Excellent service from very professional people. Went in for an oil change and an inspection. Was out in no more than 30 minutes, and that is with a car in front of me. The employee informed me about the cost ahead of time and when they found that my battery was going bad (original to my 2019 vehicle) they had one in stock. They took care to coat the new battery posts. I'm am very pleased by the professionalism of the employees. I will continue to use their services in the future.

Rarely, if ever, do I leave a business and think "Gee, I hope I get a customer survey after this". However, in this case, I did. The guys at this location (Hwy 71 in Bee Caves) did such an excellent job. They were personable, showed me my still clean air filter that didn't need to be replaced yet (honesty), cleaned up a tiny drip from my main seal, and didn't want me to leave until they finished getting the last bit of grime off my very dirty windshield. Also they inflated/deflated all my tires to the exact specification and I know they were all over the map when I brought my truck in. I don't know if the extra attention to detail was because this is a newer location so not as busy yet, but I gotta say this was the most memorable visit to Jiffy Lube. Thank you!(Now I will go back to ignoring requests for satisfaction surveys :)

Came in for an oil change Nigel helped me. He was extremely polite and friendly, helped Explain the process of everything that they do. definitely prefer this Jiffy Lube over other Jiffy Lubes

I left 4 stars only because of price, but 5 stars for service etc.The front desk guy is very professional. The oil change took a bit longer than expected but they do a vehicle checkup (to upsell). I won't complain because honestly the quick review they do could be beneficial if they spotted a serious issue.The price was high but I used a $22 coupon online which helped. And we all know I paid for the convenience as well.

I went there at 10:10 AM to get a vehicle inspection done. They were only working on one car and I told them I had to get back to work and I work six minutes away and inspection does not take long. So the guy that was helping me said once his guy get off the phone he s going to assist you so I saw him on a personal call pacing back-and-forth for 15 minutes and he never came to help me so I went back to work. This was so unprofessional.

The people there are super polite and kind. They do everything for you and don t make you wait in your car. They are very generous, if you have a coupon they will detail your car. The only thing I would say is the time. It took awhile but it s better than any other place I ve been to.

The service was probably the best I ve had from a jiffy lube and I ve gone to some really bad ones before. The prices were a little higher than expected. Overall would recommend this location. It seems well managed.

Faster than most places despite limited staff, work performed met and exceeded expectations. Customer interaction was fantastic.The only downside is the limited staff, which does affect promptness of customer service and increase in wait times, albeit in a minimal way.Services: Brakes, Oil change

I just used their services for the second time and these guys have the best attitude. They even helped me with my jogging stroller even though this is certainly not their responsibility, and I m so impressed with their consistent customer service. Definitely give them a try!

Maybe they do great work, I don t know. This is my second attempt to have something done by this place only to be actively turned away. Today I m there at 11:20 and am told it ll be about a 30-40 minute wait for the state inspection. Not the worst thing in the world and given that I was told the guy who does the inspections is off 2:30 or 3:00 coming back wouldn t be an option for me today. Another person approached me after the I talked to the first guy who told me it would be a 30-40 minute wait and asked what I was there for. Reiterated again for the inspection, he leaves then comes back and tells me that the guy is only doing 1 more inspection today for the car he s currently looking at. Huh? You re off in 3-3.5 hours and you can only manage to do one more inspection. I ll never bring either of my cars here and will gladly just drive to Lakeway which is further or up to bee cave and use a shop that doesn t actively turn business away.

Very slow service. I have been several times and it seems like the inspection guy is always on lunch, break or not working. I dropped off today around 12:10 and was told the guy was on lunch until 1. He came out of the office around 1:25. There were at least 3 people waiting to get inspected. He had no urgency and seemed more concerned about what was on his phone than customer service. I usually don t complain, but given my multiple bad experiences, I thought I should share.

I was absolutely unsatisfied with the service JiffyLube provided today for my oil change for my 2007 Honda Odyssey at this location. This is the first time I went to Jiffy lube because the shop was located right next to Sweetwater community where I live. They charged me $90 just for the synthetic oil change and they have done nothing else. There was no report or recommendations provided. I asked them what was the A12 code and they do not know. I asked them to check the cabin filter and he said he can't remove that because there were some wires there. One of my seats in the second row was completely folded and was not able to straigten it and I requested them to pull that and he said we can't do that because if something breaks they are not responsble for this. So overall just to put 5gallon of synthetic oild they charged me $90 which is insane. I absolutely recommend NO to this location. I will report to this my CC company to get back my money.

The young man who helped check me in and out on the morning of Dec 22, 2023 at approx 8:45-9AM was so friendly & polite. He was very thorough & helpful during my visit and provided excellent customer service. I wish I could tell you his name. This is my 3rd visit to this particular location and it won't be the last. Thank you.

Great folks down there, helped me out with a few things and gave me a pretty decent rate. As I waited in the waiting room I noticed the politeness of the staff and them giving discounts to the senior citizens.Good folks here, and they do good work.

Staff was super friendly. I went in for an oil change and they got it done fast. The technicians also filled up my wiper fluid and set my tire pressure. I didn't even bother asking them to check any of that, so I appreciate their extra effort. Excellent customer service & quick turn around. They are efficient and was able to help me with two vehicles in one day (inspections). They even walk you out to your car! I will be a repeat customer for sure.

These guys are AMAZING!!! Did i say amazing.. hunnnyyyy lemme tell you about jiffy lube in bee cave tx! Ive been in texas now for 6 months from Vegas, and these guys really showed what this community is all about!! Helping one another even if it means getting home for supper a little late..pulled in literally right before they were about to close when donald came out to ask how he could help me. Told him what i needed, not only did him and his team stay late to find and fix the problem so i could make it home they vacuumed my car and cleaned my windows!!!!!! Kudos guys!!! Had these guys not stayed to help me i wouldn't have made it home! Nicest guys ever!!! The place is kinda hard to see, you gotta look for it. It was very very clean inside and outside. Beers on me guys!!Cheers

I trusted the estimate but it was incorrectly done, costing me more in the end for the tune-up spark plugs, and the car still sputters on morning start-up which is why I took it in.

Great experience! I needed an oil change before a trip. When I arrived they did not have the filter for my car. They ordered the filter, had it delivered and had the entire oil change and inspection done within an hour. Everyone one was extremely friendly and helpful. When they reviewed the inspection of my vehicle with me, they were honest and didn t try to upsell me on anything on anything.Service: Oil change

Went in for an oil change, nothing crazy. But what I found impressive was the knowledge of one of the employees working there. She asked me what kind of oil I was usually putting in my car, and gave me some recommendations based on my specific car. Very helpful and attentive staff. Will definitely be going back to this location in the future over some other oil changing shops in the area.

Really nice people who are mindfull of your money. They'll tell you to come back later if it's what's best for you even if that costs them some business in the short term.
