The team at Genuine Automotive and Diesel is great. They are friendly, honest and make you feel comfortable. Being able to borrow a car from them while your car is getting worked on is such an added bonus and helps so much when not having your car. Highly recommend using their services!

Excellent customer service and high quality automotive care. My 2013 MB C-250 was leaking oil and a first quote elsewhere wanted to replace my entire Turbo for an exorbitant rate. GAD was a second quote. Turns out the Turbo is just fine. Fixed the oil leak and brought to my attention the need to replace spark plugs and coils as it was not accelerating as it should, it was time. They fixed it all up, gave me a loaner and the engine is now singing like a song.Thank you Abby and Katy! Both delightful to work with.Highly recommend GAD to one and all!

Genuine Automotive & Diesel always does a great job when I need repairs and maintenance done on my vehicle. I just had my brakes and rotors replaced, but I have also used them previously as well, and I am sure I will return again in the future! They will take good care of you!

Genuine Automotive is amazing!!! I had several issues piling up on my car, and they fixed all of them in a timely and cost efficient manner. My car is now in perfect condition!! They diagnosed what was wrong with my truck that 2 other shops couldn't! Abby kept me well informed and went above and beyond expectations. Id recommend her and the crew to anyone whos looking for a mechanic. They know what they're doing and fairly priced compared to other shops as well.

Highly recommend using GA for all your auto needs! Charlene and Steve were incredibly responsive and helpful, the repairs for my BMW were done fast and saved me at least $600 compared to the other shop I considered. They did an excellent job and my car is running smoothly again!

Genuine Automotive & Diesel is restoring my trust in the car repair business. As a fairly new customer, my recent visit was the 2nd time I have used their services. GAD was referred to me and my experience has been that they stand by their work and they get the job done right. I am very satisfied with the results of the work performed and will be coming back for any future car repair needs.

I really can t say enough good things about GA&D. Their customer service and work is TOP NOTCH. Super nice people (Abbey is amazing ), communicate well, stick to their quotes and their work on my truck has always been excellent. I wouldn t trust my work truck with anybody else.

Not sure where to begin. I found Genuine on YouTube and the funny shorts they were making. Seemed like a good wholesome crew of people that I'd prefer to support as opposed to a dealership that wants to make me wait 2 weeks just to diagnose my car. So I took it in, had everything done and was quoted at a price that saved me roughly $1000.On top of that the customer service and amount of time it took to have so much done was impressive. These people not only know their stuff but are seriously supportive with loaner cars. I even left one of my keys in the lobby and they wanted to drive it out to me lol.After moving to Texas 2 years ago I have been needed to find a good shop. This is the one. They will get all of my business for as long as I'm in Texas.Thank you for the painless experience.

We use Genuine for our Fleet maintenance and repair and they ve always done right by us. Timely, honest repairs, and they re always happy to walk even the most mechanically challenged (like myself) through what they re doing and why. They re also honest about what needs to be repaired/replaced now and what can wait. Highly recommend Genuine Auto & Diesel for personal & fleet vehicles!

Very professional and kind. I waited for my repair so I saw how efficiently they ran for a couple hours. Great place!!! Another shop told me my timing chain needed to be repaired and I took it here for a second opinion. I'm glad I did because they said the timing was fine.

Oil change needed on my Cadillac was greeted by Daughter of the business very professional and efficient. I had to be to work quick like and they got me in and out the Door un Under an hour The son of the business owner was sure to ask me if there was anything else he could do .Just topped off my experience. That s the way to run a business.

GAD fixed a problem I had paid other mechanics for but who had never gotten it right. Very fast and communicative all through the repair process. Good value in the their pricing. They treat you like friends or family.

I ve used Genuine Automotive twice with my Porsche and they have not done anything short of an amazing job both times. I ve been to plenty shops around the area but thanks to these guys I won t be looking anywhere else. 10/10 recommend Genuine Automotive!

They were great. Our car was too old to get parts for and ended up being unfixable, however they did all they could to try different approaches to see if there was anything they could do. The team at GAD are amazing and the service is second to none. The communication and estimate process is clear, the concierge service makes life so much easier, and we are so thankful for their expertise with diesels. It's hard to find! The people at Genuine Automotive and Diesel were great to work with.Needed a new engine and they were able to shop around and get me a new engine for less than a rebuilt engine.They explained the issues and there were no surprises.I recommend this shop 100%.Service: Engine repair

I would not recommend this place. We paid almost $200 for a diagnosis only to be told they could not find anything wrong with the car. We were told we would have to pay another $175 for an extra hour of diagnosis. Wouldn t recommend this place if you don t already know what the problem is. We found another mechanic who figured it out right away!
