I really appreciate the job Jeff s Auto Body Repair did on my car! My car is back to its original glory and I m thankful to them for the work. Below, I have added before and after photos-the paint was completely cracked and Jeff s had to redo the entire door.

I managed to break a couple clips on the underside of my car. I was referred to Jeff's by another body repair shop. Brandon was so nice. While they couldn't do the job that day, he asked me to come back 2 days later, which I did. I was there maybe 15 minutes while they fixed my car - and didn't even ask for payment. It was a minor, quick job, but in this day of big corporations making billions of profit yet keeping their inflated prices and reducing the size of their products, this type of customer service is so welcome. Their waiting area is very nice and clean, so waiting was very pleasant. And, Brandon was nice enough to leave my car facing the street (N. Lamar), so I didn't have to try to back onto Lamar traffic. I know that, if I need further body work - even bigger jobs - I'll go back to Jeff's.

I have just finished my third experience with Jeff s Auto Body Repair. My last experience was over ten years ago. The thing that hasn t changed over the years is the commitment to quality repairs. I have used them for major insurance repair work to minor cosmetic work. Each time the work was professionally done, and the car looked as if nothing had happened. They are friendly. They are local. They stand by their work. If you need auto body repair work, I recommend them.

My vehicle experienced significant hail damage during the storm in September. Colleagues recommended Jeff s Auto, so I stopped by and met Joe and his team. From day one I was met with kindness and professionalism, my vehicle wasn t able to get into the shop until January because of the backlog due to the storm but Joe kept his word, and I was able to get my vehicle started at our agreed upon timeframe. The project was big and took about two and a half months to complete, Joe and his team were responsive when I asked on status and kept me in the loop. The final result is stellar, I will go back to Jeff s again for future jobs.

I highly recommend Jeff s auto body for several reasons. They were able to get me in within a week when other body shops had a 2 month waiting period and my car looked brand new! Very friendly and they kept me updated with the status.

Highly recommend this shop. They fixed our Suburban and Volkswagen after the 2023 ice storm and a huge hail storm. They worked well with our insurance. On a side note, their customer service is exceptional. The automatic door lock function wasn't working after we picked up my repaired Volkswagen. I called and made an appointment for a look. Sure enough, something was unplugged during repair. The technician quickly resolved the issue and my car works wonderfully now.Highly recommend Jeff's!

New update 4/12/2024 - Who changed the link to all my photosNEW UPDATE SEPT 3rd maybe they fixed my leak from the digital antenna that they did not replace, Reinstalled the broken trim that they broke and did not replace, I HAD to PAY DEALERSHIP 145$ (no reimbursement or thanks) to FIND JEFFS AUTO BODY SHOP poorly installed work for the leak that was causing water to run through my dash BUT they do know how to detail a car. Will have to buy the broken trim they broke and install it myself, ZERO PAPERWORK on this matterJuly 9th and 10th 2021 still have water leaking under my dash4/12/2021- 6/23/2021 is how long my truck was here for hail damageUPDATE - July 4th weekend rain, got water leak through my dash, so I took it in, only to find out, that pieces of the window trim were wedged on the inside of the glass , which was pried out without having to do anything with the glass, and they didn t even bother to push in the part of the trim that goes into the side edge of the glass. That is when I noticed the lose trim that they reinstalled with the fasteners broken offThey also looked at the torn door seal that they had installed that was and we re unable to fix their mistake because the insurance claim was closedNot a BBB companyWhen I called on the phone in March to make this appointment I clearly stated that I had a ceramic coating and to make sure it was on the claim4/12-5/18- truck bed was off/ hood off/ front and back glass off/ door seals taken off front fenders unprotected throughout this process, whole truck was sanded and buffed ( no ceramic coating)5/18-6/1 was the painting process, all the paint above all the doors had a line running though the middle of the curve of the metal and In few other spots/ rear window installed wrong/ they tried to fix the chips on my door handle for some reason6-1-2021 they said truck was complete and ready to pick up, with the above being pointed outI asked them when it was ready if it had been ceramic coated per paperwork provided at the beginning of turning my truck over. They suggested that I drive it around for a couple of weeks unprotected(statefarm said no)6/4/2021 they said they completed all the mess up but still no ceramic coating6/16-6/18 got noticed again that my truck was ready BUT notice a door seal was torn and I asked statefarm if I should take or leave it and (statefarm said to leave it) the body shop they said the would fix6/23/21 I sent an email out to all emails available and messaged the person about when this door seals going to get fixed, and how much this process has put me in a bindI m guessing the Owner emailed me saying that I was the problem, and that I fit on his one hand of bad experiences in 50 years, threaten to start charging 50$ a day and guess what car was super far away, and TORN door seal not fixedPictures are from 5/18-6/1 when the Truck was suppose to finished and paidPicture of poor paint was taken 6/24Just trying to get my truck back the way I it was brought in

Jeff's fixed my car after I hit a deer. They made the process easy while dealing with my insurance and renting a car. The work they did was great and my car looks like new. My only gripe is I would have liked more updates after my car was dropped off. I had to call after about 5 weeks to check in, and an additional check was requested from my insurance that I wasn't informed about. But no big deal. I would use Jeff's again.

UPDATE: I'm going to leave my initial review below in place but add more stars to let people know what initially happened and what to be aware of when using Jeff's. That said, in the end, Jeff's (working specifically with his son, Joe) met my satisfaction and the situation turned out ok. They corrected their mistakes, apologized for their shortcomings and we moved past it. As I have said in another review of Jeff's, I do believe Jeff's strives to do good quality work. They wouldn't have lasted as long as they have had they not. What happened originally was an unfortunate experience, but we're all human and we all make mistakes. I will continue to support Jeff's and recommend them to anyone needing auto body work.In November of 2023 I left a review giving Jeff's 5 stars. Unfortunately, I needed their services again on the same car (in a different area) due to a minor accident I had. Since it had been so close to my previous insurance claim I didn't know if I wanted to go through insurance. Cost and time (given I'd need a rental car) were important factors in that decision. I initially decided not to use insurance due to the fact that I was told verbally by Brandon (never get a verbal estimate) that it was going to be about a $3200 job and that they would need my car for about 7 to 10 days. I understood he couldn't quote me an exact price because they didn't know what other work may be required once they took off my fender. What started out as a $3200 verbal estimate and a stated 7 - 10 day repair turned into over 6 weeks and a final bill of ~$5500, which completely changed my decision as to use insurance. In their defense, they did keep all invoices and took pictures to make still filing a claim a viable option. When I went to pick it up my car after them having it for 19 days, the quality of the work was very poor. The seems between the front passenger fender and the hood and the window frame AND the door didn't line up. It took them three additional attempts to get it right and that was only after I kept having to show them where it wasn't right. Don't they do their own quality inspection? They could have seen it themselves. I'm no car buff who needs a brand new car. I just want it to look the way it was supposed to before the accident. To their credit, they did ultimately get it right; however, they never really offered an apology nor did they ever put back on the "Hybrid" decal that was supposed to be on passenger fender. I'm still trying to get that fixed.Their customer service was less than stellar, as I was supposed to pick it up for the third time the Friday before the New Year's Eve weekend only to discover they decided to leave early, even though there was nothing posted that they were going to close early that day. This caused me to have to wait another 4 days to get my car back. When I called and spoke to them no apology was offered but rather an excuse of "well, no one was here so we left early".It's really disappointing that a body shop of this caliber, one that was recommended to me by Berli's, a car shop that only works on luxury cars and does amazing work, would treat a repeat customer like this. I'm not sure why they dropped the ball, but they certainly didn't go out of their way to try to make it up. The only time they tried to provide any satisfaction was after I complained, and that I did.I see everyone's 5-star feedback on them. I thought that way too prior to this experience. I am curious if that's because they all went through insurance and that if you don't go through insurance you somehow get a subpar experience. That's just my hypothesis and may not be the case, but I certainly didn't have a good experience.Don't they do their own quality inspection before turning out a finished product? Don't they care about their workmanship? I don't think Jeff and Joe are bad people. I just think they got sloppy and clearly dropped the ball with me. That is truly disappointing from a body shop I have really tried promoting in the past.

They repaired collision damage to my car and did an excellent job. Customer service was excellent. They not only did an amazing repair job, they did extras like detailing the car. They made this experience smooth & effortless. I did not recognize my car at first. It looked new. I highly recommend them! Their work is high quality and I will use them if I need to repair damage in the future.Service: Body & Trim

Working with this place was amazing. They were able to fit me in quickly to their schedule, had great communication throughout the entire process, did my repairs faster than quoted, coordinated my rental, and even detailed my car when I picked it up! Amanda was super helpful throughout the entire process. Do yourself, your sanity, and your car a favor and use this shop if you need body repairs done.

On 2/19/24, I called to schedule a quote for minor door ding on a Lexus LX570. Found out they only service 2015 or newer vehicles. Disappointed as Jeff s came recommended by so many including my mechanic. I did not have an estimate or work done by this shop due to their policy requiring vehicles being less than 9 yrs old. Since they don t have a website this might be helpful to know.

I have used Jeff s Auto Body Repair shop twice now. Once for collision damage and once for hail damage. Each time the shop was able to provide me with a quick turnaround and excellent repair work. The customer service is also amazing as Amanda at the front desk is helpful and enjoyable to talk to. I will continue to use this auto shop and recommend their services!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I would not recommend this place. They put blue def where they should have added washer fluid.Estimate of 2-4 weeks "depending on damage"" Oh well we have pictures that we took on drop off."I say oh well let's go look at them, we get inside. And oh what do you know? He couldn't find the pictures. P well guess what, I took pictures before I dropped off my vehicle to this shady place of business. When I received my vehicle the front emblem seems to have been damaged, They won't take responsibility even though it is clear as day the emblem was not damaged upon drop off. When I asked them about this damage, they claimed that they're not responsible. I don't actually think the emblem was damaged, I think my emblem was swapped out while at the shop. This is extremely petty as these emblems go for like $50. I'm not sure why this garage would risk their reputation for $50, but that's what's happening here.So on top of the fact that you're looking at the high end of the estimated time to completion, your car comes back not fully repaired, My car was also missing critical components of the repair which I did not discover until a few weeks later during its next car wash.Literally the one and only perk of getting this job done at Jeff's Auto Body is the fact that they detailed my car before I picked it up. The detail that they did caused some sort of noise to start happening due to the utility area cover now squeaking. I'm not sure what exactly they did to it but it's pretty annoying that they caused that.Do not go to this body shop!

I brought in my vehicle after an accident to have it repaired. Jeff's repaired what the insurance would approve, but failed to indicate other issues with the vehicle that would have been apparent when they disassembled it. So when I took my vehicle to another shop to have some work done, I was surprised to find out there were many issues which I was not made aware of. Had I known the issues were there, I would have paid them out of pocket to handle them separately (saving me trips and time). The day I got the car back error lights that popped on the dash, which Jeff's indicated they would be willing to pay another shop to reset, but it was up to me to coordinate between the businesses. Quality of repair was good on the parts they replaced, the way in which the repair was handled was not. Expect additional leg work on your part to get your car fixed.Service: Body & Trim

I brought my car (2022 corolla hatchback XSE) in after I hit a deer, and my insurance paid for the job, they replaced the bumper, fixed the fender dent, replaced the headlights, "fixed" the chip in the hood, and replaced the grille radar. Everything was pretty painless, pretty standard. The lady I spoke to was lovely and they have dogs which was a nice surprise. They did run a couple days long which is whatever. My problems came when I got the car back.- the headlights were not aligned at all, they have a bad blindspot and they're way too low.- The bumper fitment. where the bumper attaches to the fenders looks as good as it can, but where the hood meets the bumper, is not even, the bumper sits higher on one side of the hood than it does on the other. the edges on the bumper have extra paint to where it isn't a rounded edge, it wasn't sanded well.- The chip in the hood. They literally used a paint pen, it has a rough texture and is inset compared to the rest of the paint- The detail, I understand it can't be 100% perfect, and I'm very particular about my car as I spend hours detailing it once a month. With that being said, the windows were streaky and the corners of the window were still dirty. The wheels were cleaned by a drive through car wash or someone who did not care at all, the sides of the spokes were still really dirty and the first thing i did when i got it back was re-clean the wheels. They used a lot of tire shine that slung everywhere and made stuff stick to the paint. So all things considered, they definitely could've done a worse job, the staff was friendly, and like I said, they have dogs (always a plus), but I definitely need to take the car back in and have them fix the things I mentioned. I'll include pictures of the car before and after it got fixed when I get the time to, along with how they handle the situation.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

From start to finish, the entire experience was simply outstanding. The team at Jeff's Auto Body displayed an unparalleled level of professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail throughout the entire repair process.First and foremost, the communication from the staff was exemplary. They promptly addressed all my concerns, kept me informed about the progress of the repairs, and ensured transparency every step of the way. Their clear and concise explanations made it easy for me to understand the nature of the repairs and the estimated timeline for completion. Additionally, the customer service provided by the entire team was exceptional. They were courteous, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction.

Awesome service, better price than other quotes I'd gotten around town. They got started on it right away after my appointment to drop it off and finished the work within the estimated time they told me.Someone had merged into my rear quarter panel and now it looks brand new! Also had them repaint my scraped/chipped up front bumper while they had it too.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was referred to Jeff's Auto Body by my mechanic after my car got run into while parked in his parking lot. The damage was minor but noticeable. Nothing but kudos to Brandon at Jeff's Auto Body. He took a quick look, asked for my keys so that he could get it back to use the appropriate tool to fix the damage, and in less than 10 minutes I was able to drive away with the car looking like nothing had happened. There was no charge and a firm handshake to send me on my way. I absolutely recommend Jeff's Auto Body to anyone who needs body work, and they're my future go to guys for sure.Service: Body & Trim

My fiancee's car had a front passenger-side bumper corner that was popping out. Came by here at the recommendation of Tech One Automotive (also a great business!). I called ahead in the morning and they were able to fit me into their schedule same-day. Got there and the guy came out, took a quick look and noticed a plastic tab had snapped off the panel. In lieu of replacing the entire panel over a little tab, he was able to get in there and apply an adhesive to fix it back into place. All in all it took about 15 minutes. When he was done he handed the keys back to me and said "No charge." Solid, honest business. The next time I need any body work done, I'm DEFINITELY coming here. No additional searching required, if you're looking at coming here go ahead and make that call.

My main contact was Heather who worked at the front desk. She could not have been nicer. After speaking with her first on the phone, and then in person, I knew this was the place for me. I had a fender bender during the ice storm a few weeks ago, slid on the ice and hit a pole. Only going about 5 miles an hour at the time, but the damage was done. From start to finish, the process was 6 working days. Upon inspection of the damage, my car looks like brand new. An unexpected bonus, was they also detailed my car inside and out. Yes you got that right, they also washed my car, cleaned the tires and vacuumed and detailed my interior? Very unexpected surprise and bonus. If you need a rental car, while yours is being repaired, there is an Enterprise place 2 blocks away. Perfect experience from top to bottom. I am very happy with the fine work they did. If you want to go to a body shop, where customer service is number one, this is the place for you!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place is phenomenal! I would give them 10 stars if I could! I stopped by this afternoon, because I had just nearly pulled my front bumper off on one of those concrete parking stops. I expected to get an estimate and a future date to come back and get if fixed, hopefully not for too much $$$. Well, the nice fellow (Joe? I think..., anyway, everyone there was extremely nice!) told me he could do it right then, but I had to take care of something first, so I came back about an hour later. He popped it back on for me, looked at some other things on my car that concerned me but recommended that I not worry about them unless I cared about how my (13-year-old) car looked (I don't), and then shook my hand and said, "No charge." I was gobsmacked, to say the least! What a nice, honest, helpful, neighborly way of doing business! I suggest anyone who needs bodywork check out this admirable business!

Pros- quality of the work/detailing on car was well done and done in a timely manner. The service technicians were clearly quality, and thankful my car looks like new.Cons- after confirming estimate and dropping off my car for repair. I was called that there would be a $400 adjustment that was mandatory for repairs to continue bc the light was different than the first estimate light. I felt I had no choice but to agree and move forward. Then calling back to get the final amount due before pick up I was informed that the total was nearly $700 more than original estimate. I was shocked that there was no responsibility on their end for miscommunication. I feel that if my car was entered into the system then the original cost of appropriate light should of been accurate. Personally, $700 more out of pocket is extremely expensive and customer service lacked any concern on their end. My car smelled awful as well and needed to be aired out for hours.***If you do use get second estimate emailed so you can approve before they more forward.

Auto repair is a tough business. Repairing your wrecked car is not a pleasant experience. The auto repair business is not an automated production line or an over- the-counter sale. It is complex work done by highly skilled people. Then there is the negotiation between car owner and a business trying to survive. Insurance companies are not too happy about dishing out money. They will promise you 2 or 3 days to make a sale and it might take a week to months to complete with parts ordering, damage repair and painting. This discrepancy in time estimates goes with the industry and being competitive. Do not take the time seriously. Most repair places do not have unlimited storage space so they want your car finish and off the property.Jeff s Auto Body gave an accurate estimate cost and stuck to it. The final job looked great. I asked for a few other favors and they complied with perfection.A consideration is they want the 3% charge for credit cards paid by the customer. A money order from your bank is free or of little cost. As far as money goes, Jeff s Auto can be trusted.I find them to be the best of what we have to chose from.Service: Body & Trim
