I AM SO THANKFUL!!!!! Let me tell you about first class. This body shop was booked through my insurance company and as many of you know not much is available right now so I went with it. The process of setting up an appointment and getting my car in was a breeze. I was even going out of town that week and they worked around that schedule to pick a time that suited me best and I could drop it off and while I was gone they would start working on the collision damage I had. Beautiful, right. Fast forward two weeks later I get a call from the wonderful Dominic saying my car was already done!!! Mind you it was a pretty bad wreck, I couldn t even open my passenger door. I couldn t believe it. First Class went above and beyond with repairing my car and even detailed the inside for me before I picked it up. My car looks absolutely amazing and I want to thank everyone who personally worked on my car, because you all deserve the world!!!!!Service: Body & Trim

I came in distraught after getting quotes from multiple collision centers, and found this place by chance. The staff were respectable, punctual and very communicative. They fixed my car in half the amount of time and half the price of most of the other centers. I've already verbally given friends their information and hope this place stays open if I'm ever in another accident!

My first shout out goes to Dominic. He takes so much pride in his work and giving customers exactly what they need. Communicating with him is effortless, he s respectful and kind, and all about making sure that the customer satisfied.Working with this shop has been comforting and I highly recommend to anyone needing body work done to their vehicle.Excellent work and if I could give it 10 stars, I would!

Updated and I take my vehicles elsewhere. These people at this place did a quick fix on replacing my bumper on my Ridgeline truck. I was rear ended and they did not check the tailgate and the top casing is now not fitting in the tailgate door and bowed out. The bumper step pads were cramed inside with bending the little clasp out. I won't be taking or referring anyone. This was not done right at all.

I never write reviews but I had to for First Class Collision. Even though the storms last week knocked out their power, they still got my car done on time, and it looks beautiful! Dominique kept me up to date throughout the process and answered all my questions, friendly as can be. They even gave me a ride to the Enterprise when I dropped off my car. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Wonderful crew.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

THESE GUYS ARE AH-MAZING! I can t believe the incredible level of service here. Dominic is SO kind and so responsive. They took amazing care and really went above and beyond. Very good price for all that I needed (and I had called around). One of a few things they did for me was a paint job on a section of the car and it s perfect. They had the car done when they said they would. I appreciate them so much! Highly highly recommend this place. Thank you Dominic!! It was a true joy doing business with you.

I usually don't do reviews, but I felt compelled this time. I took my 2015 Corvette Stingray for body damage and Dominique and his staff did an excellent job. YOWSA!

We read reviews about 1st Class Collision Center before taking our Stingray there for some body work. Dominic and his shop did not disappoint. They did a flawless repair, cleaned everything up, and had the car finished when promised. They are professional, reasonable, and talented. The car looks new again! Will recommend to anyone needing body work!

I rarely leave reviews, but I honestly had to share my awesome experience. Dominic helped me since day one when I got in a car accident(deers in Austin are no joke). Was sent here through Progressive and they did a great job. My car was fixed very quickly and they cleaned it which was a nice bonus. Fantastic customer service and I was respected as an adult (although I am just a college student.) I highly recommend.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

When I picked my car up today I literally walked back in just to shake their hand and tell them what an awesome job they did! Not only did they fix the repairs that needed to be done, but they also detailed my car! Spotless on the inside and out! This is where I would take my car if any repairs are needed in the future. Awesome work and super courteous! Thanks guys!!

First class Collision worked on my car two different times. They did a great job. They looked over the car, gave me a quote and that is what I paid when the job was finished. The car was washed and ready to go in the time they said it would take. I appreciate and highly recommend First Class Collision.

Such a wonderful small business to share with!They give it to you straight and with the amount of business they have they stay right on time as parts delivered allows them.Taking care of me after the fact once a part fell loose (work is warranty covered)They go the extra mile!I wouldn t go anywhere else as long as I live here.

If you have body damage...do not look anywhere else. This is the place to go!! You will not be disappointed, I was not. They work with your insurance and make things easy. I appreciate that!!!

They helped me with my car window that had a leak in the window I called took it there the guy was nice enough to bend my door back in minutes and fixed my leak from water coming in definitely recommend this place

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE !!Picked up my car and it reeks of mold ! They also left a stains all over my seats and when I asked about it I got some rude man that was not at all interested in helping me.
