Had car troubles recently and Scott at Eagle transmission was the Best! Up front, honest, car done in the time frame he gave me, no surprise charges. Called and texted me through the whole process.No one likes car troubles, but Eagle made it as painless as possible. Would and will recommend to everyone!Thank you!

Fast, competent work and great service! I took my truck in for a 60K transmission/rear axle service; they provided me a solid estimate, and also found a bearing that was going bad in the front rotor. Fixed everything and followed up to make sure I was pleased with the work. They've rebuilt transmissions and serviced many of my vehicles in the past, and they will continue to be my go-to shop for any and all drivetrain issues.

The team at Eagle treated me with respect and professionalism. They knew what they were doing and didn't recommend any unnecessary "fixes" to keep my car runningsmoothlyand well. The diagnostics were free, and the listened to my concerns and answered questions. After running the diagnostics and visual inspection, it turns out the dealership had recommended $600 worth of currently unnecessary repairs & replacements. They also offered to clean out the a/c blower housing to see if that could resolve the "noise" before spending the $400 to replace the blower. I ended up needing to replace the blower, however I'm very grateful for their honesty and the character it demonstrates. That, to me is priceless. If you're looking for a shop that will listen and give honest recommendations and make solid repairs that are necessary and hold up, give them a call.

I called to get a quote for a transmission flush and Jake was completely transparent about my vehicle not needing it (or even a fluid change), based on the high mileage that I currently have. He also took extra time to educate me about the rationale for this even though they were busy this afternoon.This alone is worth a 5-Star Review, even though I didn't take the vehicle in to be serviced, I want this degree of honesty to be known. I will definitely return to Eagle Transmission if/when I have any issues with my vehicle.

A local master mechanic sent me to Eagle transmission. Their diagnostic test quickly showed the issue with my 2005 transmission, but no parts were available. Eagle kept looking diligently, found one that turned out to be bad, and started the search again. They finally found the needed part, replaced it, and my 2005 Lexus is running perfectly again. This is my second good experience with Eagle transmission on Buell, and will be my go-to location for any future issues I might have. Thank you, Eagle transmission, for the repair and your diligence.

A quality shop that stands by their work!I brought my CR-V in less than a year ago because it was popping going from first to second gear. The team at Eagle did a rebuild and it seemed fine but after a few months the problem started again. I took it in again and they rediagnosed and repaired it in about a week. All covered under their warranty and no additional cost out of my pocket.Friendly and transparent they were very knowledgeable and explained the problem and the work that had to be done. Fair pricing as well. Hands down the only transmission shop I'll deal with in the future!

Awesome service at a reasonable price! Family owned and operated, clean and organized workspace, and a locked and gated area for vehicles that have overnight stays. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and honest staff that will explain exactly what your vehicle needs. I definitely would recommend Eagle Transmission!

Wow, you can't find shops like this anymore! Took my jeep wrangler in for a problem with hard shifting. They diagnosed it for free and found a simple adjustment issue and a gasket. I was shocked other shops over the phone where telling me to expect a full transmission rebuild or replacement $$$$$ . Instead Eagle transmission got me fixed up and ready to enjoy summer in my jeep for under $300 bucks. Thanks guys... #customerforlifeService: Transmission

The team at Eagle Transmission is very helpful and knowledgable about transmission issues. They provide an honest and efficient service, and I really appreciated their help troubleshooting the error my vehicle returned. Although they weren't ultimately able to help, they pointed me in the right direction and even more incredibly didn't charge me for the diagnostic. I would recommend dropping off your car in person to Jake and the team.

Very fast, friendly, and effective! Went to get my flywheel and throwout bearing replaced. The car I got back drives like it's brand new. The staff kept me well-informed and took the time to show me the old parts they removed from my transmission. Great Work! Do NOT hesitate using Eagle Transmission. My Subaru suddenly started flashing all kinds of warning light, ABS, Trans and a couple of others. Eagle was recommended to me by another shop. They diagnosed the transmission issue immediately. These guys took care of the issue quickly. All warning lights are gone and my Subaru is back to normal. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional and seem to enjoy what they do. I had my transmission rebuilt at Eagle for my 1989 Suburban last year. Years ago, and over 100000 miles ago, the same shop then National rebuilt it. This summer it started acting up. No reverse, stiff gear selector, not a happy transmission. Eagle rebuilt it under warranty and it s smooth as silk. They stand behind their work, communicate well, and I recommend them heartily.

Big shout out to this company. They are very honest and discuss everything with you including what options you have, after i was told by a dealership i needed to spend 8000 fixing my dodge durango i brought it to Jake and they looked it over and realized i was in warranty by dealer by an extended warranty and had me take to a different dealership location to get it fixed. they saved me a ton of money. It is really nice to have someone honest and on your side. thanks to Jake and the crew there. i will be back for all my other auto needs!!!!Service: Transmission repair

Got my brakes fixed, then the router pads were messed up. They wouldn t fix it for free, paid half price to fix it still has a problem now they won t answer. Trash

They told me I needed a transmission overhaul or replacement when it was just a linkage issue. Was also told blinker wasn t working due to an electrical issue but it just needed a new bulb. Don t be female bodied and go here. These boys would love to screw you out of your money.Hi EDIT: not fake, this did happen here. I understand being human and misdiagnosing transmission but the fake electrical issue diagnosis really said it all. I d check w your mechanics great customer service, just don t trust the shop to properly diagnose

I took my daughters car to get the brakes and routers worked on. They told me it would only take a few hours. Which was perfect for me because my daughter was at work. So I showed up no appointment needed. They did a fantastic job. The best price in town! Very legit. No run arounds.

Great customer service! I chose this transmission shop in part to the great reviews already written here. When I called they reassured me that they would diagnose my car and even if I chose not to have them do the work they would not charge me. After getting the unfortunate news that my car needed a new transmission I called to discuss it with them. They said if I needed time to think about it I could sleep on it. With it being a large amount I wanted to weigh the pros & cons of fixing my car or getting a new one. They did not rush me at all which I appreciated. They even took the time to give me suggestions on where I might be able to find financing to help pay for the work as it was going to be almost $5,000. I worked closely with Scott and decided to go ahead with the work. I appreciated his patience with my many phone calls checking on the car, being flexible with me coming after hours to pick up my car when it was ready due to my work schedule & they got the work done in a timely fashion! Thank you so much for helping me get back on the road! I will definitely use y'all again but hopefully it won't be any time soon! LOLService: Transmission

I cannot recommend them highly enough. Extremely honest and a business you can trust. Prior to coming here, went to another repair shop in town that was charging me an arm and a leg and pretty much forcing me buy another vehicle due to the total cost they were quoting. Eagle transmission identified the actual problem, found the right part and got me on my way at a fraction of the cost!! Amazing! Will recommend to all of my friend!!Service: Transmission

Bought a 6l80 transmission from them and had it installed by my mechanic and flashed, but it wouldn't start. Eagle transmission towed my vehical to there facility and found that it was a bad tcm that they had purchased from local parts store. They replaced tcm and re-flashed it at no extra charge. We were referred to Scott and his team by the only car shop we trust with our vehicles. Once our car was with them, they went above and beyond to give us quality service and make sure we had our car back as soon as was possible. Scott answered our many questions and was never rude or dismissive towards us. He talked us through our options and pricing. He was thorough, caring, and professional. We needed a full transmission rebuild and he kept us up to date on the repair as it was coming along. Our car was washed, vacuumed, and running wonderfully when we picked it up. We believe this shop is trustworthy and will take great care of you and your car. The only downside to the repair of our SUV here was that it seemed costly. But we think it was worth it to know the work was being done right, and it came with a 3 year or 50,000 mile warranty.Service: Transmission
