Everyone was so helpful and respectful. I'm especially so thankful to Steve, who walked me through every problem with my car and showed me examples of everything so I could deeply understand. Wonderful and welcoming!! One of the best experiences I've had with a mechanic.

Steve and his staff are amazing! I took my car in today to get an oil change. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Then they did some other work on my car a few days later. Steve, Mani and Ervin did an excellent job getting me back on the road in less than 4 hours. The entire staff were extremely friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and professional!!! I would highly recommend!!! Great job, great service!!!

Cedric is always so good. He s the reason I drive all the way to this location even though I live further north. Today, Steve and Mario helped and got me right in. Actually several guys were right there to help me and we re all kind and respectful and professional.

The first jiffy lube I went by today said they didn t have the oil or oil filter I needed to get the job done.( I have a newer model European vehicle) Steve s jiffy lube said go right across the street and pick it up from the auto store and we will discount you the labor for the inconvenience. They got the job done quick and gave me an additive for my oil that would help my turbo run smoother. (I can t remember what it was called). The total for the additive and labor plus the amount I paid for the oil came out to just under 100 dollars. Where my last oil change came out to 120 at a different shop for just a basic oil change, it didn t include the 30 dollar additive they gave me. On top of the great service Steve was very positive and welcoming. He let me know I didn t need a tire rotation and explained why instead of charging me and doing the job anyways. I have always preferred to go to a privately owned shop instead of a corporate chain but Steve gave me more information about my car then any privately owned shop I had been to prior. All in all a good deal and very personable nice folks!

Steve at Jiffy Lube saved me yesterday! I was in the parking lot across the street doing some shopping, and when I got back into my car, it would not start. It was totally dead. I had a car full of party supplies for a surprise party I was throwing in a few hours, and I had no clue what to do. I walked across the street to Jiffy Lube in a huge panic hoping somebody could help me. I talked to Steve, and he was more than happy to walk back across the street with me to jump my car. Once we got it started, I pulled into Jiffy Lube, and he ran a diagnostic to find out that my battery was dead. He tested my oil, which looked good, and he put in a new battery. He did not try to up charge me. In about 45 minutes time, what could ve been a huge disaster ended up turning into a good thing. I had no idea my battery needed to be replaced, and fortunately, it stalled right in front of a Jiffy Lube. It could ve happened in the middle of nowhere at night, so I m so glad that my car died when and where it did. It worked out perfectly. Steve was absolutely amazing. He was so kind and genuine and happy to help me out. I am so thankful he was there to help me. Thank you, Steve

Steve and the entire team at Jiffy Lube were incredibly helpful, detail oriented, thorough, and caring!! They explained every part of the process to us and made sure our car was set up for success ahead of a long roadtrip. An amazing experience, I recommend Jiffy Lube for all your maintenance services!

By far the best experience I ve not only had with Jiffy Lube, but with also with general car maintenance at large. My Saturday maintenance was led by Steven K. He came off more as a friendly doctor than a run of the mill stand-offish mechanic. He was highly knowledgeable and kept very cool under pressure during a rush period. Steven definitely runs his shop with respect by seeing how the whole team worked together. I really appreciate how Karlee who was extremely attentive and polite was focused and communicative. Not sure who was working below but hunter and mark were there and helping balance all the maintenance and customer service needs.I highly recommend going to this Jiffy! And before you go ask if Steve is working! You won t regret it.

Great customer service at Jiffy Lube store #825 on Ohlen Road. But, as I traveled I used a different local Jiffy Lube, assuming they should all be the same. after all, it was just a simple oil change, right? Big mistake! After sitting in my vehicle for nearly an hour while 5 different workers used several sizes of wrenches and even a pair of pliers in attempts to open my filter housing, a few of the workers told me to take my vehicle back to the Ohlen location for help. Was I being Punk d? So, after the other location was unable to remove the cap to my filter housing, I drive straight to Ohlen; there, Steve (General Manager) and Hunter (technician) were very professional and courteous. They were reassuring and went the extra mile to complete the job, keeping me in-the-loop the entire time. I went in frustrated and left the Ohlen Road Jiffy Lube smiling. strange how a store that s literally only 5 minutes away could be so different. Thank you Steve and Hunter!

Very friendly service! I just got my oil change and havent been here in like 5 years for my last vehicle and they were very great then too. I don't live in Austin anymore but I'll probably get my oil change here from now on when I visit my family haha

Send my daughter for an oil change on my car. To the same store we take our cars. No problems before till today. They couldn t change oil because oil because bult was stripped.i have never had any issues with my oil changes at this store like today. Last visit they didn t mention the bult being stripped so guess I ll be going back in person to talk to a manager there because they need to fix this issue that they messed up. I made a report with cooperate office too.

Had the privilege of meeting steve who went above and beyond to assist me and my vehicle. I made several stops before coming to this jiffy lube where i was unable to find someone to help. Not only did steve perform my maintenance on my truck but was also very personable and a joy to do business with. Steve will here on out be highly recommended and have all my business. Brock and Hunter are a couple of sweeties here. Brock told me tons of good info and was really kind to me. Hunter had such a warm glow and helpful nature about him. Love going to Jiffy Lube because of their great employees and their quick services!

I brought my car to this location for an oil change and they failed to properly reinstall the oil drain plug. As a result, the oil spilled out and it ruined the engine. Now the dealership is telling me that I need to pay $4400 to have a new engine installed. Jiffy lube said it happened beyond their warranty period and are refusing to take any responsibility for it. At the time of the oil change, I was not given a receipt because the printer was broken, nor did they tell me that the oil change was warranted for only 3 months or 3000 miles. I ve reached out to district and regional management, as well as a claim specialist, and have either been given dismissive responses or have been ignored. In short, this is a terrible company to do business with. Don t make the same mistake!

The team was very disorganized. I brought my Mazda in, then was asked a few minutes later if I had a Ford. When it was time to check out the clerk confirmed my license plate number, and it was wrong. I told him it was wrong, and he said that no, he was looking at the right vehicle, it must just be the previous license plate from a previous visit. Even though I could see the record on the screen and the year, customer name, and mileage were completely incorrect. I told him again that that was not my vehicle, pointed on the screen to my record, and he seemed surprised that there could be two Mazdas at the same time. He then blamed the error on the new guy and said said it was a good thing HE caught it. Not feeling very confident in the work performed; will definitely not be returning.

When an attendant agrees to a price, after saying they validate your discount code, but they take your card inside, give it to another attendant & charge you a different amount, without explanation, that is dishonest. I wouldn t have minded paying the full price, if they had told me so. But don t say one thing and do another without telling the customer. I ve gotten my oil changed here about 85% of the time, and they ve always honored the discount codes if I provide them. All credibility and trust is lost. Due to the dishonest pricing and actions taken, I am extremely weary that I even received the correct product I paid for. I am perfectly fine paying for a service that is a convenience, they were efficient and fast, but now that I know that this Jiffy Lube s staff is willing to lie about pricing, what s stopping them from price adjusting for each customer that rolls into there. I hope this Jiffy Lube gets its things in order. This really isn t ok. If you re planning on coming here, make sure to get confirmation of what you re getting, and if you can, go inside and pay. I learned my lesson, it only cost me $112 for an oil change.

They forgot to connect all clips to the undercarriage of my vehicle went back the next day and they had me pull up to a bay sit there than ask to leave. I assumed they had places they back but still hadn t will try again tomorrow. Wasn t expecting three visits for one simple oil change.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I came on my lunch to get an inspection and oil change. Shane did the inspection and was beyond nice and respectful which I really appreciate. Robert did my oil change and a few other things recommended. He was nice and I learned something more about my car. My transmission doesn't have a dipstick in it so I ll need to go to the dealership to have it taken care of.All in all it was a good experience especially with there safety protocols on walking around.Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

My wife went here a couple of days ago and the place said open at 8:00 am knowbody showed up till 8:10am.Once she was in she was quoted for a regular oil change but was trying to charge her for synthetic double the price it's a pretty shady place

Don't go here. For the price of oil change +$66, they didnt even do anything based from the list they said they've checked. Also left oil spills and smug on my engine. HUGE disappointment!

The staff was very friendly and professional when tending to my oil change service. During the pandemic, extra measures were taken to ensure customer safety; remained in the car during the oil change and staff was distanced wearing masks. Quick, efficient and prices were fair; coupons are offered on the website and were excepted. Great experience!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change
