Hours say they open at 8. Got here, waited until 10 after. Nobody in sight. It s fine if you don t want to open at 8 but maybe change your hours then?

Eric, Clayton, Michael, & Lee were amazing! They took care of my oil change quickly and answered my questions. They made sure to explain what they were doing, give me options, and confirmed I was good going forward with any additional charges for replacing and air filter. And they were friendly too! Will definitely be going back for my oil changes in the future.

Super quick service with zero wait for an oil change. The staff are very personable yet efficient, providing trustworthy information and diagnostics, all with unobtrusive upselling. I will absolutely be a repeat customer going forward. Shout out to Brian and Michael!

So, I show for an oil change, get an estimate, show my coupon, give my card, get my receipt, and coupon is not applied. I ask about it, they say sorry he forgot to tell me. They re still working on the car so I assumed they re going to void the transaction and rerun it with the coupon. Nope! They guide me out and I m waiting there, they come over to ask if I need the oil alert reset, I say no, are you going to redo the transaction? Dude says aw no, I already checked you out What? Don t you void the transaction and redo it with the coupon I informed you about?? Nope. Thanks a lot. Will not be back to Jiffy Lube. That s not how you treat a customer. Also didn t offer to top off fluids and didn t check tire pressure. Moving on.

Worst experience ever ! Called and asked about a brake fluid change and the manager nick confirmed that they can provide the service! Drove for 20 minutes for them to say " we don't have the equipment to do it, but we can do an oil change!! "Communication with the manager was awful! Wouldn't recommend this place at all !

Chrissy and Clayton are amazing! I pulled in dangerously close to closing time after hitting a huge pothole and Chrissy waved me inside, checked the undercarriage while Clayton made sure I had the correct PSI in all four tires! They're my heros all day long! Fast, friendly, quality inspection in no time at all. I will definitely be back!!!

Erick and Cervantes whom worked on 2/14/24 they were the only two guys there. They were amazing quick and efficient. Explained to me about upcoming problems I need to look out for. To go in and be done in less than 12 mins even with waiting it amazing . Kudos to the two

Great service. Clayton and Brian were fast and professional. After getting awful service from the Take 5 a mile away , I will only be taking my car to this Jiffy Lube for all regular maintenance

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! I was a horrible person and came in 10 minutes before they closed and they still took me. They were extremely nice and helpful. Clayton and Marcus hooked me up. They were super honest with me and helped me out! 100% will recommend them to anyone needing oil change services!

I just went to get something checked out a lil leak that was caused by another store. This crew here happily helped me. they were quick, efficient, professional, very courteous and friendly. They fix the problem & top me off with extra oil. Best experience ever highly recommended! Clayton, Marcus, and the female manager. Kristy?

I went to the jiffy lube in Austin Texas off William cannon and menchaca. My experience was seriously so amazing and I could not recommend them enough to anybody. They were making me laugh and provided exceptional service. I will never go anywhere else again. EVERYONE, was wonderful. Please make sure they see this cause SHEEEEEEEESH they were great.

The service techs are very nice and professional. The technician Eric even let me know l had a oil leak. This was not in his normal scope of work. I am very grateful for his time spent on my car and his attention to detail. Eric is a total R CK STAR Tech!!They also did a radiator flush in record time. The entire service was less than 30 minutes!! They were super fast and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location of Jiffy Lube!

They didn't have my air filter in stock, but they got one delivered in about 15 min from parts store. Checked everything and got me taken care of. Super friendly too.

2/3 jiffy lube places had no vehicle inspector on duty the reason for two stars is because the gentleman that was assisting me and answered my questions was very informative of options and giving recommendations of other places to go being that he is fairly new to this establishment, but since he had been there there hadn t been an inspector on duty working

Kristie, the manager, is always friendly, knowledgeable and a fantastic asset to customer relations. She runs this location better than I have seen it run by any other manager in the 12 years I have been coming here. This is the only location that I recommend to friends and family.

Clayton at the 1111 W William Cannon location was an amazing technician to work with and provided some of the best service possible. I normally don t leave reviews, but this was an exceptional experience due to Clayton s professionalism and positive energy.

I get being busy, but I waited 30 minutes behind a car in bay 1. Meanwhile 3 other cars came and went in bay 2 who were not there prior to me. If it was going to take 30-40 minutes to take care of the first bay, LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW SO THEY CAN MOVE TO BAY 2. I wanted to try this location because it's close but I'll have to go back to Take 5.

Had a lot of work done on my car, my guy Colby made the process really easy and now I feel safe to drive my car again. Showed me my air filter and gave me good explanations on what they were doing and why to keep me safe. Fast flushes for my engine and radiator too. Would recommend here for sure. Kept it all under an hour is a major plus.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Air conditioning, Oil change
