Melinda was very professional on the phone. Wait time was less than an hour, and communication was great. The tow truck driver was very skilled and friendly. The price was very reasonable for him having to drive off-road to get to my truck.

Fantastic service! They make getting a car towed an oddly enjoyable experience. Used Interstate twice...once from a parking lot in the pouring rain and once to get a car out of my garage. Both times they were fast, polite, and professional. Prices are reasonable. I also appreciate the seamless experience from pick up to drop off at dealership. Highly recommend!

Just had my car towed to my shop by Matt with Interstate/Chaparral Towing. Highly professional and knowledgeable plus just a really good guy. Good experience all the way around starting with my call to the dispatcher and then a call back once Matt was outside my door. Professional from start to finish.

Excellent service!! I unfortunately wrecked my car this morning an hour later another tow company came out, asked me to call my insurance and wanted more money for tow because he said he would probably flip car and didnt want to be responsible. After being on phone for a while , I needed to charge my phone so told him I would be right back and he drove off leaving my car doors wide open and key on front seat. After several calls and hours later a 2nd tow truck company came out and said he needed a forklift to lift my car, my phone again was running low on battery and was on phone awaiting approval so told him I needed to charge my phone inside work and would be right back, again driver left. I was then informed Interstate Chaparral Towing would be out with an ETA of 4 hours, less than 2 hours, Michael showed up and got the job done with no forklift, he was very apologetic for the other 2 companies. THANK YOU INTERSTATE CHAPARRAL TOWING !!

My Evo broke down in the middle of running errands. Called Interstate towing to have it towed to my preferred shop and they were there to pick me up in about 10 minutes. Car is also lowered and they were able to get it on their flat bed with ease and handled it with care. Took pics and notified me once they dropped it off to the shop. If I need another tow, I would def call again

Nathan and Jake really came through today. Fast, friendly, and fair prices. Having to tow your car will never be fun but I'm grateful for them turning a sh*& situation into a great experience.

QUiCK, LICKITY-SPLIT, SUPER-DUPER FAST, FAST, FAST LIKE LIGHTENING!!Got to me within 30 mins (was told at least an hour). Driver/Operator, Nathan, was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.Cost was VERY reasonable, and EXACTLY as I was quoted on the phone (website even has a $5 off coupon).Nathan even put the car in my garage when letting off of the tow truck!No Gimmicks. No Extra Fees. No B.S.......just Good, Good, Good, GREAT service at a Good, Good, Good, GREAT price.Thanks Interstate---hopefully I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER have to call you again for your services---but I will if needed!

Showed up on time, the staff all the way from the person I spoke with on the phone to the guy driving the tow truck were friendly and easy to work with. My car arrived at the destination and nothing was f*'d up. That's a win win in my book. 5 stars!

Michael the tow truck driver is a great human being!!!! He came out on Memorial Day SUNDAY in a horrendous storm after dark to rescue my wife & I & our 4 dogs complete with trailer full of hay. Wonderful service from very old & established Austin towing company. THANKS YOU MADE OUR HOLIDAY.

Showed up super fast... I think my towing guy was named Bryan... He was insanely nice and professional and very affordable... Gave me a ride to get my car fixed... Great experience!!! Will use again for sure... And so should u... I pity the foo that uses another towing company... Ask for Bryan

Just got a tow to my mechanic in 5 o'clock traffic. Arrival was fast, the driver was wonderful. I felt very safe giving him my car. Thanks for the speedy service!

Extremely professional, I waited for the tow, they called me when the driver arrived. He loaded my car up so quickly and advised me what my next steps would need to be. I appreciate everything you guys do

I needed a tow a few nights ago as my alternator failed causing my battery to die in the middle of an intersection an hour and a half before the autoshop closed. I was referred to Interstate Towing, and upon calling them was assured that they would be there to take care of my car before the store closed (and would still charge the $70 minimum even though I was literally a block away from the autoshop). The tow was taking much longer than estimated (30 + mins after time estimate) due to rush hour traffic and a wreck, which is completely understandable and excusable. What is NOT excusable was the flagrant and egregious disregard for any sort of tenet of customer service exhibited by the man on the other line. I politely asked if there was any way he could call the driver and check on his status, to which he barked NO and that the tow would get there when it gets there. How reassuring. The indolent and rude phone operator acted as if my misfortune and simple questions were invasive and major inconveniences. I foolishly called back after another thirty minutes to which I was met with the same apathy and vitriol. Luckily some kind soul offered to help me jump my car, which I didn t think would work since it was purportedly an alternator issue. It did work (!!!) and I was able to get to the autoshop just in the nick of time, no thanks to the jerk at the tow truck office. Moral of the story: If you ever find yourself in a bind where you need a car towed exhaust ALL resources available before calling Interstate Towing company unless you are a masochist that gets off my being spoken to like a subhuman by a total stranger who is protected by the anonymity of the telephone.

My family and I got stuck in the middle of no where. I was calling several towing company's and this one was the best. I didn't have to break an arm and leg for the price. Micheal came to the rescue. I highly recommend this towing company. 100% satisfied! Thank you Michael!

I called early morning to get a tow. After over an hour of waiting I called because, i hadn't heard anything about it. The lady who answered said, oh he's here moving a car for me. I said why didn't you'll call to let me know this. Her excuse was its been busy there with only one person on the phone. None the less I'm still waiting on my tow.

Nathan is a miracle-worker. A sterling example of why I have felt so fortunate to have lived in Austin (far from where I was raised) for the past thirty-four years. He went out of his way to save my day and didn't make me feel like the idiot I sort of was in my panic about an automotive mishap.

I called at 11:30am and the car didn't get picked up until 4:00pm. I called multiple times and they kept telling me the tow driver was close and they are short handed. Don't use these guysService: Car towingService: Car towing

BRIAN THOMAS is a P-R-O-fessional tow man!!!! He helped Cristina Nieto out by transporting her SCHOOL BUS in an extremely efficient way, with a remarkable sense of humor and kind kind manor. We both will be referring y'alls company from now on and was BLESSED with a human being that actually "cared" for his customer, who went ABOVE & BEYOND his call of duty, which is rare to find these days. Cristina and i are so grateful to him, and really appreciate his passion for his work, with a JOB WELL DONE! THANK YOU SO MUCH FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS! And, THANK YOU BRIAN THOMAS, you're definitely as asset to this company! :D

These guys came over pretty fast and towed my dead car for me. The prices were kinda high but I would still reccommend them.

The lady who answered sounded beyond frustrated and very unprofessional, Never have I ever had customer service that disrespectful and horrible . Never again will I even consider getting services from them again.

Towed my rover and damaged the frame in the process. How? They dont know what theyre doing i guess.
