Very good service I recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a good deal on a vehicle. Their best products go fast here so you have to be on it ready to swoop on down. Ask for Albert he will get you right and offer you wiggle room within your price range. Remember the more you put down the better!

My experience at dynamic motors inc was by far the best car experience I ve had. I was blessed to have Mr.Albert assist me and he really set the standards high for a car experience extremely professional, helpful, and most upright positive attitude anyone can ask to work with while looking for a car. He helped me into a car that best suited me and I recommend him as a 10/10! Really amazing individual!

Jesse G Is The BEST ! He Contacted Me Threw Text, Email And Calls To Make Sure I Was Okay With Life And Buying A Car . He Made Sure I Was In The Car I Wanted With Low Miles And Low Down Payment. Three weeks in and I ve had nothing but problems. The headlight, the rear light all charging ports have ceased to function. It has trouble starting. They are supposed to send me a check for a referral but I ve heard nothing. Take a look and repair it but they want $135 just to look at it - don t go here . Awful and unhelpful and anything they sell you isn t going to last long.

Customer service is terrible. I had to bring my truck back to the dealership 3 times while under warranty to have a headlight fixed, (they never fixed it) had to take it elsewhere. The truck has water leaking inside under the rear bench. Left several messages for the manager Ron to call me back about another part they supposedly were waiting on. It s been well over a month and now still waiting. I was given two different phone # s from him to call directly, messages have been left at the office and his direct # s, no returns. Was told I would receive a loaner vehicle while they fixed the leak and that they would bring it to my work due to the inconvenience and after scheduling a date and time, they never showed up and wouldn t answer any of my calls or return any messages.

Albert is amazing! I went to get a car. My mother is in the hospital and I need to get to her. I told Albert that and he said we will get you there and they did I highly suggest dynamic motors and Albert to anyone out there looking for a car and needs a little help. this is the place to go in and speak to Albert!!!

The I-35 location stole items (MAIL, chargers, clothes, etc) from my vehicle when I chose to have it repossessed (the payments are terrible and I found a new car elsewhere). Curious to know whether they re aware the mail sitch is a federal issue! To which I ll likely report, if not fixed in a weeks time. I was also moving into my new apartment, so I had A LOT of personal items in my car. They returned SOME (less than half) and left my belongings out in shopping baskets.Come here if you want to be taken advantage of in a ghetto setting. Go nearly anywhere else for a more seamless experience.If I m considering what process I d need to follow to reconcile this (owner, legal, or whatever), you certainly don t need to do business here.

Aaliyah from customer support was very unprofessional. 7 years with the company more like 7 minutes. Very rude, nasty attitude, customer service is a 0 out of 10. Been a customer for 3 years and she is the worst employee I have ever had to speak with. If she answers the phone do yourself a favor and just hang up.
