I recently took my car to Jiffy Lube Riverside for an oil change, and honestly, it turned out to be a fantastic experience. They didn't just change the oil and send me on my way. They actually took the time to give me quotes on future repairs. It felt like they really cared about my car's health, not just doing the job and moving on to the next customer.The staff there, especially Timothy, Jesus, and George, made a huge difference too. They were so welcoming and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout my visit. It's not every day you come across people who make you feel like you're more than just another task on their list.And the speed at which they worked was impressive! They got my oil change done so quickly without compromising on the quality of service. It's clear these guys know what they're doing and value their customers' time.All in all, Jiffy Lube Riverside gave me more than just an oil change. They gave me a great experience, complete with genuine care for my car and outstanding customer service. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone. They're not just good at what they do; they make you feel welcomed and valued, and that's what sets them apart."

I was greeted upon pulling into the parking lot. A nice young lady looked up my information quickly and situated my requested services. She told me it would take about 25 minutes which as substantially shorter time than other places I ve been for an oil change. I had brought a book to entertain myself, but the whole thing maybe took 15 minutes. On top of the speedy service, they had vacuumed out my front floorboards. I was really impressed.

I ve visited various Jiffy Lube locations, but the one on Riverside stands out for its consistency and exceptional service. The staff here, especially Jason, go above and beyond with thorough inspections and are always eager to help in any way possible. Their dedication to customer care assures me that I ll remain a loyal Jiffy Lube customer as long as I m in Riverside. Highly recommended for anyone seeking reliable and friendly car maintenance services!

While waiting for an inspection an auditor came in and announced himself to the manager. I actually was glad to see the QC being checked. He didn't say much, just seemed to go about his job.I was out in record time. Very professional! Thanks, K.

Yes, I went and viewed the service people through the window as they worked on my vehicle, and I observed one of the service members vaping inside of my vehicle. I tapped on the window and asked her why was she smoking inside my vehicle she stated that she was not smoking that she was vaping, so again I asked why was she vaping inside my vehicle when I had food openly in my vehicle and she walked away I asked the service member and saw the office. Where was the manager and he stated oh, he s outside and that was a person who the young lady was speaking to it was a manager who checked me out and no time was there an apology for his team member vaping inside my vehicle as they worked on it I am very disappointed at this service center for them to allow their team members to vape inside of a customers vehicle, and I would no longer Use this Jiffy Lube location and will advocate for no one else to use it .

First time coming to Jiffy Lube for a vehicle inspection. It was sort of busy and ask mechanic I need a state inspection. All he said take a seat. It ll be about 40 minutes. I reply if I should hand over my keys and his response was I have 30 things I m doing right now. Just take a seat. I just walked right out of there. That was the absolute worst customer service. Buddy I know you are busy today, but don t let your emotions get to you, never stepping in a Jiffy Lube ever again.

friendly, good, fast, efficient, understanding, kind, comforting, gentle, fun loving. chad is a real one! with sick tats too choo choo am i right! LOL! anyways, i get debilitating anxiety having someone else in my car, but they showed it much care, concern, and as stated before- gentleness. my baby is purring and ready to go! thanks guys!

I put my car's data into their on-line application then I arrived at 7:45 - 15 minutes prior to opening...the manager came out immediately and greeted me, apologized that they weren't open yet but directed me to the first bay...he explained additional services in a very knowledgeable way...a bit before 8 the door opened and the staff signaled me in...I was out the door and back on the road by 8:20...you can get a coupon on their website...I got a $15.00 coupon...very reasonably priced and efficient...highly recommended

Unprofessional staff, including store manager. Terrible customer experience, and zero attention to mechanical detail.Upon changing oil, the oil filter was not completely tightened and came loose on the highway causing a huge oil loss.Upon a second visit, my vehicle was returned with scratches and dents on body and tire, and staff and claims specialist denied the damages.I was told I would have to escalate this with a lawyer in small claims. I will.

Stan, the mechanic, provided such quick and honest service on my car today. As the only one managing new customers arriving, in addition to doing oil changes before 8:30am, he was friendly, helped me understand my high mileage oil options, and managed others who came in quickly. Was out within the hour I showed up with all of that going on. Will def be back again!

Came here three times to try and get my car inspected.First time, it was late in the day and they recommended coming in first thing when they opened at 8am.Second time, we arrived at 8am and no inspectors came to work on time so they told us to come back in an hour.Third time, we came back an hour later as recommended and they said they were short staffed and it would be two hours before they could get to us.Not reliable, the office staff has poor and unprofessional communication, they don t treat you as a customer.

They are fast and efficient, but the Manager is inexperienced and lacks basic customer service skills. He / She (they said that I could use either pronoun to address them, so I am choosing both out of disrespect for them) was rude and aggressive and had to be dealt with in a like manner and had to be shown how to speak to customers as well as how to de-escalate a situation, by me. The other staff seemed to be skilled and easy to do business with. I am hoping it was just a bad day for Rachel, because other performances like today will surely bury this location. I am including a photo of their stated values, of which at least 4 were violated, in my opinion.

Took 10 minutes for them to complete my state inspection test when other auto shops made me leave my car for 3 hours. I ll be coming back here every year.

Customer service has left much to be desired when I have been there. I know things will take long but it might help to not have a customer sitting there for 30+ to even see if you can do their service. They advertise they do inspections but never have the ability when I go. I was waiting 20 minutes after a simple oil change to pay and the only employee who even approached me to assure me it was happening, just slowly, wasn t even working in my car. Same story today, mechanic who felt bad came in and apologized for the lack of care shown to the customers but the manager was no where to be seen.They also seem very dismissive of women who are there alone.

Been to this location dozens of times over the past 8 years of living in the area with no issue.Today I drove up for an inspection and oil change.They immediately tried to sell me the most expensive oil for my 18 year old car to which I asked for "what I normally get" which is a simple conventional oil.She then proceeded to tell me I wasn't in the system even though Jiffy Lube and my mechanic are the only two entities that have ever changed my oil since I was 16 (42 now).Once I challenged her about trying to upsell me, she became upset and immediately went to the pit to complain about me to the rest of the 6 employees there yelling in a fit.I was able to get my keys from another employee and decided I didn't feel comfortable with the individuals running the place including the manager and left.This is disappointing as I have always loved having this place so close to my house, but the people running it the day I was there weren't trustworthy in my opinion.

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR TO BREAK DOWN. I went in for a simple oil change, within 24 hours my car broke down with smoke billowing from my front. I had to get it towed and found out the engine was completely destroyed from an oil change being done incorrectly. They have agreed it was their fault, but have been refusing to pay for anything for weeks now. This location is full of inexperienced mechanics and will mess up your car over simple tasks.

How refreshing to find a place of business with more than 1 employee working!! I have been using this jiffy lube for 5 years but I was incredibly impressed this last visit with the number of staff working at the time I was there. EVERY single employee was happy to be there and so openly friendly and helpful. They all worked together incredibly well and efficiently. I wish I had all of their names to note here. My visit was Friday Dec 2nd around 4:00. Please give them kudos for being great hardworking people. It s hard to find those nowadays. Happy Holidays! Service: Oil change
