These guys do a wildly good job at repairing dents! I brought in my Land Cruiser for a dent in the hood that other shops I took it to said I needed to repaint the entire hood for over $1,500 at 2 different shops. I found Dingz Happen online and within 1 day they made the dent disappear for a 1/3 of that price. I cannot recommend them enough!! If you have any dents on your vehicle take it to them, not only are their prices phenomenal but their work is unmatched!

I met Steven some time ago. He repaired one of my cars back in 2010. That was before he had kids and started a family.He was a fair and thoughtful guy back then. I've been lucky to dodge the hail storms in Austin for over a decade now, but last year's hail storm got me. I like his new shop and location. I always get busy in summer and fall so this winter seemed like a great time to repair my hail damage. I called him and he told me to come in the next day. He worked with my insurance company and got the additional damages approved. He kept in touch. When I picked up the vehicle he pointed out some door dings that he repaired and some scuffs he polished out. I don't know what his service is like during the busy season but from what I hear it it's the same. Hail dings happen but then there's Dingz Happen

I was in need of hail damage repairs to my roof, side doors, and trunk. I did a lot of searching around to find the best repair shop and Dingz Happen came up with their excellent reviews.I agree that these people know exactly what they are doing and do a wonderful job at getting rid of any dents that have been made. I spoke with Dustin majority of the time. He was always professional and wanted to make sure that my car was taken car of. The process was easy and they even handled with my insurance without me needing to step in, as I feel some other places would have. I appreciate the time and attention that this company gave me and I'm truly satisfied with how my car came out. I will be doing more business with them in future, if I ever need it. I highly recommend them.

My brand new car suffered damages from the recent hail and I visited Dingz Happen based on the Google reviews I found on them. They are truly 5-star for the quality of their PDR services. My car was restored to like brand new, Steven was great in managing the expectations of the repair services, was timely in reaching out to my insurance and arranging payments. They also took into account my requests and provided exceptional service. I would definitely recommend Dingz Happen if you need to repair your car dents.

I went here for a few door dents in my Q50 from careless people in parking lots. I had planned to work while waiting, but instead had good conversation and watched while they fixed about 7 dents in 30 minutes. The gentleman who performed the work is incredibly talented and fixed one right on the door crease as well as another dent that wasn't properly fixed by a different location. Thank you so much for the excellent service, my car looks great!

We had hail damage to our Tahoe. There was a lot of damage with many nuances with insurance etc. Steven and the guys at Dingz Happen were incredible. Not only do they provide the best quality work but they are transparent, professional and honest. Initially we took it to another shop and had a horrible experience. Steven at Dingz Happen redeemed that experience. I highly recommend this company, their work and professionalism.

I had some scheduling issues which are mostly understandable but the sales guy made some promises he apparently shouldn't have. The car looks good and it was an intense job so I'm happy with the end result.Update: Steven tried to make things right, I don't usually update my reviews but it's not the owners fault the sales guy didn't give accurate information so I'm changing from 4 to 5 stars.

Took my Lexus in to fix the damage from a recent hail storm and let me tell you, these guys are professionals. I met with Dustin from their front office and he was super helpful and transparent about the entire process and handled all the correspondence with my insurance and really took the extra steps to take care of me. Steven who is the owner even threw in a repair for a door ding free of charge. I didn t catch the name of the guy who actually did the paintless dent repairs, but all I know is he s a wizard and the car looks amazing. Thank you for taking care of my car!

This guy is a magician and very reasonably priced. He made 3 small dents disappear on my truck in a matter of minutes. I can't even tell where they used to be. The amazing reviews are justified.

They did a great job of removing a nasty crease in the quarter panel of my new Hyundai Tucson. I can't tell the ding was ever there, and the repair was far less than what a traditional body shop quoted.

Happy with the results! Good work and good price, you can see before and after below.We had a dent mysteriously show up in our front fender, and Dingz was able to get it looking good again for less than what our deductible would have been to get work done. If you are need dent repair, I d say give this shop a chance to earn your business!

Dingz Happen took care of two dings caused by the dealership on my 2022 ZL1 Camaro. It took them 30 minutes while I waited, the repair looks great, and the cost was more than reasonable. Best experience I have had with a vehicle repair shop in a long time.One of the dents was on the driver side door right along the crease in the image below.

If you are in Austin and are looking for hail damage repair, definitely go to this place. Super accomodating, and the car looks good as new. Highly recommend. Turned it around in less than 7 days once I dropped off my car. And they waived my deductible!

Had a fantastic experience with Dingz Happen. It s never fun having to get a car repair done, however the process is significantly better when the customer service is excellent, the work is excellent and the cost is half of what you re quoted other places. I would highly recommend Dingz Happen for automotive paint and body work.

After the June hailstorms, I was struggling to find a reputable local PDR shop that I could trust my vehicle to for repairs. Found Steve through reviews and word of mouth, and got on his schedule. He was very professional, and also worked with my insurance to get a supplemental approved for additional damage the adjuster missed. My car has an aluminum hood and body panels which I know can be tricky to work on; however my car looks good as new. Steve was in contact with me throughout the process and was very thorough. I would definitely recommend and go to again in the future. Thanks Steve!

My car had quite a bit of hail dents on the hood and few on the body panels. Dingz Happen did a great job repairing the hail damage on my car. Repairs were made promptly and I don t see any signs from the hail. They also helped in handling things with my insurance, which made the process super smooth. They were always in contact and answered any questions I had. Overall a great experience, and I would definitely come back should I need hail repairs again!

THIS is the place you want to take your car to. Steven is the man you want in your corner, fighting the damn insurance agency to get you what you are OWED, especially if you've had the same insurance for 10+ years and the only claim you've ever needed to file is an act of God. He's conscientious, extremely fair, and pays painstaking attention to detail. My baby (Honda Civic) was hit by a hail storm that lasted two hours, and Steven brought her back to life. I don't know if he realizes that what he did was more than fix my car, he gave me back my livelihood and peace of mind. Steven is a superhero. For those of you who are like me, and base businesses on reviews, take it from someone who's been there and knows. Dingz Happen is the place to go to have YOUR baby taken care of. Thank you Steven. I was procrastinating getting a pretty large dent (~6 ) repaired on my fender for months until I realized my lease was up the next week. Called and got in 2 days later! The dent is completely gone. I don t know how but it is. Great communication too. Totally worth it. Recommending this place to everyone who needs it!

Steven with Dingz Happen was great to work with. From the moment I contacted him, the minor dent on the door of my vehicle was fixed within 24 hours. I had what I thought was a minor ding in my door. It was a bigger ding than I thought due to the location. Steven was amazing and was able to make my car look like new again all within the matter of an hour. His prices are amazing. The work is excellent high quality! Couldn t be happier! Thank you!
