The customer service at this dealership is phenomenal! Shout out to Corey Harp for being a great salesman. I called first since I live 1-1/2 hours away and Corey went above and beyond to make sure both I and the dealership came to a fair and equitable agreement. He even stayed late and postponed other plans to stay with me and my wife through the process. Kenny. The finance expert, was very patient with both me and my wife. We are sticklers for detail and Kenny provided one of the best finance experiences I ve ever had. Both we honest and upfront about every detail. I m loving my new Mopar and if I ever get asked, I m sending people to Covert CDJR of Bee Cave. 10/10 for both these gentlemen!

Horrible dealer. Advertised truck on auto trader for $45301.00 then when I call it s $49,999.00. Spoke to sales manager and he agreed to sell me the truck for the $45301 cash stating their website hadn t updated. Next my salesman Sergio calls wanting an additional $2700 for window tint and some nonsense they say they sprayed on the truck, says it s non-negotiable. We agreed to an additional $800 for the snake oil just to make the deal..next I get a call from Sergio stating that they re moving the price back up to $4999.00 because we re not financing (cash was the agreed plan all along) at a whopping 11%+, this can t be legal! I asked to speak to sales mgr again, this guy was argumentative and wouldn t even share his name, said Mr.B is all he ll give me. SUPER SHADY tactics here, buyer beware!!!Update 12/4/23 in response to the owner stating the vehicle is $49,801 and he ll happily sell it to me for that price. I just uploaded a screenshot of both the auto trader listing and signed (by your salesman) deal for the $45,301 we agreed on until your sales guy informed me the price had changed twice. This proves the owner bumped the price up on auto trader as if it s been that high all along, clearly lying to appear just. Unfortunately for you I took photos and here they are for the world to see. Y all really need to be better and do better..smhI am a CASH buyer looking for 2 new 3/4 ton trucks, you could ve sold me 2 but pushed for a few extra grand with the mandatory nonsense you say you spray on the interior and last minute refusing a deal you signed. Y all really need to be better and do better, I ll happily take my business elsewhere.

We had been looking for a Ram 2500 Laramie for a few weeks and willing to make a drive for the RITE one. I was working a deal on 1 in Mcpherson, Ks. at the time Luis Rodriguez made the call to me on 1 they had I had shown interest in but there were only a few photos online. Luis went out of his way to take more photos and interior pics in the rain, that were not posted yet as the truck was still in make ready. Together we worked a deal on this 2022 Ram 2500 Laramie with less than 9200 miles on it. Kenny the Finance Manager sent all the paperwork to me Via email and sealed the deal. I made the 4 1/2 hour drive the next day, 20 minutes in and out. Luis Rodriguez had everything in order and ready to go when I arrived. It was a pleasure doing business with Covert CDJR Bee Cave and Luis Rodriguez. <---This Guy earned my Business.

I bought a RAM 1500 Laramie last week and Sabbir provided an easy, fast and awesome experience when purchasing the truck. I wanted to add a couple things to the truck (running boards and bed liner) and he set up a time to do it without hesitation and was very accommodating to my schedule, will definitely buy from him again if I'm in the market.The service department was also great, I worked with Heath who was very knowledgable about the different services they offered and was able to get me in and out in no time. Overall really good experience at this dealership.

I just bought my dream car with Luis Rodriguez and he was awesome. Honestly the whole team was great. They were very nice and patient, answered all of my questions and did not pressure me into buying anything. They taught me a lot about leasing vs financing and made sure I was able to get the vehicle I wanted at the price I was comfortable with. Luis took his time teaching me how to work the features of the car AND drove to the store to buy me a lemonade. I loved working with everyone on the team.

Like many others here have already said, working with Luis Rodriguez to buy my new TRX was a real pleasure. The car had a few minor paint issues and Luis was quick to have all of our concerns corrected before we took it home. Luis was also able to get some great accessories added on for us. Luis is low pressure, sincere, and genuinely a nice guy. I d recommend going to Covert CDJR in Bee Cave and ask for Luis if you are in the market for a new car. Cheers Luis!

I ll start off by giving a huge thanks to Nick!! This was my first ever new car purchase and he helped out every step of the way. I never felt pressured to make any decisions or get something i didn t absolutely love. His manager, Marcus, was also beyond helpful and did whatever it took to get me exactly what i wanted as far as vehicle and price! Kenny in finance played a part in doing everything possible to keep me and budget and explaining everything in detail. I can t say enough about this place!! THANK YOU!! Had an awesome experience with Jamie Behl when buying my used Toyota Tundra this week. I had been searching for a Tundra and been experiencing horrible encounters with dealerships pressuring me on trucks I was not interested in. My saleswoman Jamie made my process super easy and fun! Got me the truck I wanted and a more than fair deal on my trade in. Even gave me a loaner and then delivered the truck herself to my house when it wasn t ready due to the windshield being replaced. 10/10 would recommend this dealership and Jamie to anyone seriously looking to buy a car.

My husband and I decided to buy a brand new RAM 2500. We chose to go to Covert CDJR in Bee Cave. I am so glad we did. Right when we walked in the door, we were greeted with a smile. Everybody we encountered was very friendly and the process went very smoothly. My husband and I want to give a huge shout out to Corey Harp. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows his product. He treated my husband and I like family. We were in an out the door within an hour and a half with a brand new beautiful truck. Best part was they got me my new car to initial specs! I bought a used car. Not real expensive. Nothing fancy. But, I was treated as if I was their most important customer. John Robles and the rest of the staff are awesome. In 2024 I thought customer service and respect were a thing of the past it is alive and well at Covert. Thank you for making my car buying experience: unpressurized, enjoyable and a great deal!!!!!!

Just purchased a 2023 ram 2500 and it was a much better car buying experience then Iv ever had before. Corey helped me find exactly what I wanted with 0 pressure or persuasion. Super layed back and easy to work with. Trey in finance was also a pleasure to work with. Both gentlemen went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. 1/25/24 Update:Justin came through!! The second car was down at a different Covert and Justin made it happen today. He went to pick it up, brought it back to Bee Cave, had it detailed and filled the tank and delivered it to my house. I am so grateful for the team and level of service at Covert CDJR in Bee Cave. These guys are truly exceptional. Thank you, Justin!!!!*******1/24/24 Update:I just bought not only my fourth but my fifth Covert car in one day. Two cars in one day because Corey Harp made it happen.Today I bought a 2023 Gladiator that had a 3" lift, 37" tires and the most incredible Apex touches with Fox shocks. I'm in awe with this vehicle. But let's talk about how awesome the staff is. I worked with Justin at first but he was off on the day I was ready to move forward so as a team, Justin passed the relationship on to Corey Harp. Corey is hands down one of the most accommodating professionals. They gave me what I wanted and probably more. The negotiations were matched, his demeanor and approach were so professional.And then we negotiated the 2nd car which was at Covert on 183, and they agreed to bring it to Bee Cave. So today I left with two cars, both within the box of negotiation I gave to them PLUS MORE. Also the second car isn't a Jeep etc., it's a 2023 Subaru and they're going to service it for me so I don't have to be inconvenienced with another dealership. 5 cars in with Covert and I won't buy my cars or take my cars anywhere else.And Kenny B. in Finance is one of my favorite people. He stayed a little late just to make my deals happen. I've worked with him so many times already and Covert is so lucky to have him.Overall, there is a reason I've bought 5 cars from Covert. I had the 2022 Grand Wagoneer Series III and wanted something that was more efficient. 2 hours later I was leaving Covert CDJR in Bee Cave with my dream car! Shout out to Kenny in Finance for getting me an even lower interest rate had and for making the finance part of the transaction super quick and smooth.
