I made an appointment for an oil change. Upon arrival I was told it will probably be a couple of hours, we ve had a number of drop offs this morning so why make an appointment? 1 hour and 45 minutes later, the oil change is complete, I pay. I m told I m getting a complementary wash, wonderful - not!Another hour waiting!!!!

Jaguar cares about their customers throughout the entire purchase of your car. Now that s customer service. I purchased my jaguar xk convertible in 2012 brand new and they just did a free 12 point check free. My car passed with flying colors. I m grateful that I have a place I can call family when it comes to purchasing a high end car. They take care of their clients and I appreciate it.

After a mishap with my local Jaguar/Range Rover dealership, I searched online for the perfect First Edition Velar back in August 2021. Found it right at Austin and they did everything over the phone so when we drove from SA, we could have a quick process. I loved how all the documentation was digitally and in a modern technology type of way, as well as getting your own flash drive with all of it there after completion. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because a week after I had the car, they tried to get me to pay more of a down payment after everything was finalized, and I refused. Needless to say, they figured it out . Otherwise a great experience with sales and the process. Just don t give into the request for more money after the sale. Seems a bit off to me.

Probably the worst experience ever. I brought my vehicle in for a couple issues and none got solved and yet I paid $4000. Initially I mentioned to them that the car was shaking likely to a rim damage, they ignored my comments and instead replaced something for $3000 which didn't solve the issue. They then told me they couldn't reset a message displayed on the dashboard and that I needed to go get my car. When I arrived the car wouldn't start and then charged me 500 for battery replacement. Which makes me think they scammed me and put in an non working battery so i can buy theirs..horrible horrible experience

I have been dealing with the parts department for 2 weeks now. They have been so unorganized and unprofessional and also rude. My mechanic called to place a order for my brakes to be fixed. My mechanic called me and gave me the invoice number. I called Jaguar Austin and they were rude and said it didn't match their invoice numbers. My mechanic called them back and they didn't save the invoice so he spoke with them to generate a new invoice. I called with the new invoice number. I was told it would be emailed to me shortly. I waited an hour and called back. They never hit send on the email. Finally I was able the parts. I called to check on them the next week. I would be placed on hold and told they would call me back. I wouldn't get a call back. Finally the parts came in. My mechanic opens the box and they aren't the right parts. He called Jaguar Austin and they aren't wanting to take the parts back. He told them several times what the correct part was. I should have paid $900 instead of $1500. I've been without my car for so long now and I've never dealt with such an unprofrssional..rude and unorganized place. I'm so angry for being tossed around...ripped off and ignored.

The Jaguar Land Rover Austin dealership is a pleasure to work with. There is a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The showroom was clean, organized and inviting. The entire car buying process was smooth and efficient. My sales guide was very personable and knowledgeable. Repair took 5+ months and dealership refused me a loaner vehicle while holding my car for no good reason. This is how you guys treat Jaguar customers ..? I felt very unwelcome

Robert Walls was our customer service rep and he was fantastic. We went in in June to order a new Jaguar. He helped us pick all the "extras", color, make and model. Robert told us the car would be ordered and arrive in late August or early September. We picked up the new car last week, at least two weeks earlier than we thought. Robert is so incredibly polite and courteous and made this a very pleasant experience. We can't say enough good things about Robert Walls.

Jaguar Austin always services my 2020 Jaguar in a timely manner. Staff is cordial and knowledgeable concerning my needs and my time. Driving in to Austin, not living in the area, they consistently provide me with appointments that meet my schedule and my needs. Excellent service.

Just got my midlife crisis toy there, a stunning 2023 F-Pace SVR.Great experience. Robert helped me pick out the car and kept me in the loop on incoming inventory. Daniel (sales manager) put the deal together, Kirby helped me with the paperwork, and Desiree expertly handled the delivery while Rob was traveling.Everything was very pleasant, no pressure, and just all-around professional and enjoyable.The SVR is a monster and I love it so much. Thank you!

I take my car to Jaguar Austin specifically because they are keen on customer service and believe in the brand and the product. Even though they were extremely busy, they still had the courtesy and level of attentiveness that you would expect from a luxury dealer.

I took my car in for service in May due to a malfunction with one of the sensors, and the issue with my vehicle persisted. Upon calling the dealer to let them know that the issue was not remediated, they explained that they would order an extra part and contact me when it was available to install. Jaguar once again completely dropped the ball. It's now August and my vehicle still hasn't been fixed - I just have to continually hit 'OK" to accept warnings that my coolant and washer fluid are low. I have been incredibly disappointed across the board from the level of service we've received since switching to Jaguar, and sadly, if I had to re-make my decision, I'd go with a different Auto maker/dealer.Update: I had a tire that popped after hitting something in the road. The Jaguar dealership had my car for 3.5 months, with very little/poor communication as to why it was taking so long. When I got my car back, it was HALF WAY FIXED. The back rear bumper was half way on and while they replaced the tire, they didn't even put the car into alignment. I love my car but this dealership is an absolute nightmare.

Long story short, I needed a quote to get a head gasket done on my older Jaguar for insurance purposes. I live in New Jersey and called about 10 (not a typo) different dealers in my area and it was nothing but excuses or rude service advisors down the line. Decided to give this dealer a call and I had the pleasure of speaking to Linda. I explained the situation and within minutes she was able to deliver a quote promptly and professionally. If they were able to do that, I can only imagine how amazing the other aspects of the dealership are.

Jaguar Austin is one of the best dealer i ever dealt with.Employee are super gentle and helpful the service is great , they take good car of you jaguar like was theirs and they even clean it like new before to give back to the owner.Never had a problem with them. Happy to be a Jaguar owner and a Jaguar Austin customer!

The measure of customer service to me is not that everything appears superficially 'perfect' but show up when things don't go as planned. Luis' service, as always, was perfect. Polite, informative, consultative and helpful as ever. But Jaguar Austin owned up to a previous mistake. Explained it. Fixed it. Paid for it. Now that's what I call customer service!

I took my car there to have my Jaguar serviced because of the suspension compressor on 11/23/20. Much to my dismay, no one contacted me to let me know what was going on with my car. I called at least once a week to find out what was going on and a service dept. associate never did get back with me. After the 3rd week of my vehicle being in there possession, I contacted the man in charge of the WHOLE dealership. He, in turn, never did respond to me, as well. After 5 weeks of waiting. I decided to just go pick my car up from the dealership. I took it to Sewell Jaguar in Round Rock where they fixed my car in 2 days. Mind you, I paid $1600 for the suspension compressor from Jaguar Austin. Needless to say, I'll be going back to get my money back. I hope that don't take 5 weeks.

John is new in service - left Mercedes - Jaguar is LUCKY to have him. I ve been with Austin jag for 6yrs & have never had a good service experience there. John is amazing - professional, kind, does what he says he s gonna do, finds the source of the problem that no one else could, goes above & beyond with service & is a great communicator. He should train anyone new coming to jag. I cannot say enough how much of an improvement this experience was with John than any other in the past. Thanks John!!

Excellent service. We arrived for our appointment and they got some information from us and took my car right in. I expressed a few items I wanted checked and they were on it. We walked around the dealership, it was clean, friendly, inviting and no pesky salesmen trying to get you to buy something new. We ll be back for regular necessary services!

The Service Required indicator was not reset.The windshield wiper fluid was not checked or refilled.The tire pressures were not checked.Any 10-Minute oil change place would do all of these for a fraction of the price.

Due to the circumstances on Saturday, John was Great. After a brief inspection of my Vehicle I noticed that 4 Hood Pad retainer clips were missing and I did not receive a copy of the Invoice / receipt of the repairs on my Vehicle.V/rDM
