Dan called and immediately asked for credit card information. I don t live in Texas and have never used them. He had my name and phone number. I wouldn t trust this company. Super shady.

I have been a very long term customer of the shop, around 30 years.� From a customer perspective, the shop was at its peak and just flat out rocked under Marvin Swaggart and continued under Matthew Evan's leadership.� They and their teams called it factually.� Repairs were made correctly and affordably.� They stood by their work. They sold extra services that were genuine needs that were discovered or observed while working on the rig.� They were trustworthy. They were good communicators and their teams were also fast and friendly.� They were willing to show you what needed to be done which built more trust. The counter guys Bob and others including the component shop have always been helpful throughout the years.� I have had a lot of work done and bought tons of parts. Everyone who I interacted with was working as a team, was trustworthy, customer oriented, etc... Every time for decades! � Now to the recent and current.� The last three - four (3-4) years have been rough, have gotten progressively worse and are moving towards just awful in all areas.� I have gone elsewhere more and more because the turn around time is now up to weeks and months.� No one can have their rig down for a month or two.� That is very frustrating.� Then to add to it when you drop by and the leaders are laughing and horsing around in the office.� I get the staff shortage.� I don't care about your policies.� It would sure be appreciated if you would get out in the shop and get your hands dirty Ramiro and Darren if you don't have the people with skills to do the actual work. I took my project to another shop. They did an excellent job for less than half the cost and they did it within 4 hours on the same day that I brought it in!Service: Transmission

I went in December of 2017 for a front driveshaft for my 2010 Ram, they did a great job and since then this driveshaft still like new, I'll be there soon for the one-piece aluminum driveshaft for the same vehicle

Contacted them on a Saturday night via email regarding having a custom driveshaft made. I received a response Monday morning from Daniel White (who was extremely professional and polite) with instructions on exactly what measurements they needed. After i sent the measurements I promptly received a quote with an exact timeframe. After I asked them to go ahead and produce it, the exact timeframe was met. The driveshaft fits like a glove! Couldn't be happier. It is refreshing to see a business who cares about customer service.

My semi transmission went out . These guys got it in the shop, opened up the transmission and determined that a replacement would be my quickest and best option. It took a few days, but I would rather have quality than fast. They replaced transmission, put in a new clutch and rear main bearing with top quality parts, had it done by the morning of the 4th day. Kudos to Romero, Paul, Darren, and I wish I knew the mechanics name. You guys are great!Service: Transmission

I purchased a driveshaft from these guys and they went above and beyond the call of duty in providing me all that I needed. I really thought customer service was dead . Until now. Repair my transmission with them ( expensive bill ) said it s ok they are PROFESSIONAL , the Yoke bolt on the transmission get lose, lose 80% of the transmission oil thanks god I didn t lose the transmission, now they said no it s not our mistake and no there is no warranty on it . If the bolt was torqued probably it s shouldn t come lose , now i will take all the transmission a part who is know what else is lose .

These guys are great, if you have any questions call and you'll probably speak with Dave. I took a front and rear drive shaft up for both balance and u-joint replacements. Pricing is great for awesome quality products and work.

This morning on my commute to work I had the unfortunate incident of picking up a hunk of gnarly metal in my passenger side rear tire. I heard it hit and immediately thought, "Well, that didn't sound good..." The metal flattened my tire immediately and was so large that when it hit the road it made an awful sound. It was my good fortune to pull into the parking lot of Inland. Instead of calling a tow truck, i decided to see if they could fix my tire for me. (FYI They do NOT fix personal vehicle tires. Don't go here for this service!) Angel explained that he couldn't repair my tire but if his service manager Ramiro said it was okay he could take the tire off for me to take to get fixed. At this point, I am relieved since my car didn't come with a jack (a soon to be remedied oversight). Ramiro okayed the removal and Angel took the tire off quickly. At this point in my saga, my husband had arrived with our other car and we loaded up the damaged tire. Angel assured me my car would be safe until I got back and he'd happily put the tire back on. Once repaired and I came back, he immediately dropped what he was doing to help me out.Despite all this happening, I was only 15 minutes late for work. Thank you so much Angel and Ramiro for helping a driver in need. While I don't have any commercial truck repair work to send their way, I can't speak highly enough of their compassion, their professionalism, and their helpfulness. They're kind and will do what they can to help out. I like this. So, thank you again Inland, Angel and Ramiro.Service: Tires

Top notch shop! Had airbags replaced and some other minor work done. Oscar and his crew did an excellent job and did it quick. The new location is huge, nice, and very well equipped. I'd definitely recommend them.

Very impressed with the car shop and especially Dustin.. Granted, my car broke down in front of the shop, putting me in a gullible position, agreeing to anything to get my car fixed, however Dustin made sure that i got my estimated price to stay. I did my researches to see if i could get my car repaired at a cheaper price.. i couldn t. With Dustin s assurance that he wouldn t go over the estimated costs.. got everything fixed and was within the estimated price

We dropped off our box truck to Inland on 290 for a running lights and an inspection, we were told later that day that the truck would not start and needed a starter, quoted $1200 installed. After shopping around same starter found for $574.00. When we asked for truck to be released for pickup they got rude and immediately demanded payment, I asked if quote could be lowered to match competitor and they said they would push it out of shop for us to pick up later that day. Our truck was able to start truck immediately, by simply adjusting idle controller. No issues with starting since picked up from the clowns at Inland!Buyer Beware

These guys are awesome! I've had them rebuild the drive shaft from 2 of my vehicles now. Both times they saved me money and did great work. I would recommend them to anyone!

I received the worst customer service. I needed a driveshaft built for my lifted truck, I told them it needed to be shortened 1/2" from what the current driveshaft length is. Dean would not give me a quote beforehand and I had to ask him 4 times what we may be looking at cost wise, he said around $600. When I left and got called back he quoted me $1300. I asked if they could work with me and get it down to $1100 he said no, I told them I could not afford it, since this was way out of budget. He then offered to drop it to $1100 by not replacing a carrier bearing(which defeats the purpose of the service since this was one of the weak points in my current driveshaft) . At this point I feel like they are out to get my money rather then earn my business. Once I denied the service due to funds, I thanked them for their time, the response I got was "ok, yup, or alright" NO MANNERS at this point, They were quick to charge me $120 just to tell me I need a new driveshaft. AS IF I DIDN'T KNOW THAT ALREADY. I got ripped off here, NEVER DO BUSINESS with this place.Dean never answered questions properly, never sounded knowledgeable in the product he was attempting to selling me. Why would I spend $1300 with you but you can't justify why to spend that amount?THANKS AGAIN Inland!!

Inland truck parts is a class act! I own a shop and had a issue with another drive shaft shop that couldnt get a job done, I called Dan at inland in a panic trying to get my customer taken care of so they didnt miss a family vacation. I have to say Dan is a great guy and customer service at inland is excellent. You would like being a big corporate store they wouldnt care about the little guy or customer service that is far from the case! Great job and you have earned my business for sure!

These guys are awesome had my driveshaft better than new for a third the price of a new one and even included balancing and new ujoints highly recommended and they did the job in a day or so.

At least the 4th driveshaft I've had lengthened or built by them. One in a 64 falcon that I never took to the track but could pull the front tires off the ground when it hooked and the rest in Toyota rock crawlers. All were driven on the highway after beating on and didn't vibrate.
