This is one of the best locations I ve ever been to for a vehicle inspection. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes I had two people in front of me.Being that this location is right around the corner from my spot, I will definitely be coming back in the future. I highly recommend them better than any pep boys mad/or jiffy lube

Brenda is very speedy and extremely helpful! It is my first time renewing my TX registration as I am a new resident, and she explained the process to me very clearly. I will definetly be coming back here!

Costumer service is awful! Came to get inspection, all i did was go to my car and get my insurance paper, i went back in and the old lady told me they were close. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Its not the first time! Bad service, bad attitude! Don t waste your time coming here to this old place.

I went to get an inspection done in July, & when I was getting my oil changed realized my engine cover was missing. I went to talk to the owner of the place to ask him if by chance they had it around and he didn't care to hear it or even ask his daughter if she had seen it because she is the one that does the inspections. A little consideration would have been nice.

Super bummed about this place and my experience. I came in on my lunch break expecting the super fast service raved about in the reviews. Not only was I late getting back to work, they allowed a young woman and her family to skip ahead to the front of the line despite her only just showing up and my waiting for 45+ minutes. She cut off two other people who came before her and no one said anything. This was a super disappointing experience.The exhaust and heat building up in this small area is not ideal for the amount of time I was sitting there. Would not recommend for young or elderly to wait out here especially during the summer months.

We have come here for years and never had issues with the lady. However, this time the guys were running the desk. Super rude. Zero customer service. From now on, I will take my company vehicles and personal vehicles elsewhere.The young guy has a super bad attitude.Heath

Not being familiar with the area, I went there. When I drove up it was pure madness. There were about six or more men sitting under the work area laughing and joking. A woman trying to unsuccessfully direct traffic. No one offered to help or provide direction for services. After a few minutes of this chaos I just pulled off and went to Precision Tune.

Quick service. I went around noon on a Wednesday and there was one person ahead of me. There s a waiting area next to the inspection bay. You can see your car at all times. Was out with the inspection in about 15 minutes. Used Apple Pay. Everything went smoothly.

Quick and easy, albeit it was early morning and only one person in front of me. The older man at the desk was a little grumpy towards me, despite me speaking Spanish which he seemed to prefer it was also cold and I was a bit of a mess, leaving credit card in my vehicle, clumsy stuff like that. Con- "lobby" is a few chairs in an open area area with a roof. I have an old beat up vehicle though, and always scared it's not gonna pass, but it does :) Others places can be a**holes about stuff. I have kept going back here for years.

I barely had time to sit down and wait for my inspection. Super quick service, no frills, straight to the point and friendly. Other places were giving me 1 to 2 hour wait times. Would definitely recommend trying here first.

This place was great! They are friendly and fast. I was hungry when I went, and there is a taco trailer and a Central American food trailer right there, so I grabbed a bite and my car was already done when I finished my food. Easy, fast and friendly. I'll happily go back.

Easy and straight to the point. I needed to get my yearly auto inspection done on a Saturday morning. Jiffy Lube, Firestone Auto Care, and Pepboys were all not able to do it and told me to come back on Monday.This place got it done. Thank you.

Have your insurance info ready and be in and out in minutes. Honest, hard working , and very professional. I will return and highly recommend!

The reviews are very true. I arrived early and was assisted immediately. The attenendat was both very Professional and Courteous. The entire process took under 15 mins including the test drive. I went during my lunch hour and still had 40 mins remaining. GREAT SERVICE AND REALLY FAST. Will be returning when the need again arises.

I've taken my car here the last two years and they were quick and very polite both times. The woman working today even drove my car to the other side of the parking lot when it was done to be closer to where I was waiting for tacos (DEFINITELY get tacos from el huache while you wait.)

This place is awesome! Customer service was amazing from start to finish. I'm a very busy guy and they took care of me in a timely manner! I highly recommend anybody in the Austin area looking for an easy, hassle-free service to look these guys up!

Came in to get my tire fixed, which they did (or so they said) and it very low on air the next day. I came back and asked if they could fix it and possibly get a discount due to the incorrect job. As soon as they heard discount, the older fellow gave me an attitude and said they wouldn t do that at all and pretty much asked me to leave. Not only do they need to to improve the quality of the job which provide, but their customer service needs to improve. I definitely think they could have been more professional with the situation.

Straight to the point service just how I like it. Quick and easy. I don't know how these guys got such a low rating but they don't deserve. I NEVER review I'm just correcting a wrong here. Have up to date inspection walk up to the counter they will sign you in and you'll be done before you know it.

Been doing my inspections here for years ... it would be nice if they stayed opened longer. I work the times they are open. I took off from work and went on a Monday at 3pm and it says they close at 3:45 and it wasn't open.
