They did a quick oil change but did not replace all the screws for my skid plate. It s been dragging and now damaged so I can t put it back into place fully. Will never go back to a jiffy lube. They seem more expensive and try and up charge you on everything. They pulled out the air filter which looked pretty clean and told me it needed replacing. I m not sure if it was because I m a woman or they just think everyone is stupid.

Service manager was truthful and the most professional manager that I've ever at any of the previous oil change outlets. She has my fleets return business. Her and her team did a quick and great clean job. Their a good asset to your company, call and let them know I was pleased. Everyone go too jiffy Lube at Otorf/35

Fast and friendly service!I ve had lousy experiences getting my oil changed at other Jiffy Lube locations. But this one was great! Also nice that you can do drive-thru.Helpful to go early in the morning when they re less busy.

David is the MAN!! He was so upfront and low pressure. No one treated me like a girl who didn t know a thing about cars. They went out of the way to be sure that I was safe getting on the road for a road trip. They even gave me some advice / help that had nothing to do with my oil change. Many thanks to this nice crew. I was in and out so fast, I couldn t believe it. 10/10. Will be back.

I have had to use this shop multiple times this past few weeks, and each time has inspired less and less confidence and been more and more frustrating. I initially had spark plugs replaced to fix a misfire, then they discovered a valve cover leak. This lead to replacement of the spark plugs again and the coil pack. The shuddering continued, seemingly because they had missed faulty 02 sensors. However after misquoting the amount and then negotiating with me to pay more than promised, I compromised on a new quote and the sensors were replaced. I was told that the car was now running smooth. It was not. I brought it back but the only mechanic on site was absent. I took the car to another shop and they diagnosed it with a faulty spark plug. I'm not convinced I received the best service at this location. I would advise you to proceed with caution, if you choose to use this place. I cannot attest to the other services provided there. I will add that they do not always answer their phones, but they are attentive when you arrive and are polite.

This jiffy lube just cost me my engine!! 13,367$ to replace on a car that I don t fully own yet. Days before my car broke down I came to get my car checked out. I wasn t quite due for an oil change yet but I went anyway and asked them to take a look at the oil and if I needed some I would get it changed. The person I spoke with literally had me pull in then checked under the hood all of maybe a minute and told me that I was fine and not to worry about it I asked are you sure? They told me yeah you re good so I left then my engine seized up. I got it to the dealership the next day and to sum it up because jiffy lube left the oil filter and drain plug loose the oil was draining out without my knowledge and here I am. I will be filing a formal complaint and getting a lawyer!

They didn t replace my bolts for oil change correctly so I lost all but 1 and my plate dragged on Highway. Don t go here. They asked if wanted to top off coolant for $5 said no because i had just done it. They charged me anyway

On 1.4.24 I stopped in at the Oltorf & IH35 Austin location I think it was after 5pm and Mario was still there. I'm in a company vehicle and only needed some air in one tire to get me on my limping way. Mario said that he just turned off the compressor and not really an option. I expressed calmly that I really needed the tire aired up. He felt my need and jumped to turn the compressor, returned to guide me into a bay. Air pressure came up and he filled this low tire up for me and at this time of the evening I'm still burning the candle at both ends really made my day/evening better. Thank you Mario.

Came in for an oil change and the staff were friendly and even showed me that my air and cabin filters needed replacing. Were able to get everything done. Thanks!

I think these guys did permanent damage to my car. Today after class I decided to go get an oil change. And right out of the gate I wasn t greeted wasn t even asked for my name or what type of oil service I wanted. It was the first red flag. Anyways, after the service was done I got in my car and turned on the ac and got a strong smell of burning oil. I brushed off as maybe the worker was a bit dirty and got a stain in my interior no big deal. But in my ride back home which is all the way to Round Rock the smell got so bad I got a migraine. When I got home I opened up the hood saw oil everywhere these morons forgot to put the cap on and oil spilled everywhere. And worse of all they left a RACHET inside the engine off to the side. You know what could ve happen if that tool slid off a couple inches and made contact with the engine. I instantly called and demanded a refund which the manager begrudgingly obliged. Anyways I went to another jiffy lube back in RR and to double check and see if everything was alright. All they did was check my oil level and told me I was good. What!? I know those guys saw the mess and could smell the burned oil. Later on in the day around 7pm the car suddenly stopped working. A fellow Good Samaritan happen to be a mechanic and helped me push my car off the road. He checked it and said that maybe the spark plugs were damaged due to the oil spill on the engine. All in all, the lack of care these guys put into their jobs is astonishing the worst experience I ve had.

Kriste ,Jesse. Kristine are amazing . I would give y all 6 starts but it s not an option . I love the great work they do on my car and the costumer service here is AMAZING ! I deff recommend everyone .

Fast and easy service. It took 30 min for an oil change and windshield wiper change. Rendrick, Kristie & Mario were all nice & helpful.

Usually I try to avoid Jiffy unless it s emergent. Today Chris and David took good care of me, honest and didn t try to upsell! I will keep coming back as long as they re working here! Thanks guys!

I went to get my oil changed and they just were constantly trying to scam me. There was all the usual things about needing new air and engine filters, but then They told me I needed new breaks immediately, that it was about to start causing more expensive problems, and that it would cost about $700 for parts and labor.I thanked them, went to Oreilly s and got the break pads for about $100 and had a family member replace them for me. However when they did they discovered that my breaks weren t nearly as worn down as Joseph P. Was telling me.The oil change was fine, but I would stay away from that guy if you could.

You can tell this location absolutely hates the fact that they have to perform inspections. I'm not sure if they're being forced against their will, or what.Go anywhere else.

Very bad place and service I brought my car for oil change and then in my way to Houston I find out they didn t put the capBack in place,, causing oil splash all on the engine and windshield .i was very lucky to save my engine and find out the problem after big cloud of smoke came out the engine ,,,

AVOID THIS JIFFY LUBE AT ALL COSTS. Twice in a row they ve been atrocious. This last time our battery died and the AAA guy said it was a bad battery and still under warranty and to drive it back to where you bought battery. My wife took it in and the guy here said there is no issue with battery, wife explained what happened and he degraded her and said what do you expect me to do it s not the damn battery. Obviously battery dies one hour later. Take it to a different jiffy lube and tester says battery is completely shot and they replace it for free because it s under warranty. The older gentleman at this location is just lazy and didn t want to deal with a warranty

Updating my previous review! I am still using this jiffy lube and today they are taking care of my battery as well as getting me a new terminal for it. They did not have the part for my old xterra in store, so they worked double time to get the part here within 15-20 min! After 8 years of using this jiffy lube I am still recommending it to everyone! Friendly, fast, efficient, honest. Alll the stars for them!I've been coming here for years for oil changes and inspections and the staff is always quick, efficient, and friendly! They always let me know price and recommendations and level of importance. Love jiffy lube!Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I normally don t write reviews for literally anything but DO NOT get your car serviced here. They spilled oil all over my new car s O2 sensors and I had no idea. A few weeks later half my lights popped on. I was confused since the car is new and I take great care of it. Took it to the dealership and when I picked it up they told me the sensors were covered in oil, and to not go back to where I had it changed. It would ve been a $400 fix had the dealership not been kind enough to cover it. I get if you hate your job, but when you re handling something incredibly expensive, you HAVE to care.

3rd time in a week I ve attempted swinging by this location to have a simple state inspection performed. Typically the actual inspection takes no more than 20-30 mins however I realize that can be affected drastically by the sometimes necessary wait times to get your vehicle to next available tech or inspector . I surely don t mind waiting my turn. I do find it particularly frustrating to have attempted 3 times in one week at this specific store. Every time I ve arrived at the store, I m told sorry, we don t have an inspector here yet Apparently the one (or how ever many qualified inspectors staffed at this location) doesn t arrive to work until after 10am despite the store opening at 7am most days. Just a heads up to anyone else that may need an inspection - just know there is no point in attempting to have an inspection done in the morning until after 11am I m assuming based on the hours any inspector is actually scheduled or available to do a simple state inspection.I would say just post the available times which particular services are offered then there s no confusion.
