Highly recommend this shop. My dad is a car guy so I have been in and out of a lot of shops. This is hands down the best shop in Austin. I found them on Google after a shop across the highway from them tried to charge me 3 times as much. These guys are very fair with their diagnostics and estimates. They are very fast getting the work done and really know everything about the cars they work on. Their technology allows you to track repairs better than most dealerships. This is your shop.

Took my BMW here for an alignment. They tried to charge me $400. After mentioning the dealership charges $220, they agreed to $200.Then they lost the post-alignment spec sheet. Now, 4 months later, I have un-even tire wear and will need to pay for a net set as well as another alignment. Definitely going to another shop.

They were very open and communicative about the issue that were wrong with my car. The repairs were also done in a timely manner. This is the first time I have been truly happy leaving a repair shop, and will definitely go back for any repairs in the future!

Great customer service! However, every other aspect wasn't the best. Every time I brought my car here (which was multiple times), it was returned to me quickly but in terrible condition. Multiple times I brought my car here it was returned with either missing parts or non replaced, screws in various places. Prices were pretty reasonable though. They are also one of most flexible shops around Austin when it comes to availability.

For anyone with an European car and not wanting to be serviced by their dealer, this shop is about the best in north Austin.The owner, Joel, is very reasonable and accommodating. He promises to run the shop with honesty and integrity. He did.The lead mechanic, services manager, Shawn is awesome too. Working closely with him, I was able to pinpoint the issue in my Mercedes and had it fixed it with 1/5 of the cost had I had MB dealership to do it (they had wrong diagnostic to begin with).Highly recommended shop.

I had an appointment, arrived early and waited and waited, along with 4 others. Eventually 15 mins after they were supposed to open, a mechanic arrived, but didn't know how to run the front office. One woman just needed to pay and take her car, but he couldn't assist. After 35 mins and no sign of things improving, I left.

Knowledgeable great communication friendly. These guys went above and beyond to help us getting our car fixed. The car is like new and I m 100 percent certain everything was done correctly. I would recommend this shop to anyone with a European car.

My car broke down in Giddings and was towed to Dr Euromaster. I had never used them. They were absolutely so nice and professional in figuring out the problem. They contacted me multiple times to approve of costs before proceeding to the next steps. My car was finished in 2 days with a very good price. Will use them for everything from now on.

This is the only place I m gonna take my car to. Literally the easiest experience I ve ever had with incredibly knowledgeable employees and service above all. There are a lot of people out there that can fix cars, but I like to take mine to a professional and these guys are A+ top class. I don t even like to review people, but these people deserve it.

Joel & Sean are top shelf guys! They always mean what they say and say what they mean! No UP Sell going on here! Super professional, knowledgeable and just all around nice guys! Also, very accommodating with scheduling etc. They have basically taken my "dad" wagon to well on the way to being track ready! My BMW 440i was having issues with the AC. Took it in under warranty (RepairPal) and within 24 hours they already had the parts ordered and an approval. This is one of the only shops I ve worked with that consistently communicates with the customer, and on top of that they allowed after hour pickup. Thanks a ton! Will definitely be coming back in the future!

I ve been here more than once. My Dad found this auto shop, online for me to check out. He knew I was frustrated with my current mechanic, plus that mechanic didn t specialize in European cars. From Day 1, when I met the owner, Joel, I was blown away with his professionalism , kindness, cleanliness of his business (I mean, this is an auto shop!), and how he sends text picture/information updates on the progress of work.I ve been there more than 1x and will continue to visit.

Unusually Honest and Professional Mechanic/ Shop owner.This place is absolutely unique hidden shop with a professional service and even more importantly, it is owned by one of the most honest owner I encountered whose name is Joel. This guy is very humble, professional and very honest mechanic/owner who does not try to oversell you things you don't need. In fact when I asked him to change some parts like spark plugs, his answer was " I already checked them and they are fine". I went there because my car has cylinder 4 misfire code but it also happen that I bought brake pads and cabin filter parts online to replace them myself and decided to have him change the brakes and cabin filter for me while the car is in his shop. So I asked him if he could use the parts I already bought online. He said " No problem" and used the parts I already bought and saved me some money. Try that in other places, I guaranty you they will not accept that because they want to sell you their own products for profit. Even more the price he charged me to do all that service was very fair and much cheaper than most places charge. I was very comfortable to deal with him because of his honesty. I highly recommend this place for every one especially for those who unnecessarily spend too much money in dealers. Thank you very much Joel!I went back to my favorite mechanic, Joel. This time my vehicle's air intake hoses were cracked and they need to be replaced. The parts cost more than $570 plus tax from dealers. Fortunately, Joel being such honest and helpful person, he found me the parts I need for about $145 for two hoses online. I ordered them and took the parts to him to replace the old once. Right away when I arrived to his shop he took my vehicle in and replaced the hoses within about 20 minutes and refused to charge me for his service. Yes he did it for free. I don't know how to praise this guy. All I can say is anybody who read this review, just try his service, you will not be disappointed. I don't really like to write reviews but for this mechanic and his crew, they deserves even more. Thank you again Joel!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Poor quality service that involved not tightening bolts on tires and replacing glass that doesn't match. Cost me quite a bit to fix the damage done by these folks. The place itself is filled with vehicles that are abandoned. Watch out for your tires and battery's.The response to the review is a lie as the issue is a BMW, which they communicated in emails.Services: Auto glass repair, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Excellent customer service! Took my car in a couple of months ago for a second opinion and tune up after having some issues that were not resolved at another shop. The mechanic Joel was very knowledgeable and professional, he gave me an honest assessment and a reasonable quote. I could not be happier with the results! I had great experience at 911DR Auto Repair. They has been taken care of my Audi very carefully, the air condition wasn't working and they solve the problem replacing the part in a few days. The service is very quick and affordable. Their door to door service is amazing, you don't need to worry about bring or pick up your car to the shop; they do it for you.I want to mention the mechanic Joel. He is super polite, professional, with excellent knowledge , very patient, and gave my car 5-star service.Thank you for your wonderful service and I will recommend this place to everybody.

Got a bmw and was terrified to find a good mechanic. Hands down the best owner of all time. Dude is amazing and extremely knowledgeable. Prices are more than fair. Props to the owner Joel and his crew! If you have an expensive brand of car and you're afraid that mechanics might f you over. Just talk to Joel. He knows what's best.

Hands down the best experience I ve had with a repair shop! Joel and his team is extremely thorough and honest. I took my BMW in to be checked out told me what was wrong with it and what they recommend to get done without ru. Ing the check up! Dr. Euro Masters is my go to mechanic for all my needs. Brought in my mini copper to them for bunch of issues and they worked through all of it diligently and kept me posted through out the process. Always does right by me as a customer and a person. Does exceptional work with great turnaround times on services.Any issues I have are handled, and there is never extra unnecessary work done or pushed.The owner is exceptionally responsive and communicative. He will take the time to show you everything in person if desired, and also provides photos of service.Edit: I have BMWs currently, including a Z4m coupe. I have also gotten my 2007 Nissan Xterra serviced there. They fixed issues that others failed to diagnose correctly. What the others wanted to charge me was outrageous compared to the actual issues that needed resolved and were handled gracefully by this shop for a very reasonable sum.

World Class ServiceJoel provides bumper to bumper top notch service for my Mercedes SUV.He always goes over all his findings and recommendation with me, providing a comprehensive walk-though of his findings, with both a visual walk-thru and a review of all collected diagnostic data.Joel is great about classifying maintenance and repairs as safety, must have, recommended, or monitor, which I greatly appreciate.Joel completes his work on time and at a fair price. Joel and Shaun are Master Mechanics with huge hearts. They completely fixed my car when it had been misdiagnosed elsewhere and did not even charge me for it since it was electrical. They fixed my CD player and another light when they retrained the battery or whatever else they did and even did something else to help that they mentioned that I did not understand. They provided so much. I had gone there with my baby and they were honest and basically heroic. Now my car is running smoothly!! I trust them and will recommend them and plan to return!
