The best guys in Austin. They fix almost everything. Can't wait to see these guys so I just toss some sugar In my tank then I'm there lol!! The mechanic there is off though, said his name was bread I think....

The Jiffy Lube on Stassney is a joke. Absolutely garbage service, I was ignored no less than 4 times while standing inside waiting for help. The main guy was a rude AH. Will never take any vehicle ever again.

Amazing customer service and care from Adrian and Brian. I don t often find myself on this side of Austin getting an oil change but I ve been coming here for many years and it s always been the best.

Everyone that I interacted with was extremely professional and polite. I also appreciated that they checked the turn signals, brake lights and headlight brights to ensure they were working properly. Even though the Jiffy Lube on Stassney is not the closest location to my home I will continue to come to this location due to the employees and service.Service: Oil change

Charged sixty dollars just to screw and unscrew the oil cap . Not to mention they took about 40 minutes. I brought my own oil and everything.

I hate taking my car to new places but love this place. Everyone is really nice and no one tries to pressure you to purchase any extra services or parts. I get my oil changes done here and have never had a problem.

Wouldn t recommend anyone to get there oil change done here 2hours for an oil change didn t get a sticker for my next oil change and didn t check my tires pressure they didn t do what they advertised looks like bad management save yall money and headaches and go to Lube pits stop

The A Team is here at 5510 S IH 35. Lorenzo, Jasezla and Adrian are highly professional and provide incredible service that truly has the customer in mind. I came in for an oil change and issues related to the oil housing that weren t caused by them. They took the time and effort to talk with me, develop a plan of action and fix the problem so my car was safe to drive. Thank you so much and we ll definitely be back!

I came here around June because of a oil leak & Julisa was amazing! She was so kind & took the time to show me the problem. Once I got the problem fixed I came back to express my thanks! Will definitely come back to get my car checked out by her!

After paying $120 for wipers and a synthetic blend oil change I would hope the rest of the service would be up to snuff. They failed to sweep out the vehicle, air up the tires even though they assured me it would be ok in a few miles and to report the correct mileage. My car has 36k not 136k.. I wonder now if that somehow reports back to carfax as a mileage discrepancy when I go to sell... Cmon guys.. you can do a lot better!

I have never been to this location so I wasn t sure what the process was. I pulled up and Ernest greeted me very friendly. He asked what I needed & advised that I park in a space to be seen. I waited in my car for about 20 minutes (not long at all) and I was asked to pull forward. Martin was my attendant & he explained everything he was doing as he was doing it. He was very informative & so professional. The service was outstanding today & I will most likely be back for my next oil change! Even just the guys that were working on the other vehicles were so professional and efficient! Service is important to me as I also work in the industry, so kudos to you guys! I usually go here for an oil change which is always fine, but I needed my brakes looked at so I thought I d go with a familiar place.Go somewhere else for anything besides oil.My brakes were grinding pretty bad in the front. They worked well otherwise so I thought it might be the fluid. Had them check both. Fluid is empty so I had it done, but they said the back two were almost done and front two had a few more months even though the front ones felt the worst.No different after fluid change. Go to get a second opinion elsewhere and they tell me the exact opposite was true and showed me every detail. Front two were bare bones and back were fine. Even told me I don t have to replace rotors save for 1 (optional), which Jiffy pushes for regardless. Makes me feel like they didn t actually check them and went with a canned response.Just go for the oil changes here.

I called them for my car inspection , he told me come 1:30,pm , I arrived here 1:17,he told me ok your first , I wait here until 3:00pm the guy not show up,

The whole experience was super great for me. It is hard to find a place for me to trust, this Jiffy Lube from start to finish was open & honest with what I needed. The main guy who worked on my car was the biggest help of all, Leo made sure I was updated each step of the way. I really appreciate the effort that was given.

A really bad experience at this location and the one on Brodie. We came here because the location on Brodie didn't know why they couldn't complete the inspection. The location on Brodie told us to drive 50 miles and this location told us the car actually needed 200 more miles driven. After driving 200 miles and coming back, we waited to get our inspection done. Over two hours later, they told us they couldn't do the inspection and told us to go back to Brodie. They didn't have the curtesy to let us know to go back to the location on Brodie to get our inspection done BEFORE we started waiting. Then they wanted us to pay the state inspection fee AGAIN. The employees here are rude and have a lack of customer service. Go somewhere else.

I had such a pleasant experience today at this location. It s convenient, everyone and I mean EVERYONE working was kind and helped me out. They made sure I was getting my requested service and got me in and out. My car feels so nice and smooth!!!

Just dropped by to ask for a little air and they were super helpful. A man named Ernesto was super professional and very accommodating. These days you do not see this kind of service very much anymore. So I have to say something positive about this crew. Keep up the good work boys

The guys at this Jiffy Lube are amazing and do great work. I drive further past another Jiffy Lube to go this location because they are so much better

Called before driving over to confirm I would be able to get an oil change and state inspection. I was told to come anytime before 6 when they close and that the rep I was speaking with was going out to lunch. When I got there they told me that the state inspection rep was out to lunch. I didn t realize that I was supposed to infer that he was the only one there that could help me and when he said come in before 6 he also meant but not before my lunch even though I said I d be there in 5. No big deal miscommunications happen, they then told me to come back after and hour or so. I came back in about 2 hours (at 4pm which is 2hrs before they close). They then said that he went home for the day. I hate writing negative reviews but come on I m not a mind reader. When I say I m coming in 5mins maybe sharing that I won t be able to be serviced would be helpful, not come on in. Then when you tell me to come back in after an hour maybe also share that it needs to be exactly an hour. I did get an oil change to justify this 2hr time investment I had in the situation and they were pleasant during the process.

The state inspector, Irineo (has a different name on his shirt that I can t remember), was very courteous and helpful. He provided some tips to help me resolve an issue. Most of the other guys were courteous except one who got irritated when I tried to go into the waiting area. Supposedly, I was supposed to wait in my car. I was not told that by Leo, who greeted me. Everything that s advertised to be a part of the $100+ oil change was not completed - fluids check/fill, clean windows, and vacuum inside vehicle. I m concerned that they didn t actually change the engine and cabin air filters, which I paid to have them do. I ll be checking that. I am really annoyed.

Went in for an oil change and the transfer case service which was recommended to me the previous time I went. Took no longer than an hour and services were performed well as expected. Shout out to Ernesto and Adrian for the excellent customer service

Oil change was done very quickly. I received excellent customer service and the staff wasn't pushy at all with the recommended services. Overall a great experience.
