I had a run flat tire that was messed up. I was about to getbit replaced when the guy showed me that my rim was bent 120$ to fix it i felt that was a bit overpriced seeing as how im about to pay 105 for a used tire. We ended up putting on the spare which worked out but other than that price this place is good so many negative reviews i seen but i didn't get that vibe guy was cool and quiet and straight forward ill be back to get my rim fixed

Advertising said same day repair on wheels, first thing that I heard when I come to this place is that I have to leave the wheel till the next day., it was not even late, nobody was working or busy

Poor customer service and clearly overcharging. Paid for a nail removal, a service that most other tire shops offer for FREE, they charge as though it s 2 hrs worth of work. They hand over the car after an incomplete job. They recommended that I drive the car to let the tires normalize. The tires they didn t touch were fine, the last one was not. They were going to charge me again to finish the job even though they said that it must be driven and even though I already paid for the service (again, that s typically free). Had they been less motivated to rip people off, I d have tipped them willingly.

The guys here took care of the vibration that was occurring from my two new tires in a matter of 15 minutes midday. They were cool with me asking them questions while they worked and charged me a very reasonable cost for the procedure. My vehicle is doing great and I ll be going back to these guys when I need to replace my other two tires (their rates are better than discount tire+they re more knowledgeable.)

Air in my bicycle I was gonna pay the guy a dollar to use a conversation I said no we got it no worries it was a super friendly but he s also didn t take my money so I don t know how he is with cars but I was generous with bicyclist who needs air

I've been coming to this tire place since moving to Austin 6 years ago and driving over many nails. They've done a number of patches for a reasonable price and now I've bought two new tires from them as well (on separate occasions). Their service is super prompt, compared to the 2 hours I waited at another place in town, and almost $100 cheaper including tax, alignment, etc. I definitely recommend this tire shop for both repairs and new tires.

I also took the wheel in to get repaired! It had a few cracks so it was causing the air to leak through the rim causing the tire to go flat. The guy there promised me he would fix it like new and not to worry about a thing. I took his word and left him the rim. I go to pick it up the next day and drive the car back home. I wake up the next morning ready to go to work and the tire is completely flat again. I take the tire off again and take it back to his shop only for him to tell me he has to charge me an additional fee to do something else to the rim. At that point I knew he was just trying to scam me out of more money and I leave with a messed up rim I end up taking it to a welding company where they were able to fix it the right way for half the price that he charged me.Stay away! Unless you like to pay for an amateur job!

Came to pick up my rim Monday at 8 like Joe told me to do. He was a no show. Then his work my fixing curb rash was horrible. Stay clear of this place.Why would I trust someone to redo a job they couldn't do right the first time. He promised they would be done right and he failed to do that. He also said I rushed him and that he wish he wouldn't had take the job because how picky I was about the job they did.Wheel Technologies is amazing. 24 hour turn around time and it is done right. Straight forward business if they cant fix it they wont charge you.

Very unprofessional. Had a tire replaced at this shop and I how long do I have to drive on it before the sensors would report the correct pressure. They said over fifty miles. It takes me several days to reach that. The readings were off for the tire they replaced, and they refused to make adjustments because I had the service done last week. Terrible service and unkind attendants who couldn t care less about you.

Lots of undisclosed fees and no balance. They said price for everything , then added another fee that hadn t been mentioned. Then when I requested they remove said fee they did so and tacked on a service charge for credit card (which they didn t tell me). Trying to offer some helpful feedback, hopefully they can improve their service instead of arguing with customers that they re doing it right (see other reviews).

I took my wheel to get repaired here after driving the truck twice the wheel cracks again. I went it and they tried not to claim there own work. What a joke I had 2 other wheels repaired due to same issue in San Antonio and they tried to pass it off as their own work. I do not recommend coming here for wheel repair save you re money. I would make the drive to SA

These guys saved my life! I got a flat and was stuck away from home, and our usual tire place was closed. They re fair and they re honest, and they fixed my tire. Give them your business!

No longer jb's tires.now star automotive.jesse great person, got job done quick effeciently,courteous.reasonable prices.ive followed this pro- mechanic around from 3 locations as he continues to grow.good family person.my bad seriously thought this was different location.my apology to j b tires.i have no rating .good luck to you

Best tire shop to go to from new to used tires to wheel repairs. Or new wheels it's a one stop shop. Flats fixed as well. Fast & friendly service

I took a wheel that they told me they could fix and they couldn't do anything, I asked them if they had balanced it and they said yes, obviously it didn't have any signs of balance, it was all money thrown awayLleve un rin que me dijieron que pod�an arreglar y no le pudieron hacer nada, les pregunte si lo hab�an balanceado y dijieron que si, obvio no ten�a ninguna se�a de balanceo, todo fue dinero tirado a la basura
