The team at Jiffy Lube on Guadalupe were incredibly helpful and efficient. They radiated professionalism, and although it was a busy day for them, they were able to help me with my car's needs and get me on my way.. well, in a Jiffy. I cannot stress how pleasant interacting with the team was. I will certainly be returning to this Jiffy Lube sheerly for the abundant hospitality. Thank you!

Patrick Ryan was very helpful and he will be the reason i come to this jiffy lube amazing service very helpful and he explains everything Great worker i am amazed at how amazing and professional he is ! Wow Just Wow Great job 5 star customer service!

These guys were awesome very helpful explained everything and had such great manners. Showed me an airfilter that was way overdue for a change, and even though they did not have the replacement in stock, he showed me how to access it and how to change it myself. I was very pleased with everything about this shop.

I noticed that my battery had been having some problems. When I arrived, my battery actually died while waiting for help. Cooper came out and replaced my battery, and he also refilled my tires. He was very reassuring and took the time to make sure that he did the job properly. It was at a reasonable price, and I feel safe being able to drive my vehicle. I'm very happy with the service here and couldn't ask for more!

Patrick and the guy with the really blue eyes (don t remember his name) helped me out tremendously! I was in and out within 30 minutes and the staff made the experience nice and smooth. Would recommend this location!

I was driving along central Austin, taking my teen daughter's car to an appointment, when the bright scary red low oil light came on. Was super anxioius as had never seen that light come on before (this used to be my car and it is 12 years old). Pulled into Jiffy Lube on Guadalupe, and Patrick was so kind and helpful. Told me the oil was almost out, added a ton of oil and didn't even charge me. Also gave me super helpful advice about maintaining old foreign cars that are going to lose oil faster than newer. Amazing kindness and care during a very stressful half hour where I thought he might tell me the engine had been burned up because the car was running on no oil. So thankful to have such thoughtful people in the auto industry who act as good neighbors. Thank you, Patrick! You are a truly great human!

Take care or your car and it will take care of you.It you enjoy preventative maintenance, then there is nothing more satisfying than a tire rotation and an oil change.This location is my peripheral Jiffy Lube location, but still excellent.The staff know their product and will work with you to find the right fit and the right service based on your car s age and mileage.

Cold weather caused my tire pressure to drop overnight. Had a doctors appointment and a crazy day ahead, but stopped by Jiffy Lube to see if I could get some air added in the 5 minutes I had to spare. They hadn't even opened yet but I popped my head in and Ryan the general manager was super nice and got me taken care of right away! Didn't make me pay or anything. Totally changed the trajectory or my day. Thank you Ryan!

I have been to many Jiffy Lubes and just as always the service is quick, reliable, and well-priced. This Jiffy Lube in particular is right in my neighborhood and the team members working are always willing to check out my car. Even in moments where Jiffy Lube doesn't offer the needed service, I've always gotten great recommendations. Recently, Isaiah, Justin, and Cooper really went above and beyond to bring my car back to tip-top shape. Not only did the team fit me in last minute, they all stayed until the job had been done. Most importantly, all three were welcoming, genuine, and still able to make the usually boring task of car macitence enjoyable. Thanks Again!!

They had me start my motor after it was done , and forgot to put the oil filter housing on. The guy who was supposed to do it left to either smoke or go to the store (they couldn t figure it out). They topped off the oil manually after getting a brand new housing due to not finding it, checking the oil level little by little. After they supposedly fixed it and applying discounts to my total, I left and went home only to come out and find a leak under my car and drips from me backing in the next morning. Checked underneath and the oil filter housing is missing a short bolt cap with a rubber o ring. Now after they didn t calculate the amount of oil right and my car leaking on the whole drive and in the parking spot, I m not sure how much oil my car has been running on and lost.

Ryan was so nice. I feel like he could tell I was nervous about being there without a parent (If you know, you know) and was super patient with me. The service was faster than I expected given the amount of cars that were there when I arrived! I got an oil change and state inspection. Definitely will go back next time!

I took my sister's car here for service on 12/23/21. My sister's a nurse, her maintenance light had been on for a while, so I wanted to do something nice for her since she works nights and sleeps during the day. I drove the car home and on Sunday I had noticed that the skid plate was on the ground, and the car was leaking oil. I took some photos, and took them to Jiffy Lube yesterday (Monday) to show them.The manager, Tyler, was apologetic when I asked him why the old oil wasn't properly cleaned out. To his credit, he acknowledged the error and offered a refund. He said I could take it to another auto shop and get the car checked out. When I asked him if there's costs incurred due to the damage, he said to let him know and they would take care of it. What Jiffy Lube did to my sister's car was negligence, pure and simple. Negligent in not taking the correct steps for a proper oil change and not securing the skid plate. For rushing a job that shouldn't be rushed. These are people's cars. It's a miracle this did not get worse; that the motor didn't fail and the engine didn't overheat.I towed the car to a different shop, who recommended a brand new skid plate and performed a thorough inspection of the car to ensure nothing else was damaged. That mechanic also explained that the oil pan was not completely flushed of the old oil like it should be, and overall the job was messy. We got quoted $500 to fix Jiffy Lube/Team Care Care's neglect. I am not a car expert, so I trusted that Jiffy Lube would do the job right but I am extremely disappointed by their dereliction of duty and almost callous lack of oversight. After that, my sister went back to Jiffy Lube to update them on the damages to the car, but the Asst. Mgr was having trouble contacting a Manager due to the holidays. So we're still waiting, and we had to pay for the repairs out of our pocket, as my sister needs her car. I would not return here; holidays can be a stressful time without car trouble, and my experience here has certainly added to it.Service: Oil change

They were efficient, friendly, and great to work with. We went on a Saturday for an oil change and inspection, as expected there were a lot of other cars waiting but they moved everybody through quickly and did a great job. Will definitely keep this place in mind for the future.

I came to this Jiffy Lube location today to get my oil changed and had a really great experience! The whole team was very friendly and I felt like I was in/out pretty quickly. They also checked my lights and gave me recommendations for next services (when I should get my tires rotated, filters changed next, etc) without being pushy on trying to sell these. I will definitely continue coming here for my oil changes and other car services I might need in the future. Thank you!Service: Oil change

Everyone was very kind and pleasant and had an upbeat attitude in spite of the sweltering heat. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Some years ago I had a sketchy experience at the location on Guadalupe at 38th. Since then, they've fixed the problems, and now I feel safe and confident that I'm getting good service by good people at a good price.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Oil change

They were mildly busy on a very hot day, and still maintained the best customer service I ve ever gotten in auto shops. From advising me on other variables in my car (while changing my oil), to cleaning my windows as well. Typically an oil change takes about 15 minutes when up on the bay.They did not start pouring the new oil in my car until the 30 minute mark. This oil change took about 45 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.

Great people!!!!UPDATE: I came on here to submit a review for this location and I see I've already entered one a couple of years ago. Well, it stands true! These guys are freakin' AWESOME! I stopped by Thursday (1/18/24). It was close to closing time so I asked if they would prefer I come back later. Of course, they were fine with doing it right then, which is what a good business should do. These guys were all energetic, polite and generous. Why can't all businesses be like this?Anyway, I want to give a huge shout-out to Gabriel, Cooper, Emanuel, and Sam! If I missed anyone, here's a shout-out to them too! These guys deserve a huge raise b/c I guarantee they get returning customers. I know I'll be one.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

My oil was leaking and I needed to get the oil drain plug replaced. I brought my car in on Saturday, and the guy that I talked to was really nice and they fixed the problem quickly and at no charge. Great. However, when I left Jiffy Lube my car smelled like gas. I rolled down the window to air it out, thinking it would go away. Then eventually the engine started making a low hum noise when I stepped on the accelerator, so I stopped and looked under the hood and there was smoke coming off the engine and oil everywhere. I looked down and saw the oil filler cap sitting off to the side. They never put it back on! It made a huge mess. I've been trying to call Jiffy Lube to let them know what happened but it just rings and rings. I called multiple times on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and no answer. I know I have the right number because I checked the website. This is unacceptable. This was my first time at Jiffy Lube and I will not be going back. I don't normally leave bad reviews but not replacing the oil cap is a huge mistake and I can't get ahold of this place and it is very frustrating.
