One of the best car shopping experience we ever had. Ask for John in Sales!! He is very personable and you can tell he cares about the customer. He made the whole process so easy. We drove 2hrs and 15 min. By the time we got there the agreed out the door price had been drafted and confirmed, the truck was up front ready for us to test drive, and after that all my husband had to do was complete the paperwork. The whole ordeal, from the arrival time to leaving out the door, lasted 2 hours on the dot. There was no hassle of being at the dealership all day. John made the process so easy. We could not have asked for a better sales guy!! Kenny in finance was also personable and tried to ease my nerves because I don't trust the finance guys. He handled the situation with care and professionalism. We left the dealership with my husbands dream truck and telling ourselves we are coming back here if we ever need another vehicle.Thank you John!!

We LOVE Bart, General Manager! We have bought many new cars from him and his dealership; 2 dodge chargers, minivan, jeep grand Cherokee summit long, 3 Challengers, etc. It s wonderful to have such a great relationship with a point person at a dealership and always know that you re going to get the best deal, and to be treated like family. Bernardo has been our sales person for several vehicles and he s awesome, too! Here s just a few pictures of our many vehicles that we have bought there. We never worry about whether we re paying too much. This is a truly trusted dealership. We actually enjoy doing business with them. Bernardo recently left the dealership and our new sales person is Sarah. We bought two challengers from her this month (January 2024). Sarah is fantastic and very knowledgeable about vehicles. We HIGHLY recommend this dealership!

Trey Miller and Will Harrell (new car sales) were excellent to work with. They listened to my needs, asked qualifying questions and then found me the exact car I wanted. They gave me a good price without wasting my time with the typical tag-team tactic. They didn't try to upsell me with a lot of things I didn't want. They were/are very responsive before and after the sale. (I traded in my red 2016 Grand Cherokee for a 2024 red Grand Cherokee). If you want a straight-forward purchase experience and a good deal, go see Trey and Will!

Hunter was AMAZING from the first conversation we had until the very end, he was super honest and blunt with me and helped me get into a car that was going to help me in the long run. I am so happy with my purchase i made back in September of 2023, Kyle Gibbons was the sales person who helped me find a vehicle i was going to like and that was in my budget and on top of that family friendly! He is very kind, very sweet and definitely takes his time to help you with your needs. And not to mention very great with kids (not most dealers are very nice when you have small children and searching for a car) he provided snacks for my kids as you know you spend all day at the dealer when looking for a vehicle which was very nice of him and thoughtful. Kyle is very professional when it comes to business, always on top of the sale and if any concern is always quick to respond to your call or messages, Even after a month of making the purchase he still manages to Follow up and make sure everything is going smoothly which I'm very grateful for, Very nice and smooth purchase that was done, me and my family are very pleased with the service he provided, And will definitely come back for our next vehicle!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience purchasing a new Rubicon. Sarah Rambow was our agent and she was amazing. She took a lot of time showing us all of the Jeep s features. She encouraged us to get to know the jeep better by providing us with a Jeep club to visit. We highly recommend seeing Sarah when you visit Covert!

I met Armin at Covert Jeep in March of 2023, after looking at some Jeep Wranglers and not finding exactly what I wanted I decided to wait until I got what I wanted. We kept in contact through text message for the following weeks. I got news the 2024 Wranglers were going to be slightly redesigned for that model year- I knew I wanted to wait to get a 2024. He kept sending me updates and info on new model information and got me very excited to get a 2024. I then decided I would built out and order one.Fast forward to May 5th we made an appointment to built out and order my dream Jeep. I met him at the dealership and went over every option and finally built it and he sent it off to have it built. During the weeks that followed we kept a weekly text update and my 15 million questions and concerns.September rolls around and it s crunch time and we had my vehicle done and on a train to be delivered down to TX. Again Armin kept me in the full loop. He asked me to come in a few days before it was to get to the dealership and do the lease paperwork. So I got down and he already had known my budget and what I wanted to pay each month. He and the entire team found many discounts and rebates. So professional and it was the easiest leasing/buying experience I ve had over the past 8/9 cars I ve bought over my driving career. I went to vacation and he delivered it to my home and had it waiting in my driveway waiting for me. Outstanding service.During the week of me doing my final paperwork of my Jeep- my other half was searching for a vehicle at other dealerships and after searching through a few days and not having any luck I joking asked if there would be a buy one get one if we got two Jeeps. He said we could make something happen- and that he did!!! Again the team got us SO many discounts and rebates! We walked away with 2 brand new loaded up Wrangler Saharas! Mine a 2024 and the other a 2023. Armin thank you and so happy that you stuck with me through all of it. Tyler in financing was also great! Very professional and understanding.

I m so excited about my recent vehicle purchase. I worked with Christian and he went above and beyond to accommodate our busy schedules and make sure both my husband and I got to test drive the car. I am most impressed with the level of communication. It was great to be able to text Christian with any questions and have replies within the hour if not immediately. Both Christian and Jessica worked with us on our quite tight finances and we are enjoying our new ride!Also Jessica came prepared with a bucket of fun things for kids to play with since when we came in after school to sign- so thoughtful!

Absolutely love the Covert Team!! Chuck helped me with my 2023 Ram 1500 Limited back in July (was a fantastic experience then). That amazing truck was involved in an accident the day after Christmas. Chuck, Juany and Bart went above and beyond in every way to pick up my old truck, evaluate it and get me into a new truck (talking hours of work)! They stayed in constant communication with me and made the entire process so pleasant! Talking bought a truck and had a baby the same day easy!!!Not only did they get me into my dream truck, a 2024 Ram 2500 Limited Cummins over the holidays but delivered it to the hospital the day my daughter was born. Thanks to Chuck, Juany and Bart, Baby Stella was able to go home from the hospital in what will be her future truck. I will continue to buy all my vehicles from the Covert Team and I recommend you do the same.

After buying my first Chrysler with you and coming back a year later, I knew that you could make it happen. Once again your customer service was Amazing , and determination to get the deal done. I was very happy with my experience here. I found a little used Fiat and their price was comparable to other places except closer to my house. I was in and out pretty quick and they let me come back with a cashiers check for the price of the car the next day. I believe the finance guy was Niko. New but helpful. I would have gave them 5 stars except for the first pencil when they added like $1700 of LoJack . nice try but not today

Ask for Christian Baer and he ll take care of you. Quick and pleasant service. Came in looking at a used Jeep Wrangler, that turned out to be a little rough. But no worries, I walked out with another Jeep Wrangler that was newer, less mileage and for roughly the same price. How can you beat that?!

This is the absolute worst car buying experience I have ever had. I've purchased a "new-to-me" vehicle about every 3-4 years for the past 30 years. I've purchased vehicles from numerous dealerships, and never in my life have I received such poor customer service from a dealership!The receptionist will answer the phone, but she's about the only one. On the many, many, many occasions I've tried to contact a person I am either transferred and left on hold indefinitely, or I leave a voicemail and my call is never returned. I have also emailed every employee I have interacted with and anyone I can find on the website, and no one responds to my emails. I even left a message on the "contact us" section of the website to no avail.I do not live in town, but I have driven over an hour to the dealership twice since purchasing my vehicle just to talk to a human.I am disgusted and exasperated! I would NEVER recommend anyone do business with such an unresponsive business. I can assure you I will not be purchasing another vehicle from them. In 3-5 years, I'll probably still be waiting for someone to respond to my phone calls and emails.

I hope one day we have a Tesla model for buying a vehicle, but until then avoid this place. There are better dealerships to buy from, I would avoid this one unless the deal is too good to be true, but sometimes the deal too good to be true is just that. My new truck had 500 miles on it, I don't know how I missed that, it was scratched up (bought at night), but they semi-fixed it. The other issue is that someone swapped the wheels, those aren't the original wheels, but instead from a lower trim level. Anyway, this dealership is ran poorly, and sadly it was one of the worst buying experiences.

Stopped by Covert Chrysler and Dodge a couple weeks ago and picked up the most beautiful Dodge Challenger RT in the world! I was there just walking the lot and a gentleman named Johnathan Beltran came up and asked me what i was looking for!? Next thing you know i'm test driving several cars. Once I saw that Granite Challenger with only 1,1 00 miles on the clock.. i just had to have it. and it manual transmission too! anyway, Johnathan streamlined the whole process and i walked away with my Challenger easier than I could ever imagine! Much love to Johnathan and Covert Chrysler and Dodge! I recommend this place to all and everyone!

I highly recommend Joseph, given I live far south and they are North, he worked with me endlessly (im a tough indecisive customer lol) over the phone for 2 weeks trying to find the perfect car in my price range that my bank loan would approve. Once he had an idea of what I was looking for, he never tried pushing me into something I wasn't asking for after I declined something like it. I've never been this happy with the car buying process and I've had a few! Proud owner of a Audi A4 I never knew I'd love. Ask for Joseph!!! Huge shout out to Rene as well, thank you so much for taking care of us. You both are the best

Johnny did a great job helping me out today with a purchase of a Jeep 392! I was working from home and stumbled across the listing and within minutes he was helping me through the entire process. By the time I drove in, the team had my financing approval, the vehicle was ready for a test drive out front, and there was almost nothing I had to do.
