I recently purchased a vehicle online from this dealership and was skeptical of the process being my first time doing this. I was contacted by Tyler Rodriguez shortly after requesting info on a truck. He was very helpful answering questions I had and sent me additional pictures and videos of the truck so it felt as if I was seeing it in person. Tyler went above and beyond to make sure things were addressed and fixed prior to them sending the truck to me (2.5hrs away). He went the extra step to make sure the process was smooth and I was happy with my purchase. This was by far the easiest car buying process I have ever done especially without even stepping foot in the dealership. Once everything was ready and paperwork was done, Tyler sent me additional pictures to verify I was pleased with the truck. His team drove the new truck to my house, hopped in my trade in and took it back to the dealership. If you re on the fence of buying online like I was, I d say give it a shot after how smooth this experience was. I ll be taking my business to them in the future with purchases. During this process I received phone calls from managers and even the owner making sure I was pleased with how everything was going and if needs were being met. I m thoroughly impressed with Covert Team and their professionalism. Thanks again Tyler for your hard work and dedication.

The BEST car buying experience I ve had so far. Josh Esquivel and the Covert team made it easy to purchase from out of town, without even going to the dealership. They delivered the vehicle to my door, and went above and beyond to make sure it got here on my birthday! Weird to say that buying a car was a great experience? Hands down the smoothest, fastest car buying experience I ve ever had at a dealership. I inquired about this 2023 F-450 and within minutes Hunter reached out to me. We quickly agreed on a deal, he responded instantly to my texts with questions. When I came to pick it up, truck was already detailed, all paperwork ready go. Daniel Flores in finance made just as quick work on getting me taken care of and was a pleasure to work with. Chandler is amazing! We knew exactly what truck we wanted, test drove it, and took it home. Daniel in finance made the paperwork process easy and quick! It was a pleasure to work with both of them! The sale and getting into finance was quick and mostly painless, so this part wasn t the issue. The issue came 3-4 weeks AFTER I had purchased my new truck. I signed papers on Saturday March 23rd and received the following news weeks later. Called to check on my registration sticker and was informed my loan packet still had not processed therefore they could not give me my sticker. No problem, except for the fact they then sprung on me I owed $717 dollars leftover from my last loan as the payoff sent was the wrong one. After back and forth arguing I contacted the previous loan company (Velocity) and they informed me there had been no contact from the dealership until the day prior to me calling. An outstanding balance was showing $717 left on the loan. Long story short- I was informed by Coverts management team they take 20+ days to process everything, which is why they request a 20 day payoff. I have bought and sold a ton of cars and never ran into an issue with loan paperwork taking so long it cost me more out of pocket. I have always obtained a 10 day payoff and never ran into an issue, but with these guys they are super quick to get you to sign but have ZERO costumer service once you re out the door. I understand doing paperwork on a Saturday and needing to call the bank the following week, but taking three weeks is ridiculous. Wouldn t recommend purchasing a vehicle and using their finance department to process anything unless you want to make basically two car payments at the same time.

Ask for Tyler Rodriguez!! Covert GMC Bee Cave really out did themselves. Fromthe first interaction Tyler listened to my needs when it came to my budget ,and also what I would be using the car for. The finance team did an amazing job with finding the best intrest rate. I never felt pressured to buy any additional products, like I have in the past with other dealerships. I was provided with education on products that could benefit me future. The whole process took less than an hour! Thank you again!

I really can t say enough good things about working with Jose C at Covert. He went above & beyond to help get me into a new Buick. He even brought me fresh eggs from his chickens!!!I didn t have a big budget, but the team at Covert helped make the numbers work & were very fair in the negotiations. I am happy with my new ride & extended warranty package where I don t have to worry about maintenance issues.

Y'all, let me tell you. This dealership is top notch. And don't even get me started on my salesperson, Sara B. She has been so kind. So helpful. Answer every single question. She made this whole process bearable. It's very stressful getting a new car, especially when you're forced to because of baseball sized hail . She helped alleviate all my fears and stress. If you're in the market, I definitely recommend Covert Bee Cave, and ask for Sara. Everyone else was amazing as well. The sales manager was awesome and so was my financial manager. Just top notch, fun, caring bunch of folks.

My overall experience was great. When I walked in the door I was immediately greeted and connected with someone. My salesperson, Ron McGuire, was very professional from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable of the car that I wanted to purchase and took a test drive in. I really appreciate his no pressure sales tactic when working towards a sales price. The finance process went smoothly to close the deal as well. I feel I left with a great car at a fair price. It was detailed nicely with a full tank of gas. Also, the coffee machine made any of the wait time during the process great.

Best experience I've had at any dealership! We found a Yukon online at the bee cave location and called ahead to go look at it. They had it right out front and ready for us when we arrived. It wasn't exactly everything we wanted once we looked at it in person, but our sales rep Chandler Diehn quickly got on the phone and had 3 more versions for us to look at within 15 minutes and she found the absolute perfect Yukon AT4 for us - it is the most amazing SUV for our family we've ever had. The atmosphere is relaxed, pleasant, no pressure AT ALL and everyone in the dealership is so nice. Great experience and they will be my 'go to' dealership for my purchases moving forward. Go see Chandler Diehn in sales - she's amazing! Thank you Covert Bee Cave!

Such a great experience. Rudy Fernandez was brilliant. I phoned them, told them what I needed, and in one day Rudy came back to me with not only a great car that fitted all my needs, but it was even under budget. Fantastic service from Rudy and the whole team there. Recommend!

We have been shopping for a year at various dealerships. This past week we were driving through Bee Cave and seen the Covert sign. Drove in and was greeted by Jose Cabrera. We told him what we were looking for. He showed us all the vehicle's we wanted to see and answered our questions very well. This was on a very cold day and he was so patient walking around with us. We left the dealership and told Jose we would be in touch with him. We visited other dealership s around Austin and returned to Covert because of Jose and his great customer service. He is a great sales person and should be considered a very valuable employee.

We came into the dealership and knew exactly what we wanted. We drove over an hour to get to the dealership since they had the vehicle we were looking for and others did not. Jose C was great in showing us the vehicle and the features. Very helpful. The financing team was great getting us out of there quickly.Overall our experience was wonderful although it took a lot longer than we anticipated.

I just bought my first car from a dealership and the team at Covert beecaves couldn't have made it a better experience! Reagan Shein, Tray and Kenneth all were so wonderful to me and my mom! Even though I couldn't afford what I originally wanted they worked with me and let me test drive several cars to find one that was a great fit! I love my new car, definitely going back when it's time for my little sister get her first car!! Can't recommend then highly enough

Update: we went back and bought a second car from Covert Buick GMC with two days because we trusted our salesman, Messiah, and we knew that the team would provide excellence in service! Shout out to Hunter for helping us with our second car! Run, don t walk to this dealership when you need an auto!I rated our experience at Covert GMC five stars but it could have been more (I ran out of stars)! From the test drive experience to the delivery out the door the process was smooth, unhurried, and friendly. Our salesperson, Messiah, was professional, courteous and asked questions to find out exactly what we needed in our vehicle. He then pointed my husband to a variety of options from which to select a vehicle for test drive. During the test drive he answered our questions and took notes to determine which vehicle suited our needs. He was then able to sum up each with my husband, arriving at the best choice. The dealership showroom was clean, inviting, and had plenty of spaces to sit and snack - even a play space upstairs for the children! The process for completing the deal was smooth and they worked with us to arrive at a very satisfactory price. They readied the new truck within a day and what a nice truck! We purchased the Canyon AT4- the new trucks have all the greatest new tech including a huge Google dash with your Google assistant built in! Additionally the vehicle has Onstar which comes free for 3 years including the safety features, navigation help, and 4G lite WiFi. I highly recommend this dealership for both the customer service and vehicles. It s worth the drive from wherever you are in Texas or outside the state to purchase from this dealership. You won t be sorry that you did!

My overall experience buying a truck from the new Covert out in Bee Cave was hands down the best experience from beginning to end!! Ed Kauppila was my sales consultant. He messaged me with videos and picture of the truck and once in person had the vehicle pulled up ready for me to test drive it. Everyone in the dealership was very welcoming to my wife, kids, & myself. The process was very fast & friendly. Edgar was super helpful in finalizing the deal. Once he helped Me I got passed over to Steven Webb for finances and he did a great job explaining everything That I had questions on. Would recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to check them out in bee cave!

EVERYONE WHOS LOOKING FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN BUYING A CAR!Jo e Luna was my sales person. I picked up the phone on day one and he helped me through the whole process got me approved and welcomed me in the same day. Unfortunately I was busy until the the next morning he did tell me that he would be there at 930 and sure enough he was there ready to shake my hand and ready to get me in my new Tahoe. He was very great when he came to keeping me update and made sure I drove off with a new car. I had to wait for my new car to get inspected but he put me in a loaner for the weekend and filled up my new ride when he dropped it off where I told him too. Five starsAlso Christian , the final face you see before leaving GMC he was amazing and so fast because I was in a rush. He did everything he said he was going to do and some. Five stars

Excellent people to deal with! Had my wife and 2 of my young children with me and they made accommodations for us throughout the whole process. This is my 3rd car from Covert and every time has been better than the previous times. Rudy took great care of us and will highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the future.
