Trey was:- efficient- honest- talented- ahead of schedule- affordable- a freaking pleasure to work with.We got a dent in the left rear quarterpanel of our Tesla, which is apparently really hard to fix because all the charger wiring is behind it. Trey figures it out and impressed the heck outta me and my wife.Can't recommend enough.

My car got caught in one of the hail storms the Austin got and I really wanted to go to a painless dent repair shop that was local, had years of experience and a brick and mortar location. Dent Works of Austin was perfect for that and to top those requirements, they have great prices, friendly employees, excellent work and easy to work with. They had me bring my car in to make sure they could do the job and then I got my insurance to review my car and give me an estimate. I took that to Dent Works of Austin, they gave me a date and picked up the car a few days later. I am super happy with them and highly recommend them to anyone.

Thane is highly skilled at his craft. My car got some hail damage in weird spots that had me thinking if they could be repaired. It came back looking really rejuvenated and it was clearly handled with care. Highly recommend this shop, next level job!

Dent Works of Austin is great! Trey worked with me over email on what to expect on repair of my new 2024 Camaro SS that had a transport damage/ding in a difficult location to get to. I set up a time to go to his repair shop and he was able to go with one of his simpler approaches and totally removed my dent/ding to make my new car good as new. I got in and out quickly and super happy with the result.

These guys did a phenomenal job on my car! I had a dent on my car that was driving me insane, and these guys made light work of it, and it looks better than ever! Super professional and kind, would absolutely go here again and would recommend them over and over again to anyone.

IDC what others say, Thane and Clay are simply, hands-down, the best in town. In a market where most things auto repair and maintenance are hard to find good service for, Dent Works is in the very slim category of "Shops I fully trust".This trip was in essence a "refresh my car" visit. And I would liken the satisfaction I get coming out of Dent Works, as a very gratifying haircut, or when the wife thanks me for a great spa day gift. Your car will do the same (if it could speak, that is).

Can't say enough good things about Dent Works of Austin and Thane! Purchased a new car and saw a small dent on the roof rail. Thane gave me a quote and I scheduled to have it fixed. He pulled it in and fixed it in no time. Now the car is back to being prefect. I would recommend Thane for all your PDR repairs. Great service from start to finish.

6/29/22: Thane did a tremendous job removing the dent from the left rear quarter panel of our 2022 model car. He explained fully beforehand how he was going to approach the repair options and the repair process itself. I was totally amazed! It now looks like the day I bought the car new - in showroom condition once again! This is the second job I had done by DentWorks of Austin. Both repairs by Thane. Can t be happier! The PRICE is VERY REASONABLE and the repair job was WELL WORTH IT. The pic of the finished job tells the story! Nuf said!! Thanks Again Thane!!~ Joe L.

Unfortunately, my car was caught in a freak Texas Mood Swing hailstorm. I researched a few places in Cedar Park, Austin, and around Rock and read a good majority of reviews.I was impressed w/ the reviews about DentWorks and how friendly and professional Thane is. Well, this review will be no different.Thane took my call, was friendly and informative, he looked over my car, gave me an estimate, and took care of it in just a few days.My car looks new again! 100% satisfied and grateful! Definitely will be bringing my car back if it s caught in another one of Texas s mood swings.

Excellent work and reasonable price! I am truly impressed. Thane was great to work with and did an excellent job getting several dents out of our 2021 Mazda. One in particular, which several body shops looked at said it would probably not be able to be repaired without bodywork and repaint. You can't even tell it was dented. Amazing!

Easily the best place to get dent repair work done in Austin. Hands down. After we got a hail storm, I had about a couple dozen little dents all over my new truck. Brought it in for an estimate Monday, dropped it off Wednesday morning, and had it back by Thursday morning. Couldn't find a single dent left. Even knowing exactly where a small cluster of them was on the hood I couldn't find a single hint of them. Like they were never there. If you're deciding whether to go here or somewhere else, go here, and ask for Thane. He'll make your car look good as new.

My car was less than a year old with not a single dent on it. Friday 13th a hail storm came through my town and wrecked both our cars and our house roof. I looked around for PDR guys and Trey's name came up again and again, with great recommendations. A guy at my work even recommend him not knowing I'd booked my appointment already. I picked the car up and it was like brand new again. It's nice to see skilled workmanship at it's best. Highly recommend them for your paintless dent removal.

Thane did really good work on seemingly deep dent on my SUV, the dent looked like the paint was damaged and Thane was honest upfront that he can t guarantee that he can fix the paint part, but it turns out the the paint was just fine. He explained very clearly about what he thought the issue was and how he was going to fix it. Very pleased with the result and the price was reasonable.

Super relieved and impressed after hail damage repair. Thane was extremely thorough yet quick, courteous, and maintained communication throughout the process. He was also very helpful when handling matters with insurance. They also don't nickel and dime you and operate at a great price for the work done. Judging from other reviews, it seems like they care about and take pride in their work.

The most transparent and honest repair service experience Ive ever had. I was quoted for extra things by another shop, but Dent Works was able to make the repairs without the extra costs. Trey and Mark are incredibly personable and take pride in their work. Their work is efficient and flawless. My car looks like there was never a hail storm, and the repair was completed in just 1 day!

Great place, Trey (owner) got me in really fast and worked on a weekend for me. He's also really personable and easy going, nice to talk with. I got a NASTY dent that he fixed really well, and it was worth the price for sure (also the cheapest I found in Austin). Cheap with good reviews and kind service = best option in Austin.Also, note the fake reviews below are completely wrong, based off their claims. 1 - Trey is awesome and not rude, 2- There's not even any feasible way to store a car for "2 months" at this location. 3 - There's no physical way that they could even damage or destroy paint? Austin got hit with a random, sudden large hail storm early this year and I'm 100% sure that's hail insurance, or competitors with false claims.Trust me! Location is great :) Thanks Trey

Thane did an amazing recovery job on my car door which someone else had attempted to fix and made worse in the process. I am so thankful he was able to fix my car. The work is flawless and I couldn t be happier.

Took my wife s car in to repair a small dent on quarter panel near the wheel well. Trey quoted $250 for the repair, but warned he may not be able to get it completely repaired due to the location of the dent. Turns out he did a great job, nearly perfect as far as we could tell, but Trey was not satisfied because it wasn t perfect and did not charge us for the repair. Yes! This is what service is about. Please take your cars to Trey. His commitment to service should be rewarded! He has a customer for life!

Absolutely phenomenal work! I don't what kind of voodoo sorcery these guys know but my car had some significant hail damage and other dings from just being a car and there is now absolutely zero indication of even the slightest ding now. I keep going out and just looking at it, and it puts a big smile on my face. Can't recommend enough!I found them from good recommendations on Reddit and now I will be joining those recommending this shop.

I took my Lexus to this place and these two men are the best in Dent works in Austin. They are honest, sincere, helpful and of the utmost professional in their awesome dent works. Needless to mention, the dent is gone on the passenger door and it was done less than 10 minutes . Trey and Thane, thank you for taking care of my Lexus, brothers. You guys are amazing !

Repaired a crease dent that other shops said would need a repaint. Did an incredible job and the crease is completely out and the body panel looks good as new.Pricing was fair and the work was performed quickly. Would recommend this shop 100%.
