This place is awesome. We had hail damage on our Rivian and they got the car looking like new again. We had 7 small dings in the hood. He also pulled out a pretty large door ding dent which really made me happy. I will definitely be back to this place in the future when the inevitable ding shows up on my door.

Multiple shops refused to work on my 2023 Tundra due to the hood being aluminum and having a panoramic roof. Another shop even proposed to use bondo. I had given up looking for shops in Austin and started looking out of town. Then I found David and he fixed what others wouldn't touch (and no bondo!)! I also got it back in a day and half. Fantastic job and well priced! Also, friendly local family business.

David did fantastic work to repair the hail damage on my Jeep. Within one day it was returned to me good as new. Quality work, fast, and friendly. Highly reccomend.

From my initial phone call, to the completion of the work, Melissa and her team were fantastic! I was fretting over having to make an insurance claim, and with Melissa's help, I avoided having to involve my insurance. My deductible alone would have cost me more than what I paid, not to mentions having to deal with likely higher premiums. I was able to get the damage to my car fixed in one day. I highly recommend Fix-A-Dent Lakeway!

Super amazing people. David and Melissa did so much to go out of their way to ensure that everything was wonderful. We took 3 cars to them (bad hail storm) and they all came out lovely. They charged extremely reasonable rates. They worked with us to get our cars from Killeen to Lakeway and back. Very impressed with them and extremely satisfied.

Our second time using Lakeway Fix-A-Dent. Melissa scheduled us right in and the damage was fixed and painted within a matter of days. Much faster then we expected. Excellent service! Highly recommended.

We were referred to them by our son and have been extremely satisfied with everything. Melissa and David are the A-Team! Very courteous, they took the time to explain the process, very transparent with the repairs, costs and where to get the part that we needed for cheaper. They had the car repaired and ready in a very timely manner. Great experience!!! We would definitely recommend Fix-A-Dent.

David and his team is fantastic. My wife backed into a yellow concrete pylon in a parking lot in my truck so I pulled in to David s shop. He immediately cleaned it off and then within three days had it back to me and it looked like nothing had ever happened. The Fix a Dent crew also gives back to the community and is involved around the area. Highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim

Amazing small business dent repair shop run by a husband and wife duo. David does the dent removal and Melissa does the scheduling, admin, payments, working with insurance company, etc.Amazing repair work - going above and beyond, even removing SAP from the car. Great communication and constantly followed up on progress and issues.If you are looking for a good dent repairs - look no further!

David and Melissa did an amazing job! Our car had hail damage and they were able to fix all of it within two days. Melissa was also kind enough to drive us home after we dropped our car off in their workshop. Would definitely recommend this shop if you have any hail damage or dents on your car!

Overall, they did great work. Our car was side-swiped by a moving truck and needed door, rear quarter panel, and bumper repairs and/or replacements. The repairs from Fix-a-dent restored our car and I cannot even tell that it was ever damaged. We have an older car, and they showed a level of care and attention to detail that a much newer, more expensive car would have deserved. Overall, the service was stellar, the work was impeccable, and Melissa in particular was wonderful and very accommodating.

Melissa was of great help with our lossened mud guard and provided professional advice on getting it fixed. She offered to check out our damaged car door, and she even went to the extent of cleaning the paint stuck scratches on the door. She was kind enough to do all of this for Free! Needed a dent fixed due to an unexpected side swipe on the freeway by a drunk driver. Went to David at Fix A Dent the next day and he fixed it in less than 24 hours. Just wanted to express my thanks to Melissa publicly. My vehicle needed more extensive work and the at-fault party wanted a variety of quotes/research. Melissa looked over everything I'd received and provided her expert opinion. She even contacted the at-fault party and explained her reasoning and the best course of action. That included using a company different from them. How many people do that now-a-days? So kind and professional. If/when I need their services I will definitely be making the trip out to Lakeway. Recently, I was in a hailstorm in Austin, TX, that badly damaged my car. It was unfortunate, but I wanted to have it repaired. Never having been through the process before, I had to navigate speaking to my insurance company. However, I was fortunate to have found Fix-A-Dent in Lakeway, TX. The proprietors, David, and Melisa were upfront, understanding, and helpful in repairing my vehicle. David is a highly professional, talented craftsman with over 31 years of experience repairing hail damage through PDR, (paintless dent repair) and made my car look brand new. He went above and beyond my expectations. They were honest, respectful, and communicative, getting me back on the road. I know it can be a challenge to find the right shop. If you want a positive experience and work with a great local company, I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional service.

David and Melissa are great. They provide a service .that can save you a ton of money as opposed to going to a body shop. I have had my car here several times. On my last visit, they werent able to get my car to 100% perfection, but they improved a scratch by about 90%. Because they couldnt get it a 100% they actually waived any charges, which was beyond generous. I was definitely satisfied with the work compared to the alternative of thousands of $$ spent on autobody. Its great to see honest folk in the auto repair space, because we all know, not al shops are built this way. Thanks David and Melissa!

Dave and Melissa communicated well, got me in right away with an estimate and began work shortly thereafter...100% better than the never-ending runaround you get with any bodyshop guy. If you need any dent repair, or have extensive hail damage...don't waste your time with a 3rd party bodyshop, go straight to source and call these guys!

Fix a dent has been an absolute joy to work with. I brought my car in for pretty bad hail damage repair and from the moment I contacted the staff they went above and beyond to not only deliver amazing quality work, but also work with my insurance, arrange my rental car, and keep me updated with what they were doing along the way. Melissa even arranged to bring me to pick up and drop off my rental car while my car was being worked on. My car looked amazing when they were done. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and kind. They have a great reputation,and long history of business that they are definitely upholding. Top notch work, and an even better team of employees.

I had put off having that basket ball size dent repaired for 2years in fear of huge cost. David took a look. Thought about it. Got a tool and popped it right out. I was floored! He laughed at the look on my face. Looks like new! Very fair fee. Trust David and Fixadent. Use them. Don't wait!

I visited a couple of other body shops only to discover estimates are done by appt. I gave Fix-a-dent a call. Melissa answered the phone and said give me a time you can come by and we will take care of you. Sure enough, I came by the next morning and David gave me a fair, honest estimate. I set up a time the next day (he could have done it then but I had a commitment that day) Brought the car in and it was done in less time than quoted. David even brought my car to me. I was referred to them by a person who is honest. His grocery cart got away from him and hit my wife's car. He left a note and stood behind paying for it. After visiting my "go-to" body shop, he recommended taking the car to Fix A Dent. My first reaction was "What??" Thankfully, I discovered a great source to handle dents that are a part of daily life.Melissa and David are good people to work with. The only downside is their success. It takes time to get scheduled because they are SO busy. I can see why. I am very particular about my cars and expect value for what I spend. I maintain them myself and have kept them an average of 17 years each over the past 50 years. Our 6 year-old car looks like new again. I highly recommend Melissa and David at Fix A Dent.Follow-up on my earlier review.I did take my 16 year-old car to Fix-A-Dent, as planned after the great work they did on our 6 year-old car.The many years of dents my auto accumulated were really getting to me. This auto is the perfect car for me and a new car is out of the question. Nor is there one in this condition on the market at the price I would get for mine. If I could just get the dents removed, then it would be new again.The two pictures were taken today. Each auto was riddled with dents down the side. Didn't matter how far we parked out when parking at a business. There is always that one moron that has to park right up against our car and slam their door into our car.Melissa and David at Fix-A-Dent saved me from the "new car temptation". I went in to Fix a dent because I saw great reviews on Yelp and Google. Oh boy, they didn't do justice to how good these guys are. I spoke to Melissa, came in and saw David. This couple were so professional and honest and sincere. David dropped me off and took my car. Was done in a timely manner despite his tight schedule and drove y car back to me with Melissa right behind him with their own vehicle. When I saw my car I couldn't believe it. It was like nothing happened. I still can't believe it, I find myself going to look at where the nasty dent was. I am still finding it hard to convince myself it's the same car. This is crazy. Fix a dent WILL fix your dent, they are not playing....Service: Body & Trim

The married duo of Melissa and Dave work so well together to quote, schedule and complete the job. Needed trim replaced but ended up having them fix several door dings. Made my 2016 vehicle look new. Highly recommend if you want a quality job at a reasonable price!
