Manny and Javier in the Used Car Sales are amazing! Talk about hustling. We bought a Ford Escape (not financed) in under 4 hours. Superb experience, would definitely recommend if you need a car quickly.

Id really like to thank Jose.H for assisting me with my vehicle. As it was being missed diagnosis by hail specialist repair shop. Honda was able to recalibrate my vehicle and clear steering angle sensor code. His communication is excellent via emal and phone. I really tust Honda as vehicle to drive. Bought a new 2015 Honda here. Until maybe 2020 the Howdy Service Dept was great and a major selling point for the car.I don't know what changed but since then it's been so bad that I'm not sure if I'd buy another Honda. Not sure if this is a Honda thing or if Honda just has no oversight of dealerships.Every time I've been during the last few years it's been a painful experience. Very slow check in. Don't have parts. When you have an appointment they don't even start work on the day you drop off. Even on recall items you'd expect them to be quick on they're slow and bad. 2.5 weeks after drop off to complete replacement on a failed and under warranty AC blower fan, even with scheduling weeks in advance. Rides to and from are slow or not available. Don't check things you've specifically asked for. Don't provide prices for service you've requested pricing on. Prices have gone from the expected dealership premium to "Am I driving a Mercedes?" Everything they do is an attempt to upcharge you and the actual service has fallen off a cliff. They're spending time to record videos to text you explaining why you should pay them obscene amounts to replace cabin air filters, wiper blades etc.I have other cars in my household and when I've been to dealerships for those cars recently, it's clear they're still treating the Service Dept as an extension to their brand and the most important way to gain and keep customers. That was the case at Howdy but not anymore.Writing this review is the last time I will waste with them.

I am currently regretting my decision to use Howdy Honda. Made an appointment for Tuesday the 19th for 7 am. Took 30 minutes for any employee to acknowledge my arrival. It s now three days later and my car has not been serviced. I call for an update(person who answered the phone was rude) and was transferred to a voicemail. So I m currently stranded. Save your money and go elsewhere, I wish I had

Stopped at this Honda service center when we started hearing a dragging noise while driving on the highway. The service technician Robert was able to repair our vehicle and get us up and going in no time! Thank you Robert and Howdy Honda for saving our road trip!

Regrettably, my experience with Howdy Honda has been unsatisfactory, prompting me to write this review. Despite making an appointment for the B16 service, I was quoted an exorbitant price upon arrival at the dealership. This is not the first instance where I have been charged an exorbitant amount for their services. I was quoted over $400 for the B16 service, a figure significantly higher than what other Honda dealerships charge for the same service. Although the service advisor informed me that each dealer is privately owned and sets their own rates, a quick google search revealed that the average price for the B16 service falls between $235-$250.Consequently, I opted to cancel my appointment at Howdy Honda and seek the services of another dealer, whose service department had better reviews. The other dealer quoted me $240 for the same service, making me regret wasting my time at Howdy Honda. As a result, I will happily drive farther to take my business to a more reputable dealer.

Like everyone else, I'm tight on time so I was relieved to find a Honda service center that accepts online appointments and had an opening that worked with my schedule. When I arrived, however, I learned that the purpose of my appointment was simply to "check in" my car, and that service wouldn't even be started for another 3 days. What's more, their loaner cars were booked until almost a full month later, so I was expected to leave my car on the spot. This is after selecting "I'll wait at the office during my service" when setting up my appointment.I even asked if I could move my appointment to the later date and wait at the office during the timeslot when the service was planned to start, but they said "no". Apparently my car needed to sit idly in their garage for at least 3 days before anyone would service it. All of this for a simple readout on an electrical issue reported by the car's computer.I can't get back the hour of my day that was needlessly wasted by Howdy Honda. The only redeeming quality (hence 2 stars instead of 1) is that the service advisor who I spoke with was apologetic and acknowledged that their online appointment system is seriously lacking.

UPDATE: I called Golden Locksmith and a very friendly and professional person came to my home and replaced my key in about 30 min for less than $200. I highly recommend THAT business.I needed a new key made. Because I couldn't start my car, I got a ride to the service center. I asked three different employees for help, and they all said they couldn't help me and directed me to a row of people sitting at computers. I went over there. None of them acknowledged me. I literally had to stand in the middle of all these employees who were ignoring me and say loudly, "Can someone please help me? I have an appointment!" Before one of them even LOOKED AT ME. Then he told me I had to tow the car there so they could pair it with the new key, which by itself costs $275. So it's basically going to cost me $500+ to get a new key to operate my car, THAT IS FULLY PAID FOR AND I OWN OUTRIGHT. The car is 12 years old and has over 150K miles; it's not even worth $500. So they suck at customer service and they extort you. I think I'll just sell my car for parts.

I just wanted to say that we are beyond grateful for the attention of Jason Goemer (sales associate) and Neil (financial services) during the purchase of our Subaru WRX! They were super professional and transparent about all the things you need to expect from your new purchase. I am definitely going back to Howdy Honda for my future SUV purchase! Thank you so much!

My express oil change took almost 3hrs. I had an appointment and foolishly assumed the appointment time would be somewhat honored. Texts to the customer service line 2 and 2.5 hours in went unanswered. The dealership was as absorbed by a major corporation in the last few years and the service department is suffering. I ll never, ever go back there. Save yourself the trouble and go to Lube Pit Stop on S. Lamar.

There is absolutely no reason for an oil change to have a waiting period of three hours. The entire purpose of make an appointment is to minimize the waiting time inside the lobby. This is just very poor management of scheduling. We will be taking the car elsewhere from here on out.

I took my crv in for a loud noise. We had an appointment but it took awhile before we were acknowledged. We clearly stated we wanted the noise fixed. several people acknowledged the noise and wrote it in the paperwork. It was an obvious can't talk above noise. They called saying the tensioner was making noise and my husband said okay if you think that is it. $700 later which included a diagnostic they call back and say they hear a different noise which happened to be the original problem I took it there for. I picked it up stated I was disappointed and took it somewhere else who fixed it in two hours. it was an ac compressor.

One of the worst places to get general maintenance let alone recalls done at. The service team members drag their feet to do their jobs.

Be aware there is a hidden charge (Misc Charge) beyond the quote they provide you. Not a very transparent company.
