Think I ve been taking my car here for about 3 years. I ve always been treated well. Fast service. Friendly employees. They ve all been super helpful. I ve had my tires lose air because of the extreme hot cold temps, and they fill my tires up for me every time. Above and beyond helpful. I appreciate them and trust my car needs with them.

Kaleb is god amongst men. Never have I met a fellow as cheery as this one. His customer service skills are second to none. My wife and I were having a bad day coming into the shop, and this guy turned our day around with his sunny disposition. He really is a guy you could grab a beer with and talk like for hours. A word to the wise Firestone: make sure this guy gets paid well! He absolutely worth it and hands down is your best employee. Extremely knowledgeable about cars too! But that's to be expected from this Firestone of course.

Had vehicle towed to Firestone store after 6pm on a Friday and they were able to take care of diagnosing the issue and installing a new battery by 10 am Sat morning. Great service when they were already fully booked with other work.

Was visiting my sister in Texas (from Ohio) brakes started making some bad noises. Called to see if I could be seen on Saturday before Easter. They got me right in and diagnosed very bad brakes and even though booked for the day due to the safety issue made it possible to replace my brakes. They were efficient did a safety check on my vehicle and recommended new tires for the front as they were badly worn . I thank Ed and Ken for their prompt service and appreciated their concern for my safety. Another good crew from Firestone have a great team in Ohio, Maryland and now in Austin Texas!

My search is over! I have found the shop that I trust and will continue to use moving forward. This wasn't just about the quality of work that I feel they did on my car - which was great. This is also about the customer service and trustworthiness of the employees. From the moment I called to when I picked up my car everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful, patient, sincere, and kind. They took their time to answer my questions and made me feel welcome. I'm really picky about mechanics because for most of my life my father was my mechanic. The only other mechanic I trusted was my brother, who recently retired from Firestone. I took my car to several other Firestone locations, but never felt like I could trust or rely on the work they did on my vehicle. I am so happy that I found this location and will continue to bring my vehicle here as needed.

Got a few repairs here. So far so good, never had issues The wait times have gotten long here. You will have to leave the car here for a few hours even for an oil change.

Great service, Ed and his team are incredibly caring and make sure to help you as promised. I had a couple of issues with my vehicle after a string of bad luck and they were right there to help as needed. They got it dialed in and I'm back on the road. Thank you, Ed and team!

Great customer service! I was glad to find this place open on a Sunday when I had a warning light of low air pressure in my tire. Caleb was efficient and got it taken care of promptly. Wade was also helpful and got me checked in and out seamlessly. Every employee I encountered there was friendly and professional.

This was the worst experience I have had so far from a business, 1st I called in the morning and asked if they resurfaced rotors and the lady said yes and said drop it off so I did at 11am, 6:30pm came around and I didn't hear back so I called and was on hold for 20 minutes no lie! Then the lady told me she didn't know what was going on with my truck and put me on hold came back and said they weren't gonna have time to even look at it, why would someone tell you to drop off your vehicle if they already had a booked schedule of other jobs just say you don't have time until tomorrow not waste my time no communication at this location nor were they professional never going to a Firestone agin

Ed and his team run a very good shop. Very easy to work with, reasonably priced and they set accurate expectations on cost and timing. I have never had to return the vehicle because of incomplete or shoddy work and I have logged over 100 transactions since they opened. Highly recommended this place even if you don't live in the area.

Customer services was below par, and rude. They tried to add things to my service that it didn t end up needing and overcharging. They only retracted when my male roommate went in with me. If I can select zero stars I would.

I should have learned my lesson the first time but I decided to give them another chance!! Well it didn't go any better the second time! They really don't care what you tell them to do to your car, they just do what ever and start looking for thing they can make money on! I personally own 4 vehicles and they have lost my business for good this time!! Incompetent employees with attitudes!! "GUY SAID I DONT KNOW IM JUST A TECH" !!! Ummm all I know is THEY BETTER FIGURE IT OUT !! These are tire guys not mechanics!!Just remember they won't give you the full price until you leave and you car is in their hands, only then will they call you and tell u it's more money!! They hope you don't have the time so that you just pay it!!

Ed the general manager runs this shop as a local businessman. His efforts to help is always a level above any national shop. The place is full for a reason but they always accommodate w the best service. I have brought in high end sports cars, vintage classics and the family van to always be pleased with the service. I continue to support this establishment knowing it helps our community to retain services and the employees who work hard to be apart of our daily dependency in vehicles.

READ FULL REVIEW!Honestly did not want to post this review but today s experience left me no choice. For the second time in a row I made an 8am appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation/balance on my work vehicle and the vehicle was not touched. I arrived at 630 PM to see my truck parked in the same place I had backed into almost 12 hours before with zero done to it. I use this truck to earn my living and days without it cost me money. Upon my last visit with the same 8am appointment for the same oil change and tire rotation and my truck was at this Firestone for 2 full days. No explanation as to why other than they are understaffed and way too busy. WHATS THE POINT OF AN APPOINTMENT? I swear this means nothing to anyone at this store. The thing that really burns me is that I made the appointment a week ago and I did so in the store with someone in the waiting room. I was given the appointment time by Firestone and they did nothing to my vehicle when I brought it in at the time they set. I picked my truck up today after a day of not being able to work and now have to find a different establishment to do the work Firestone didn t bother to. This means even more time out of the field and not making money. This location is poorly managed and understaffed. I m convinced the only reason they stay in business is because they have no competition and deal with wealthy clientele that have multiple vehicles and don t care if theirs sits until Firestone eventually gets around to it. If anyone at Firestone wants to cut me a check for the money I missed out on while they were not working on my truck I hope they know they can get a hold of me anytime and I ll listen. Heck, I d even settle for a phone call and an apology from the manager of this location but don t believe I ll be holding breath.UPDATE 1-12-23 Ed (the manager of this location) called me this morning BEFORE reading my review. Ed remembered the first time this happened to me at this location and he completely owned what happened. Zero excuses were made, zero blame was put on anyone else and he took FULL responsibility for what happened. Ed asked if there was anything he could do to maintain my business and we came to the agreement that he could do so by working on my truck that day at 1pm. I arrived at 1250, my truck was in the bay before I finished talking to Ed at the counter and work was done correctly, efficiently and on time. I know people make mistakes, it s what they do in the aftermath that makes the difference. Ed took the only path that could have resolved the issue when he took ownership of the mistake and made it right. I will return to this location and continue to do business with Firestone because of the leadership that was exhibited by Ed and the overall desire to correct the mistake that was displayed by ALL of the employees on the clock that day. Thank you Ed and Firestone Steiner Ranch staff. Well done.

These guys are great! Twice now in the past six months I ve brought my mom s car here (an inspection to renew the tags and to replace a tire) and both times they have been very accommodating to get us in quickly (same day) - they are efficient and very helpful and friendly, great service. I felt taken care of and happy that they are in my mom s neighborhood. Shout out to David.

Ed was very knowledgeable and I got a good price on 4 new tires, oil change and state inspection. Only issue was they take in more vehicles than can be completed, they were very happy when I told them I'd pick my car up the next day. Otherwise a 5 rating.

Hours of operation state that this location is open on Sunday s. They re closed today, 8/13/2023 for an employee meeting. That s fair. However, how about updating your voicemail to state that you re closed so that people don t waste time to see you.

I live nearby and really want to use this Firestone, but they drop the ball almost every time. Timelines are never met, regularly over promised and under delivered. They couldn t get an alignment/balance done in 24 hours. Like some others have said, appointments mean little to nothing. They take your vehicle and finish it when it suits them.I m done trying, and suggest others to go elsewhere.

Went in for a state inspection, left the car with them at the shop for a couple of hours, since there was a line of cars in front of me. The inspection went well but there's noticiable damages inside the car. The main one being the sun visor (drivers side) being broken. They did not mention it when I picked up the car. Very unacceptable and disappointing.

I took my car twice to this location & the service was great. Our tech was helpful and did a great job. We had a small miscommunication which is not a big deal. Wade the service manager spoke to me over the phone concerning the issue. He was kind, professional & fixed the issue. Thank you to The whole team at this location.

Ed took care of our tire that had a bolt in it. He told us what to expect for the repair and timing. He was able to repair it for a very reasonable price. It was on a Sunday and his store was one of the few open. He saved our weekend! Thanks Ed and Firestone.

Walked in to repair a tire with a nail. Staff was extremely helpful
