Speedy service. Went on a Sunday when most major shops are closed. In and out in 20 mins. They handles buiz and got me back on the road. FYI cash only, but store next door has an atm.

Heyo! Went to get a tire patched here a couple weeks ago, after finding a screw in it I called & the employee I spoke to was SUPER friendly. So, I knew this was the place. Showed up, grabbed some tacos at the trailer right next door while I waited, and the repair was done before I opened my salsa. Fair prices & speedy service. Would recommend, and would go back!

This is the best tire shop I ve ever been to. They are fast and good at what they do. They should be working for NASCAR. Saved me from having to buy a new tire and they fixed my tire fast. I highly recommend this place for tire repair.

Probably the worst experience ever ! The guys who were outside working were so rude and unprofessional. I asked one simple question about my tire that i needed to purchase and I got completely ignored. I continued to ask one more time and they responded with im working can t you see then proceeded with talking mess and flicking me off . Then asked if we would leave if he pulled his pants down and show us his private parts mind you my son was in the car .

Any tire issues, come to this spot- they are so quick and efficient, cash only, helps if you speak Spanish but they do speak English too, highly recommend

This place is the Worst... Liars..Unprofessional..they take advantage of ladies.. My daughter goes in. Needed Only 1 tire(we tell him that).. He showed us a Bridgestone tire.we sd ok we'll take it. Then noticed he was putting a completely different cheaper brand of tire.brought it to his attention. And sd he could only sell us that one.cause the one he had showed us, he could only sell as a pair.. took advantage of the situation cause she was desperately needing one.. Scumbags. Ripoffs. It was close to closing time.. so we let it go...

These guys are great. They know their stuff and they work fast. Prices are more than reasonable. I hope they can hold out for awhile and withstand exploding Austin development. They ve been around a long time for a reason.

Overpriced used tires!!! They charged me $97 for a used tire! I only allowed because they were the only ones open at the time. There are other honest tire shops in town. Avoid this one! Puros ratas !!!

Went there with a nail on my tire, they patch it, everything was perfect. The next day the tire was flat, and I went back to guerrero to see what was wrong, they check it on the tire bath and there wasn't any bubble . They put air again and I been doing that for a whole week, so i decide to take to another shop, and they check on the tire and they found damage on it, ( piece of rubber lose) so the tire never can't hold the air.Be careful with the service they provided.Very disappointed I have to buy 2 news tire on a brand new vehicle with only 20,000 miles on it.

Great service hours compared to the option of none in the area. Language barrier for some of the staff but usually there is someone bilingual there working. Straight to the point and fast. But they do get busy...and then like all high demand businesses its on a First Come First Serve Basis

Always quick and very organized for how busy they are. Professional staff that do good work. I highly recommend making this your go to for quick fixes or whole set of tire replacement if you re in south Austin.

These guys sold my pregnant wife a tire with a plug in it without notifying her. Obviously they weren t concerned about her safety or the safety of our now newborn otherwise they would have been honest and transparent about the poor quality of the tire upfront.

Great immediate service both timed I've been there. Had a flat that would have cost about $25 to patch. Since my tire had limited tread, I bought a good used tire from them for $70 ($55 net). Very pleased. Take cash; cards are not accepted.

A fantastic job of all the guys on Guerrero Tire Shop!!They are so quick, professional, and kind to all their clients!In less than 10 minutes, they fixed my flay tire!!Very efficient work!!Highly recommended when we need to change/ fix from our tires.Location: south congress Ave.Price: affordable.Customer service: EXCELLENT!!They speak Spanish and English!!

I was so disappointed with the service I received. They quoted me 3 different prices. They didn't put any of my valve stem caps back on. Then the very next day I had a flat tire which cost me an additional 20 dollars. Also, they didnt speak English.

I only gave him one star because that s the lowest I can go, I called the guy before I come ask him if he can do the tires. My mom is in the car. Rick passed away. It s last minute he says yeah I got you for 100 bucks. I show Perry pulls all my tires off put some tires on the rims and then comes back and tells me it s gonna be 120 now because he has a dispose of the tires and they re Baja tires. I told him at $100 to my name that s it before I came knowing my mother just passed away they completely took advantage of me and thought it was funny and laughed at me when I called him out on it. This place is not for anybody that can go anywhere else is geyser, unprofessional, scam, artist.

I came in early in the morning with a nail in my tire and they were already busy. They had plenty of staff to handle everyone in a timely manner. I was out of there in less than a half hour with a repaired tire at a reasonable price. I couldn t have been happier.

Awesome! A great bunch of guys. We are from Missouri and had a flat.We didn't want to drive home without a spare. They had our vehicle up on a jack before we got out of the car. I was expecting to get a tire just to get me home, but they had exactly what we needed and were very quick about getting the tire on our vehicle. The tire we bought had plenty of tread left and was the same brand as the rest of my tires. Now I don't have to buy a new one any time soon.

Most of the people working here are good and I usually go there because it s close to my place. Recently I went there for new tires and we agreed on $100/tire ..when it came time to pay he says $120/tire . Unprofessional never going back there.

I went in to get a patch after seing a nail in my tire. The guy removed the rim and pulled the nail. It turned out to be just a cap of the nail so I only got charged for removing the rim and not a patch.

Went to 9 tire shops in Austin . All of them REFUSED to mount a tire on my BMW because they claimed they needed a special machine. This was urgent as my car had a blowout. I came to Guerrero on Christmas Eve and they mounted it in 15 minutes. Extremely kind and professional guys. Never going anywhere else but here.

This place is a rip off !! Do not go there .I bought 2 tires there (used) for $180 and one of them didn't even last a day . I tried calling the place ,none answer my multiple calls.

Good tire shop. Good selection of used tires and enough staff and space to work on 5 to 6 vehicles at a time. No wait room, but there is an outdoor foodtruck with benches and covering from the sun.

Nope. I got a used tire from here and it went flat. When I took it to another place for them to patch it they said whatever place I went to put duct tape over it & that the tire was no good. Don t go here. Also no one speaks English. If you speak Spanish great.

THE WORST DO NOT GO HERE SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE!!! They broke my rim key the guy tried to lie and say it was already broken. They gave me the run around about ordering another key for days but still never received a replacement. Didn t even get to receive service because he broke my key & didn t want to work on my tire anymore!!! Definitely wish I would ve went else where to save me the stress I had to deal with with these people.

They are always quick. I like going there. I bought a new tire and the guy put it on like in 2 minutes. I mean fast. I would like to say good job. Keep it up. I send everyone I know to GURRERO'S!!! THEY ARE AWESOME!!! THANKS AGAIN!!!

I was sold two front "new" tires for $120. I noticed a buldge in one and cracks in the sidewall of the other just two days later. I went back and they said the tires are no good but they cannot provide a refund. Their solution was to sell two more "new" tires for $140. I looked at the "new" tires and one had a nail in it, the other again had cracks in the sidewall. I pointed this out to which they said sorry, these are no good, we do not have any tires that fit your car. It is not an exaggeration to say that you are risking your life and others on the road by purchasing tires here.

Yeah, so I had 2 SUV's that needed new tires, and I had them changed here. On Monday, they charged me $30 per tire for mount and balance, and on Tuesday they charged me $35 per tire for mount and balance on the same type of vehicle and same type of SUV. I'm not thrilled.
