What an awesome auto buying experience at Friendly Motors Group! Tatiana does such a great job to attend to customers. No pushy sales pitches or pressure. Vehicles are priced very fairly. Great cars, great buisness. Bought this nice suv for my wife and kids today, they are excited! I'll be back to buy mine soon.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience at friendly motor group! Bernard was quick to answer my questions via text before we met in person so I could see the car. He talked me through everything and the whole car buying process, as this was my first car purchase ever! After I test drove the truck I knew it was the car I wanted. Bernard and his team had fixed up some of the cosmetics of the car (dented bumper and paint) as well as other warn down parts of the vehicle that needed some extra TLC, prior to its listing, so it was good as new when it came time for me to buy it. Bernard was quick and efficient with the buying process and was trustworthy and knowledgeable.

I had been shopping for two weeks to replace a vehicle that was totalled from storm damage. Replacing the vehicle was becoming more urgent. We test drove the first vehicle that I was interested in and also took other vehicles for a drive to make sure that I left my options open. There was never any pressure to buy and there was flexibility on taking the vehicle to my own mechanic for a thorough inspection. No issues were found. I purchased and have been driving the car for over two months. It has been a perfect replacement. Thank you Steve and Bernard!

My husband and I recently had the privilege of joining our son and daughter-in-law in a search for their very first vehicle as newlyweds. Our experience at Friendly Motor Group was extremely positive. Tatiana treated the young couple (19 & 18) respectfully. There was never at any point any sales pressure. She was truly friendly, very helpful, and accommodating. Bernard assisted us at times as well and was pleasant also. It was the easiest and most enjoyable car purchase experience we have ever witnessed. Tatiana seemed genuinely so happy for our kids and recognized what a big moment it was for them. We are so grateful to her and would not hesitate to recommend family and friends to Friendly Motors!

Bernard and Steven were laid back and easy to be around they helped me through the process. Bernard even went so far as to get on the phone with my bank to straighten things out so they d at least initiate the transfer so that I didn t have to drive an additional 3 hours to come back after the three day holding period that my bank initially told me. Once he was able to see that they initiated it he let me drive off even though the money wouldn t actually transfer for another 24 hours. They were kind, helpful, and happy to have my toddle teetering around their business just chattering away. I think I d make the drive to come back in the future.

My son bought his first car 3 days ago. Yesterday, the check engine light came on. When he notified them, the response was "sorry to hear that". ??? Wow!! They are definitely friendly, but honest?? Trustworthy?? We'll see... I will update if they do anything to make this right.

This is one of many small dealerships in a row. We went to Austin to look for a used vehicle for my son. With the inventory scarce, we found a 2015 Camarillo marked as a good deal on carfax. Tatiana was amazingly helpful on site, as well as Bernard.

Very good place to get a car. Brought a Toyota RAV4 great running vehicle, also reasonable price. The manger Bernard very pleasant to do business with, great customer service and very professional. Thank you so much we love our Buick/Verano I went to different car lots spoke to different sales men some nice some rude and was online for a few weeks to find the right car for my son as soon as we got on Friendly Motors group car lot I felt I finally found the place I want to buy a car at they picked the perfect name for there business cause they are friendly and helpful they directed me to Navy Federal credit union to get a better interest rate I didn't feel pressured and when I didn't understand some details of paperwork or loans processes they were patient with me im definitely buying cars from them in the future and referring my friends and family don't waste your time going anywhere else this is the place to buy your dream car

I bought my car here at Friendly Motors Group. Leland helped me with the process of purchasing a vehicle. The staff there are very friendly and professional. My time there went very well as the purchase was seemingly smooth with no hassle or long waits. I would definitely recommend Friendly Motors Group to anyone looking for cars. Bernard is one of a kind, and that says a lot for being a car dealer. After several disappointing experiences with well known dealerships here in Austin, I stumbled upon Friendly Motors Group. I was hesitant but Bernard s description of a vehicle I was interested in caught my eye; it was genuine, upfront and had no sales pitch. My communication with him before going to see the car I was considering in person further validated my initial positive impression. I got there, test drove one car and a second at Bernard s recommendation. Afterwards, he told me to go home, do some more research (and suggest suggested some well know consumer research sites) and let him know what I think. Normally, dealers would try to get you to buy a car right there and then, but not Bernard. The process was so pleasant. At the last minute, my mechanic ended up finding a car for me and buying it. Even though the price of the car my mechanic found was a steal, I still was sad I missed out on doing business with Bernard. If you are looking for an honest, calm and pleasant car buying experience, Bernard is your guy. If I am ever on the market for a car again, he will most likely be my first stop and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and hassle free car-buying experience. Buying from Friendly Motors was very straight forward and hassle free. The car I looked at was clean and all the details matched the description and the car fax report. Bernard communicated well and was prompt in arranging times for me to check over the car, go on a test drive, and allow a third party pre-purchase inspection. The car was honestly presented and I feel the price was very fair. The sales transaction was efficient and well explained. I would recommend this business for anyone in the market for good quality, slightly older used vehicles

I cannot recommend Friendly Motors Group enough! I recently purchased a Toyota Mini-Van from them. I can say that I have never had such a seamless experience buying a vehicle in my life. I went in with a very specific budget and the staff did everything they could to find me a vehicle that I loved that was also within my financial means. I have recommended my friends and family to this establishment. I received tremendous customer service from everyone on thier staff, especially Daniel. Was not able to make a deal in the unfortunate event of trying to get a car, but regardless owner Bernard and sales rep. Leland were absolute top notch. Servicing and assisting with from the very beginning to searching for all possibilities together and rooting for me. Never had genuine care and service like this in a while. Was an absolute pleasure and gladly recommend them to everyone looking at their great priced vehicles. Thank you gentlemen both!
