I brought my car here the day of an accident and the customer service was amazing. The two front receptionists were kind and personable. They helped me organize a shuttle with the rental agency and even helped me take my plates off my totalled car. Would recommend! I believe one of the women was named Jackie - thank you both!

I was involved in a hit and run accident and was super stressed because I didn t have rental coverage and didn t have transportation for the time my car would be in the shop. I brought my vehicle here to get a timing estimate and the front desk receptionist was so helpful. Eric was super friendly and they had my car back to me within 4 days!! It looks like it never happened. Definitely recommend this place!

Awesome customer service the day after my car was totaled. I think it was Danielle? (sorry I don't know if I got the name right) from Florida working the front desk who took the time to fully explain the paperwork I was asked to sign. She also was kind when I came on a cold day to retrieve my license plates and followed through with her promise to have the guys in the back pry my items out of the crunched trunk. What a relief to have such wonderful service at a difficult time. Thank you all for making my experience as smooth as possible!Looking at other reviews, it seems getting a car fixed here could be iffy, but my car having been totaled while insured by State Farm, everything was a breeze and I had a 5 star experience.

I was extremely pleased with my service at Crash Champions. I was updated daily via text message about the process and the progress going on with my car. The nicest surprise was getting my car back sooner than expected and they had vacuumed it out and made it look really nice.

I had a great experience at this Crash Champions and wanted to spotlight a few star employees:Robby/Nicole: Helped me with a little administrative-related snafu and went above in beyond in ensuring that I was able to be seen right then and there despite my insurance not being able to answer right away. Nicole especially made me feel like I was not a burden and that she was looking out for me. Her demeanor was overwhelmingly kind and helpful and I got the sense that she always goes above and beyond in terms of providing the best customer experience. Even though it was not Robby's role, he was helping Nicole help me and made sure I had a ride to the rental car business.Eric: Was my assigned agent to my case and was excellent in communicating the repair process timeline and updates the entire time. He even spotted out other problem areas or two that I would not have noticed myself...and made sure that those were fixed/paid attention to.All in all, my experience with Crash Champions was painless and easy (I even got my car back in LESS the amount of time quoted) - which is so ideal after dealing with the stress of a car accident and everything that comes after that. This business is fair and will have your best interests at heart.

I had an appointment to go in there to have my vehicle repaired and was greeted by a very rude and angry front Desk lady. She called the rental place, which informed me that the rental was not ready when I had stated, I could not wait until two for the rental she told me I could go somewhere else and threw my key at me. I asked for her supervisor and was greeted by Ryan, who informed me that since I made a complaint against his employee that things were not going to end well for me. he then refuse service, and asked me to leave. He also refused to give me his bosses name and number or the corporate number. They were able to get me in right away, unlike caliber collision down the road who were booked out for a month, and I noticed that they had no cars waiting to be repaired and now I know why they have no business at that location.

The confirmed with myself AND my insurance company that we could bring my car in to be repaired. As soon as the tow truck arrived, they told him that the lot was full and turned him away. After speaking with the manager (because the girl that I was speaking to disconnected the call) I was told that they would take my car but of course, the tow truck driver had already left and now we get to figure out how to get my car out of their lot. Terrible customer service and experience. I wish I would have read the reviews before having this all set up.

My car paint is fainted so the new part that was painted using the generic color code sticks out visually pretty noticeably. I only found out that Service King cannon match the color after the work has been done when I got my car back and the color looked off. I wish they would let me know ahead of time that they won t be able to match the color and would use the generic color code which would differ from the color on my car. That would have given me a chance to make an informed decision and possibly get a second opinion from other places. I know very little about car paint (this information is coming from some quick internet research) but it sounds like there are places that modify the manufacturers code to match the actual color or try to blend in the color into the neighboring panels. From my conversation with Service King post-factum, they only use manufactures code with no modification which seems limiting for older cars. If I knew it ahead of time, I would have tried to find a shop that does have a way to modify the original paint color to match the actual color. I understand the challenge with the old paint but knowing that ahead of time before any work was done would be helpful. Feels like I m now just stuck with a subpar result and there is not much to be done about it. No one has mentioned the color difference when the car was returned to me, I had to catch it on my own. If you have an older car, I would keep that in mind when making a decision and may be have a conversation to set the expectations up front about what will be possible.

Deeply disappointed. We trusted them with our new car after a not at fault accident and they completely lied to us about the repairs and inspection. The bill not only listed certain repairs that were not actually applied, but Eduardo/Eric also told us it was not the tire but the sensor and that they inspected the tire and found nothing wrong with it. He told us it was fine to drive knowing well it was not safe. They said it was filled with air but when we got the car back it was at 11 and upon arriving home it went down to 3 and showed visible damage. We called several times and received no response so the car is sitting in the parking lot and I have no transportation as we had to turn in the rental. Eduardo (also goes by Eric) recommended this so we do not risk getting charged for the rental but we should have seen through this lie. He said we had time to find any other damages which was also a lie. We got completely played. He convinced us it was fine to drive on purpose so we d take the car and he d complete the claim. He previously mentioned needing space in the lot as well so that should ve been indication that he just wanted us out of there. The front tire chewed out the plastic so bad that it broke off and damaged the back tire as we informed them from the very start yet they deny any visible damage to it. The tire is literally flat and Eduardo/Eric knew that. He knew that the tire was damaged and that it was not the sensor yet he told us it was the sensor to avoid any further repairs or delays. He claimed to not have heard from State Farm but when we called them they said they had already spoken to him and he told them it was because it was just from wear and tear and a minor leak. We just got the 2020 car this past November and the tire itself was in prime condition. Wear and tear?? The sensor read 11 shortly after filling it with air how is that from wear and tear/a slow leak!? It has been completely flat since we picked it up and it was a hazard to drive. Why would you tell us it was the sensor and not the tire but then tell State Farm it was the air leaking out from the tire? He informed us they inspected the tire and found no issues with it. He keeps lying. He left us a voicemail stating that State Farm had not reached out to them when they definitely did and he was the one that denied the repair. The plastic that ripped off from the front flew back and punctured the back tire and that is the shop s responsibility to repair as it was caused by the accident. We are in utter shock. The fact that we got a flat tire on the same side from where the plastic ripped off right after the accident is not a coincidence. It was caused by the accident and that is very evident. I do not like games and manipulations. It has been a tragic experience to say the least and I do not recommend this shop. If you do come here please be cautious and aware.

Do not go to this shop. They returned my car saying it was ready to drive with 3 lug nuts missing from my tire, was difficult to schedule with. The front desk woman was rude and dismissive and wouldn t make an appointment. I had to leave a negative review in order for the owner to take it semi-seriously and even then wouldn t suggest not driving the vehicle his shop neglected to securely attach a tire to.Poor attention to detail. My truck had been hit on the driver side from the rear passenger door to the bumper. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company handling all the paperwork. Together with National rental car I was back in my truck in under 4 weeks. A minor delay was caused between them and a tire supplier, which these guys made it right for me. Sincere thanks!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, THERE ARE MANY OTHER BETTER OPTIONS.I wish I could do a �- 1 start here. DO NOT BUY INTO THEIR APPEARANCES. I took my car here for a bumper fix, after I got my car back my truck started getting water inside every day it rained. I took it back 3 different times to talk to the manager... I pretty much felt I was asking for a favor, I was begging them to fix it and I felt I was annoying when all I was doing is to have my truck without water as it was before I took it in. However, the�manager agreed to look at it and fixed it, but what they did was Fix the right side where the car was hit, and claimed that they could not fix the left side since that part was worked before (7 years ago) so the water was getting there due to that. What they did not understand is that for 7 years I drove the car without getting the car inside my truck, and just after they fix it I started getting water there. The only good thing about that shop is EDUARDO, who tried to help me as much as possible but in the end ROBBY WADAS, the store manager was the one who made the decisions. I felt disrespected, I felt I did not have a right to complain and I felt that no one cared and no one�listen to my situation.Also, one of the times I was waiting to talk to the manager, a last was dropping off her car because she took it in for something but her car was hit on the other side while the car was being repaired.So, you may get your car fixed, but you may end up with other issues you did not have before.Luckily enough I went to the SUPER B car shop on I35, and it was a completely different story. They helped me right away, they explained to me what was happening and the most important part the QUALITY of their work was amazing.

Job completed, vehicle looks good. Took about one month to get fully finished, perhaps a little longer than expected. It was a few days after I had to return the insurance provided rental car that my vehicle was returned to me.

If your stands for service all together is low, this is the place for you. I will never refer someone here or return to this business. The customer service is way below average. The way that I was spoken to and the things that I was told were jaw dropping. No care for the customer or urgency from the service advisor. I was told to take my car to Caliber Collision, I said no Service King's has really good ratings. Boy, was I wrong. Don t bring your car to this facility they have bad attitude also they re forcing you to leave the car in here in order to get repair I asked them why don t you guys give me an estimation First there Respond was we don t do that I was like are you serious please be aware go somewhere else but don t stop in here to get repair the car this place is terrible also the front disk lady had bad attitude oh my god she was not even trying to talk to me when I said if you could do a estimation first !

My situation depended heavily on my insurance company. Traveler's made it easy but this company was in communication with them every step. Thanks to those two and my Depends, all of the accidents were covered.

I had a fantastic experience with Eduardo. He took the time to hear my concerns about my car. I was rear ended and the first two shops I took my car to failed to report the frame damage behind the bumper! Service King made sure my car would be repaired completely. I wanted to thank the team at service King for their time and attention.

Start bad , end on a good note.Priscilla, the front desk Customer service rep here is by far the most rude, disrespectful, unapologetic and NON sympathetic employee I have ever met at an establishment. Trying to schedule any type of appointment with her on the phone is impossible. She said things like didn t I already say there were no appointments for today? But then you call back 2 minutes later and speak with someone and all of a sudden 4 appointments came available. She is just flat out rude and because 90% of communications go through her, I thankfully RE-Routed a good friend to another shop. She also talks bad about people s vehicles in front of them to other staff and laughs about the situations people are placed in.However, Eduardo ( the person that dealt with my car specifically, as well as answered my 2nd phone call and magically created the 4 appointment times that Priscilla said were not there.) was kind, understanding, willing to help and all around a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately I wouldn t recommend this ship to my worst enemy because 9/10 they will have to deal with Priscilla.

Repairs were done very professionally and in a timely manner. There were some parts that were back ordered from the dealership and throughout the entire experience I was kept informed about updates. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. When I received my car, I had to take it back for a few lights that were on and the manager Robbie personally handled it all and went above and beyond for me. I made an appointment to get an estimate to repair damage to my rear window and cab caused by me backing into a low hanging tree limb. After arriving at the body shop on N Lamar in Austin, the receptionist came out and took photos of my vehicle and sent them to a remote estimator that never looked at my vehicle up close. I wasn t asked any questions about the damage whatsoever. It turned out to just be a photo shoot. They missed the body damage to the cab and only estimated the rear glass replacement for $2000. The estimator priced a power rear window with heater because the receptionist overlooked the fact that my truck doesn t have those features. After receiving the estimate, I contacted the shop and asked to speak with the estimator so I can be sure there isn t a breakdown in communication but the receptionist wouldn t provide me their contact info.I really wanted to have a good experience and I think that many folks have. I think that I just didn t get to see Service King s A-Team yesterday. However I m spotting too much risk early on to allow them to repair my vehicle.

I had to get a lot of suspension and some body work done and my insurance led me to this place. They originally forgot to install the fender liner, which was sub ideal, but they eventually made things right when they got parts in. They even detailed my car which was honestly pretty dirty. Even though a mistake was made during the original work Robbie and Stephanie worked with me to make everything right. I'd go back and can recommend this shop. Horrible company! The phone reps are clueless and non responsive. They say they'll send paperwork in 15 minutes and 5 hours later you get it. Then no response when you return it. They just ignore it because they don't accept electronic signature. Ridiculous! My car had extensive hail damage and I was referred to Service King by my insurance (USAA). The entire process was extremely efficient and even though this kind of repair does take 10-14 days I was made aware of every step as well as real time progress during that time. We ve had two repairs done at the N Lamar Service King. They texted each day to let me know my car s status and coordinated with my insurance and the Enterprise car rental place just up the street. Very fast and friendly service. Jeremy was my contact person and he was fabulous. He sent me regular text to let me know each step of the process with my vehicle. I knew when the parts had been ordered, when they had been put on my vehicle, and when the car had been painted. When I picked my vehicle up Jeremy had even washed it and cleaned the inside. I would definitely recommend service king to anyone that needs collision repair. The entire staff is amazing.
