As good as it gets! Brent, Justin and the rest of the HCE team were very communicative, professional, and fair when dealing with what ended up being a pretty complicated repair on my BMW 550i. Great team and great service. Highly recommend!!

I had the loveliest experience with HCEA. Everyone I interacted with was so nice and answered all of my questions. They gave me great timeline expectations and got everything done just as they said. I ve never been more pleased with a business and staff. My car looks awesome now :)

They communicate very well well so theta I can understand what is going on with my car and the issues. When I first called them I had to leave a message and they called back right away!!!They r very busy so I always have to make an appointment weeks ahead. Which is a bummer but I guess you say they are very much in demandI have brought both my Porsches over there. I am very surprised to get my car back with in days. Which I thought it would be a week or more. They always manage to find parts pretty fast and are very excellent in staying touch with the progress of the car.They send pictures of issues which I love.Pick up is very easy and over very happy.

Absolutely the best experience with a specialty Mechanics shop. Their expertise is unmatched and quality of service unparalleled. All facets of their operation from the front office to the technicians were kind and courteous. Will definitely be a long time customer going forward.

Great place to have your Porsche serviced. You need to make an appointment at least two weeks in advance because they stay booked. Their service is excellent customer service amazing value for dollars great.Update: Porsche required a rotor change on all four wheels costing north of $6k, a second opinion by Hill Country verified they were well within specifications and only need pads. Can t say enough on how thorough they are.

My car has had an unexplained shudder at certain RPMS. Hill Country technicians carefully looked at possible options, never quick to suggest something. After a thorough and not too expensive analysis, they presented a conservative action point first. We tried it, and it looks like they nailed it. Very happy with their service, approach and excellent communication from the front office. :)

This place is amazing. I will drive over an hour to the shop for their service. They have serviced my Audi and VW a few times and I fully trust them with their diagnosis and work. They are honest and capable and extremely easy to do business with. Thank you for taking care of my cars!

Highly recommend them! I took my daughter s car there after Audi had it for several months, and could not figure out what was wrong. Brent and Justin immediately diagnosed the problem and saved us money by recognizing the problem was also covered by our Major Mechanical Policy!

Super fast turn around and great communication along the way. They know Audis and gave us a high level of confidence that the job was done right. Way better and faster than the last repair shop we went to that did not specialize in European car brands.

I have been taking my 2013 Mercedes SUV to European Autoworks since I bought it as a one owner used car. In fact, my sister and I dropped in on them during my test drive. They looked it over and gave me confidence. They ve done my regular check ups and problem solving ever since. Yesterday I got an electronic notification that my right rear brake lamp should be checked. I dropped in on them on my way home. They were happy to figure it out on the spot. Fantastic experience! Very knowledgeable staff that quickly assessed my issues, made appropriate recommendations and got me back on the road. Had gone to the dealer first and received a list of recommended repairs. HC Euro did their own diagnostic and eliminated unnecessary repairs . Really trustworthy crew and glad to know they are there if a future need arises

Customer service is unmatched!! I called for same day car repair & they were able to get me in and take care of my car in under an hour! I will forsure be back the next time my car needs to be serviced! Ive been looking for a place like this since moving to Austin. I no longer have to dread taking my car to the audi dealership.

I received excellent service at Hill County European Autoworks! They are super friendly and my car was finished fast and on-time. They communicate with you during the entire process and make everything very transparent. I have to say HCEA is one of the best shops I ve ever worked with. Really across all categories they earn high marks. The work they do, their staff and communication, heck, even their shop is the cleanest most organized shop I ve ever seen. Looks like a brand new F1 garage. Wouldn t hesitate to go back to them or recommend them.

Finally found my new workshop after taking my 2011 AMG S63 to 2 other shops that either didn t do a good job, or had terrible communication, or both.I waited about a month before leaving my review just to make sure everything they fixed stayed fixed, and it did! These folks are great, they are polite, provided me with updates on my vehicles status almost daily. Love their system where I can get a text message or email and view any updates on my car as well as see pictures of what they ve found, and approve or decline repairs right from my phone.These guys fixed what 2 other shops said wasn t an issue, and the total price was a lot less than what I was expecting to pay.These are the only folks I m letting touch my Benz going forward!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

I found them online and called for a quote on getting my turbo charger replaced on my Mercedes and received one the next day. I agreed to service and left my car on the specified date. I was notified that my car was ready two days later. I was told that the price I was given was inaccurate due to all the parts that Mercedes sent were not needed. (They could have kept quiet and not mentioned it) They reduced my repair bill by almost $700.00. It is great to know that there are still HONEST repair shops. They have earned my trust and my business and I will recommend them to all my friends and family. I would also like to mention that the car is running great!Service: Engine repair

The HCEA team has taken care of my 2012 S5 always providing detailed info on repair issues, options, and they get the work done right the first time. So often at the dealership I ve had issues not properly resolved or new issues pop up immediately after a repair, clearly from a lack of quality control before releasing the car back to me. You won t get that with these guys! I had to get my car fixed when the temperature gage raced up to HOT - I immediately called Hill Country European as they have taken care of my car 5 years now.We set up time and that same day I had all the information I would need to make an informed decision. They are excellent in customer service and that work floor is orderly and SPOTLESS- I have not once been anything but pleased. They really are an unparalleled experience for auto needs.

Our HCE experience is that these guys are honest, thorough and the work quality has been outstanding, consistently. It is pretty obvious that Justin, Brent and the team enjoy their profession.If you are buying German, the cost of ownership can be more of an expense than the actual purchase.
