could have caused her to wreck with complete loss of control or the car to catch fire. Thankfully neither happened, however the engine is a complete loss as well as potentially the transmission due to no oil. When my husband went back to the location with the car on a tow truck, they proceeded to tell him the battery was bad, repeatedly trying to restart the car. They then said new oil would be added, which they never did. Finally after several excuses and delays, they admitted fault.We still have not been contacted by any upper management as to how the situation will be handled and resolved. In my opinion, replacing a gasket during an oil change is basic mechanics 101. The repercussions from this could have been devastating.Service: Oil change

We came here for a simple oil change and noticed on the drive home that there was a dragging sound coming from the car. It took us a few days to take it to the dealer to see what was going on and they said who worked on this last? Because this Jiffy Lube did not replace the coverings correctly and the dealership had to do the oil change all over again. Please avoid this oil change place, you cannot trust their work.

Had an oil leak. Had oil changed somewhere else a week ago. They diagnosed in 5 minutes. Friendly guys. Also pointed out other issues with wheels I should have looked at by tire installers. I had an oil change Friday afternoon Sep 3rd at the Westlake Austin location. Service was prompt, efficient, professional and high quality. I went to this same place a few months earlier, and after taking a look at my car, the service person advised me that I actually didn't need an oil change yet and to return again in a couple of months. I really appreciated their honesty. I also liked that they didn't try to upsell me unnecessary items like other places I've gone to before. Shane did an absolutely amazing job resurfacing my headlights, as well as educating me on the health of my tires. He truly went above and beyond with his work! I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location!
