My car needed several services performed and a new set of tires. I spoke with Drew and Craig on the phone. They helped me prioritize the services and helped me choose the right tires. The services were done correctly and with care. They were very patient explaining what needed to be done now and what could wait until the next visit. I appreciate their attention to detail and patience.

I had the unfortunate circumstance of getting a flat tire right as I was driving down Fitzhugh at 290. Luckily, the staff at Edgestone were right there and helped me right away. The tire was irreparable, but they put the spare tire on for me and refused money when I asked how much for their help. These are good people and I will definitely go back when I need any work done on my car. Thank you!

The gang at Edgestone did a great job servicing mine and my wife's Toyotas. Really appreciate how close they are in the west side of Austin. They communicated often and gave me a full text roll up what they analyzed and any critical points to service. Well done!

I was extremely happy with my experience at Edgestone. I had a difficult time finding a shop to work on my 2006 Chrysler Crossfire. Austin's Chrysler dealerships would not touch it because it was more than 10 years old, and Mercedes would not touch it because it had a Chrysler name badge on it (even though it was basically a Mercedes product). Edgestone was a great help in diagnosing and repairing 3 electrical problems with my Crossfire. The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions, and effectively solved all of the electrical problems. The Edgestone mechanic also performed a complete diagnosis of my car and made recommendations for future repairs. I highly recommend Edgestone Automotive.

Took my vehicle in a few months back to get my brakes replaced, and Edgestone did a phenomenal job, but they made a mistake. Recently I purchased a new set of tires with a tire shop and they informed me that Edgestone had accidentally crossthreaded two of my lug nuts and they were unable to replace the tire. I returned to Edgestone to remedy the issue and they made it right same day no questions asked and free of charge. Excellent customer service all the way around, and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area.Service: Brakes

Our company delivery truck broke down down the street from Edgestone. I was able to come out and take the part of but was having trouble finding a replacement. Drew printed out multiple engine diagrams for our truck so that we were able to identify what we needed. We got a reasonable price and had the part in hand within 2 hours. There was no pressure to get it serviced on-site which made it possible for my delivery driver and I to have the truck repaired and back on the road and finish the deliveries before the end of day. It's never fun when trucks break down, but I'm very grateful that it broke down near Edgestone.Service: Engine repair

Edgestone is a great choice. They were fast and efficient. Didn't over charge. Didn't push to have unnecessary work done. Diagnosed and fixed the issue in half the time it would have taken for another mechanic to even get the car on the lift. 11/10Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Great service. They were able to complete my Volvo's scheduled maintenance for less than the dealer quoted me. After talking to the guys while I waited it seems they are under new ownership and exactly what this area needed. Good honest mechanics are great. They showed me pictures of each important step they completed. I'm going to need new brakes soon but they showed me how much pad I had left instead to replacing parts I don't need yet. Honesty goes a long way with me. Thank you Edgestone crew.

Edgestone has been amazing at texting me a health check of my car! Seeing the break downs of what is looking good and what needs TLC helps me keep figure out what is priority. When huge fixes are needed like mine needing brake pads and rotors on both front and rear replace their estimate had a full break down of cost with labor and parts. It also included recommendations for a brake flush. I've been driving my car not quite a week but they have already reached out to see how things were going! I really appreciated that check in. So glad I've found a great place to take my car!

Edgestone Automotive has been my family's go-to mechanic for years, and they have done repairs on my own car a handful of times. As a whole, they do quality and consistent work.However, I regret to say that not me nor any member of my family will be bringing any of our cars to Edgestone ever again. While they provide a high quality service, they do so at a price that is less than fair, and they make sure to up-charge as much as possible.Recently, I brought in my car because it was noticeably louder than usual (turns out I needed new wheel bearings). When asked if I had any other concerns, I mistakenly mentioned one of my sensors was tripped (not broken) as well. Edgestone charged me $69 to diagnose the noise and ANOTHER $69 to diagnose the sensor. When I called to ask about this (assuming I must have accidentally been double charged), I was assured that this was in fact intentional, as it took them an "hour" to reset my sensor (this is a blatant lie).In addition, they quoted me $99.47 to change my air filter and $122.26 to change my cabin air filter (both of these are very cheap and take less than ten minutes to do yourself). Comparatively, my brother was quoted $24.95 to have his air filter replaced at a Mienke Car Center.Please do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else. There are other repair shops in the area that will do high quality work for a price that is actually fair.

Love everyone at Edgestone! Great service, honest and on time. After the initial diagnosis and quote, the mechanic found that I actually didn't need some of the new parts. Rather than replace them anyway and bill me, they updated the quote and didn't replace working parts.
