I really appreciated the personal attention I received. And the attention to detail.The atmosphere was positive, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable.The guys were very busy but were able to get my vehicle in the shop on time.I do recommend making an appointment.I did, and it really paid off.I drove 45 minutes to this location, and it was a very good first impression.The supervisor on duty was Evan, and he conducted himself like a seasoned professional.He was respectful and courteous and kept me informed throughout the process.He gets 5 stars as well.Thanks to everyone at this Firestone location for making this a great overall experience.

I came to Firestone last week on 12/1/23 and got some work done. On December 7th, 2023, My tire and rim with the nuts and all came off on the same side and tire where the work was performed and I noticed a rattling noise when I drove off that day and was told it was "normal". I am certain my tire was not properly put back on and I am very upset. The police came out to guard the emergency road side assistance tech that assisted putting on a spare for me. I called Firestone in the morning on 12/8/23 and was told the manager was not available, and that was he was off. I was told to come in on Saturday. I called today, on Saturday and was told by Evan to come in around 9 that his manager would be present. My vehicle did not get seen til more than an hour later, and not once did I get approached by the manager nor a courtesy call. I had to walk up to my vehicle to watch them check it and the manager just happened to be there with the service tech. The distress and fear that myself, my two twin babygirls and my 7 year old daughter felt the night the tire came off is unacceptable and the police said that tires don't come flying off. I was stuck on the side of a heavy fast traffic service road in danger as well of getting hit and had to call multiple numbers before reaching an emergency road assistance company that could help. I am holding Firestone responsible for not installing my tire back on correctly, and also for the damages caused. I am told an "area manager" will call me in the morning and that they could not assist with a rental car, therefore I am having to get a ride, ANOTHER inconvenience and pay my sitter for watching my kids during this time. Please do the right thing Firestone, this is not good business practice. There is also still glass and boarded up windows from who knows what happened from my last visit on 12/1/23. I should have known to go somewhere else.

The Manager or whoever was at the check-in desk, was not very friendly, in fact he was rude. I explained what I thought was going on with my car. He went out, came back in & told me I had a blow out. I asked if someone could change it for me, he said "Don't you want a new tire", I told hum I got the tires from another company. He said a new tire from Firestone would be $220, I told him that my tires have a warranty on them. I asked if someone could change the tire for me, due to my Son had back surgery last month. Needless to say my Son had to come & change the tire. That man at Firestone was a total JERK.

Super friendly staff, great service, and on point from start to finish. Had no problem answering my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was getting what I needed to be safely back on the road.

Place is trash. They had me wait 4 hours to tell me they could NOT patch my tire, bc the nail was on the shoulder and that I needed to purchase a whole new one.Thank goodness I didn t because I took it somewhere else and turns out the nail I was NOT on the shoulder and was patched up with no problem. They OBVIOUSLY tried to get me to buy a new tire.

Do Not go to this place for service on your car. My Sons breaks were squeaky and Firestone told us the brakes were fine. They also told us that one rear shock was blown. They did not replace the breaks, and wanted $1000 dollars!! For a rear shock . I took the car somewhere else. Needless to say this shop said yes the breaks should be replaced, and NO, the shock is not blown. Im glad I know a little about cars. BTW, I also called the Dealership and they told me a rear shock with labor should run me around $300 dollars. REALLY FIRESTONE. people trust your "name brand" and they should not.

Besides the front desk/ cleaning women, nothin but clowns working here. Incl the guy that may be the manager that turned me down for an inspection 1st saying I got there too late (told him I work nights so that was the only time I could come) then he said the inspection guy isn t there on the weekends/ I need an appt. Another time I waited an hr for a patch just for them to tell me they couldn t do it. Screw this location!

Horrible customer service. I have been told the job would take 10-15 minutes. I was waiting for 1.5 hours. When I asked when the order will be done they told me what the tire what was ordered 2 days ago never came. WF...? I had to take some hours off from my job again to come back.

My tire services are still in progress but the staffs are extremely kind and great! Got a big discount for tire services. Lower prices and more friendly staffs for similar quality services compare to Costco auto center that I had been before. High availability, wide open hours even weekend, lots of locations, easy online schedule when out of office hours.

This place is the epitome of fraudulent auto mechanics. My girlfriend got a screw in her tire. I told her to take it to an auto store and they should fix it for less than $20. She went here and instead of performing the right fix, they lied by saying the entire tire needs to be replaced which would be a $300+ cost. I told her not to do it and to go to another place. She went to a nearby Discount Tire where they patched the hole FOR FREE, and she was in and out within 45 minutes. Places like this Firestone don t care about the right fix, they care about the most costly fix at the expense of the driver. Their practices are unethical and predatory, do not go here.

We were traveling cross country and having an issue with a tire sensor. The staff was friendly and responsive- checked the pressure and our tires right away. Giving up peace of mind to carry on!

Technician performed alignment incorrectly. Rack and Pinion bellows on both sides are now torn and tie rods are clunking. Technician did not loosen rack and pinion bellow clamp before or after adjusting tie rods. I will be contacting the shop and will update with their response.Edit: Tried calling multiple times, no answer. Chatted with online customer service yesterday, told they should respond with 48 hrs.Edit: Spoke to manager on phone and sent pictures of torn boots to his cell phone. Went to store. Waited for 4 hours. At the end of the 4 hours I was told that the manager left and he said that he would call me tomorrow. Was also told that the manger only noticed the one torn boot even though he had the vehicle up on a lift and I sent him pictures of both bellow/boots. I called customer service again and issue is being escalated to the regional manager.

I had an appointment at 4:30, came in 10 minutes early, but waited 2 hours and they still have not worked on my car. I would not recommend this place to anybody, it wasted my time

I came in for an oil change and state inspection. I had an appointment and was running a little late. I get there and the woman tells me it's going to take 1.5 hrs... I thought this was pretty long for just an pil change and state inspection, especially with an appointment. She then told me the price, which was very high ($120 something, usually get an oil change for around 70-80 so with $18 state inspectioni was looking around 90-100). I asked why that was and she found a discount for me (brought it down to 90ish) and I thanked her. So I walked around to some local stores and came back 1.5 hrs later. They had just got my car raised and were draining oil... they had just started! Irritated, I asked again how long this would be... I was told by a different person 30 mins. I left again and came back 30 mins later... it still wasn't done. So I sat there and waited for...another...30 mins... this is terrible service especially considering they weren't busy! There were between 1-2 people there at anytime I was there. So I get the bill and it's $124. The woman I spoke to before is nowhere to be found. I told them man that she put a discount on it and it should be around $90-100. He looks and says, yes, she did apply the discount and that the 120 was tax and the state inspection... so magically is back to the same number it was before. So now I'm pretty Irritated because not only were they gonna charge me an insane price for all this, but they drastically miscommunicated the price, and they took more than 2.5 hours to get it done!! I'm never coming back to any Firestone. Prices are too high and service is slow and bad.

Recently bought a new tire here, then after only a few weeks I has another screw in the same tire. They repaired the tire for free for me. Great service!

Appointments do not matter here. I scheduled one at 11am for a safety inspection. My car was not worked on until 12pm. I was there for a total of 2 hours. Not to mention, when I walked in one of the employees was being very passive aggressive to a customer. He was almost yelling and had this condescending tone.After the inspection, I was given a quote that was over $800. They were really trying to up-charge me on whatever they found wrong with my car. For instance, I need new windshield wipers and they were trying to charge $50 to replace them. I'm planning to go elsewhere to get what my car needs done.My only positive thing to say is the nice man who helped me check out. Unfortunately, I would not recommend coming here. It's overpriced, the customer service is sub-par, and they do not respect appointment times.

I made an appointment on the website. But the man at the reception said we can't do your job. Even though I couldn't make an appointment and I showed him the appointment e-mail, he didn't take me to my appointment with a ridiculous excuse like we don't give appointments at this time. My advice to you is to go somewhere else or kill your day.

Don't go here. These incompetents placed a different lug nut on my daughter's tire when we had the tires rotated and rebalanced. Now she is miles away at school, has a flat tire, and can't change the tire because the lug nut can't be removed by the tire iron in the car. What kind of idiot does something like this? An idiot that works at this Firestone is the type of idiot that does it.

This place is truly a nightmare. The manager is incredibly rude and honestly frightened my partner and I. They misdiagnosed our vehicle and told us we needed a $1500 repair, including a new set of tires. We had our tires replaced by Firestone only three months prior to this diagnosis, but they kept pushing their current promotion to get us to buy more new tires. We took our vehicle elsewhere for a second opinion, and a different mechanic assured that they were wrong and trying to take advantage of us. We spoke with the Firestone manager over the phone and he was very rude and aggressive. When we came in to speak with him about the repairs and pick up our vehicle (which they had for 3 days..) he avoided us and would not come out from the bay. We asked for information to contact corporate and the only person who would talk to us said that contact information is unavailable.Looking at other reviews on multiple platforms, this place needs new management - this was the worst service experience I have ever encountered.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Good, quick service.I stopped to get my car inspected and an alignment done. The guy at the front was very helpful. He gave me some recommendations on getting my paperwork together for registration since I just moved here. Also, he mentioned there was a car ahead of me for alignment and it might take 2hrs to get it all done, which was understandable. It took less than an hour, so I was happy.

Every time., we have been in a situation 3 times that we ve had to take something to them and once again I m not disappointed in them they told me our car would be ready today and it wasn t. Third time this has happened over the years. The management could have cared less. They suck. Not to mention twice the price of a mobile mechanic.

The front counter guy seemed annoyed that I walked in. I let him know about my car issue and he asked could I leave the car for the majority of the day. Then after a couple of minutes told me that my hertz voucher couldn t be used here because the hertz system was down. I asked him well if the system is down shouldn t you have called someone? I felt like he lied just to get me to go somewhere else! I literally got the voucher 15 mins before walking into Firestone, I m sure he made up that excuse but I told him don t worry about it and left.

The very nice and promising lady at the front desk said it would be 30 minutes to an hour for an oil change. I patiently waited from 12pm until 4pm in the lobby and my car sat in the parking lot untouched. Five other people dropped their cars off within the time I was waiting and all five of them were in and out in less than an hour. I got up to ask how much longer it would take to have the oil changed and it wasn t until I asked that one of the mechanics finally pulled my car in to get looked at. I ve only ever had my services done at Firestone for a few years now and every time they ve been great. Today will probably be my last service at Firestone because of the poor customer service and the overpromised turnaround time.Service: Oil change

This place is horrendous mess, I called ahead and made appointment was told 1-2 hours wait. Got here at 12:40 and checked in and after 3 hours my car is still not even taken in for service and I am sitting here waiting. I saw the people who checked in and came after me got their vehicle serviced and done. When I talked to the guy named Hose and raised my concerns he was very rude and started talking ugly and very unprofessional.I saw 2 other people walked in and were told the same thing to wait 1-2 hours but after 2 house they came in and was told that there car is not yet done and it may take until end of day and they took their car back without servicing.I live 1:30 hours away from this place and thats why I called ahead but I didn t check the reviews at that time. But all the reviews are 100% correct and they are liars and unprofessional service. I would never come back here again.
