Your search ends here! I experienced absolutely amazing customer service and work with J1 Auto Glass. I woke up one day to my passenger side window looking shattered. I was a victim of vandalism. That same day I started searching around the Austin area to get prices on how much it would cost to get my window replaced and also when they could do it. One place even wanted me to come in first so that they could give me a quote.I found J1 Auto Glass some time around 1 pm and the price I was quoted was a lot less than all of the other businesses had quoted me and he said he would be able to come out to my place in the next couple of hours to replace it! He showed up on time and in under an hour, my car window was back to normal in less than 24 hours from the time it had been damaged! For all my car window needs, I will always reach out to J1 Auto Glass first and I highly recommend them for fast service and a great price!

Jose was amazing. Came over to my place the same day and replaced my windshield in 45 minutes. He was professional, friendly, and his kind smile said it all. Will definitely go to him in the future if we need!

Unfortunately my car got broken into, but Jose and J1 Auto Glass were fantastic! Cheap, great quote to replace my front drivers side window compared to other places around South Austin, had same day availability, came right to me and even squeezed me in a lot earlier than originally planned! Super nice guy and only took about 45 minutes. Would recommend to anyone who gets hit by the never ending string of Austin vehicle burglaries.

Was able to fit me in his schedule the next day. Accommodated to my schedule (ended up being available earlier than expected and he was able to come early). Came out to me and finished the job within 30 min. Very friendly and professional. Price was well worth it compared to others. Very grateful to come across this business, I came from out of town. Thank you for my new windshield!

I had my Honda HR-V 2024 back passenger window replaced by Jose and his team. Prior to the service, I had requested quotes from multiple auto glass repair shops and J1 Auto Glass was both the most cost effective and quickest option. Jose had great communication throughout the entire process, was efficient, and super kind. I would absolutely recommend them and will be going back for any additional auto glass repair needs.

I live in Houston and my daughter is in Austin. I was looking for a local glass repair shop that could replace her windshield. I started reading the reviews for this shop and I could not believe the positive reviews it got. I called Jose Jaimes at J1who gave me a super good price, great service, delivered the windshield to her house and installed it. Can't say enough positive things about Jose and J1.

My vehicle was broken into. Called J1 the next morning, he came out the same day and completed the job at a great price! Will definitely use him again if needed.UPDATE: the window that was repaired had a small plastic piece get disconnected causing the window to malfunction. J1 came over a few hours after I called and repaired it at no cost.Again, highly recommend!!

This company is very honest & faire with their prices! My truck was broken into at my hotel & rear window glass busted two days before Christmas. I was visiting family for Christmas & this really put a huge dent in my trip. I tried calling multiple companies of which I was being over charged by many. Well I contacted these guys and they took care it immediately the same day! I recommend them & trust them 100%!!!

Did a fantastic job! Called same day and was able to come to my job and was very patient and understanding and provided such a quick service. Jose was professional, timely, responsive with communications, and quick to complete the new windshield replacement. I'll absolutely use him again if I need a new windshield in the future. He was even able to salvage the plastic trim on the A pillars with his ingenuity saving me another $130. Highly recommend.

They did a great job on my 2014 Audi Q7. I saved over a thousand dollars compared to the dealership. I didn t have the lane departure warning sensor, and only the rain sensor so I didn t need any dealership calibration. They asked for my VIN and confirmed the exact fit. Jose is the best in town. I called around and he gave me the best price. I lived a little out of his service area but he met me one town over and installed my back window in 30 min. He also told me to keep the slider portion and I could sell it as people look for them, something he could have kept to himself but didn't. Jose is amazing! Don t go anywhere else!I was calling around town for windshield quotes and Jose gave me the best one. Not only was it the most affordable option, he comes to you and installs it. I had a crack in my windshield that grew in all directions over a year s time. I avoided replacing it because of my high insurance deductible and thought replacement would be expensive. Problem got worse, looked at reviews and called J1. Cost was much less than expected and replacement done the next day. Install was professional, quick and he did a thorough cleanup when done. Wow! Highly recommend Jose's J1 Auto Glass. This is what "supporting local" is all about - you get a real person when you call who is not only the person doing your glass but also the owner (Jose), within a few minutes he tells you whether he has the part and schedules your appointment (he did, and same day), he arrives on time at your house and gets the job done in 45 minutes, and his work is 10 of 10. Additionally, I incorrectly stated the windshield was not heated and the guy was smart enough to bring both an unheated and heated replacement and gave me the correct (heated) windshield without any surcharge. To top it off, all of this cost $290, which is about half what the dealership would charge, and less than big-box services like Satellite. Couldn't be happier.Service: Auto windshield repair

Jose is totally awesome. Not only did he do such a great job, he is very professional, friendly, and he is mobile!!! He worked around my busy schedule and came to my home and here's the icing on the cake he was able to take my payment on my credit card and sent me a text receipt to confirm the payment. I must say I would recommend him to anyone and everyone who wants the job done quickly and correctly.

Had a terrific experience getting a windshield replaced with Jose. He responded quickly to my estimate request, offered me the best price (by far, honestly), was easy to schedule, and got the job done very well (he even carefully transferred over the registration and oil-change stickers). On top of all that, he offers a lifetime warranty on the installation.

Called first thing in the morning and he was able to fix my window at 10:30AM the same day. Quick and efficient and the price was very fair! Would definitely recommend.
