I had taken my car to this shop previously so I chose to take it this time because there hadn t been any issues previously. This whole experience has been the worst! They had the car sitting in their parking lot over two weeks before they did the first inspection of it to send to insurance. It was a very minor accident that happened in a parking lot going 6 mph, it s costing over $12k to repair this! They have had my car for over a month. Every time I call to get an update, because he doesn t communicate w/ me at all, he has never once called me. The sales guy seems to never know what s going on with my car. He will give me an update and when I question it, because he has previously said that something was completed, then he will say he needs to go and look at the car and check to be sure that what he s telling me is accurate. The car was in their possession while it rained apparently, Now they need another part because something else was damaged due to the rain, while it was in their possession, And now I m being told that the car is going to be with them for another 1 1/2 months while they get this part. They do not communicate with you at all, I wouldn t have known this if I hadn t called. I am not sure what is going on at this shop, but I have never had a worst Experience. Don t take your car here!! I m not sure if Covid has anything to do with why this shop has gotten so bad, but it s very disheartening! Very very disappointed.SandraServices: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Philip over at Continental collision was such a great help. Somebody hit our Suburban while it was parked and I didn't have a collision place at the time. I saw a lot of great reviews for Continental so I decided to give them a try and it was so worth it. The insurance company that we were dealing with was trying everything to make me pay an additional out of pocket, but Philip took care of it and got everything taken care of. The car came out amazing and I'm so happy with the work definitely will use them again if I have to, but I hope I don't.

I highly recommend technician Caleb for his exceptional professionalism and expertise in car bodywork. When my car suffered a long scratch during a window tinting service, Caleb's skilled hands worked wonders in repairing it. His attention to detail and dedication to his craft were evident in the flawless results he achieved. Thanks to Caleb's expert workmanship, my car looks brand new again!

We have had body work performed by Continental Collision on several occasions. They have consistently provided exceptional service and results. The work has always been impeccable, and their service is top notch. Everything -- from getting started, to scheduling, to keeping us informed of progress, to closeout -- has been smooth and professional.

Continental Collision Austin provided me with one of the best customer experiences I have had in long time. From the start, the entry was clean and they had some nice amenities. Mark Peralez helped me out and he was the best! They jumped on my seemingly minor request and got it done fast! Very professional and would highly recommend!

The best customer service. I went and talked to other bodyshops and the told me I have to wait 2 months to start the process. I stop by and talked to Mark he was able to take my vehicle and started the process and setup the rental vehicle, he keept me updated with the process and my vehicle was done perfectly in 2 weeks. On the delivery day I was busy to pickup the vehicle Mark was nice and helpful and offered to drop my car off at work and took the rental back. The best service ever I will recommend all my friends and family to go and ask for Mark.

I came here for a new paint job and was assured I d be given a quote. I ve called several times and emailed several times and still no quote. It s been 3 months. Guess I m giving up and moving on. Avoid this place if you want good communication or your car painted.

I'm revising my initial review because the GM Lonnie has been very helpful and made up for the previous experience. I will maintain that my car was there for almost 2 months and the communication was definitely lacking on their part. It was a huge pain in the butt during the holidays to be paying for a rental, and they seem to have been majorly understaffed. I was recommended them by my dealership, and I regretted it. BUT the body work does look great now, and the issues that we had, have since been made better. All thanks to Lonnie and his attentiveness to make an unsatisfied customer happy. My car is back to brand new, so thanks guys.

Update here -After my experience with everything around my car accident, and paying out of pocket $1700 - Continental did reach out to make things right. What I had to pay out of pocket they returned to me in full. This was an amazing gesture of good customer service and very unexpected. This was appreciated and I now feel like they are honest and would take my car back there. My adivse still is to make sure that you check with the insurance company and get a detailed email outlining what their caps are and then ask the collision center what their storage, repairs, or tear down charges are before dropping off your car. I learned this the hard way. Additionally, make sure all parties are in agreement and willing to pay for everything if you are not at fault for the accident.

I brought my car in almost 2 months ago. Mark Pereles walked my car with me. Nice guy but since then, no progress has been made. My car isn t fixed. No parts have been ordered. No estimate provided. I ve called a dozen+ times most of the time with no response. When I did get Mark on the phone they said they re waiting on insurance (I m paying out of pocket) or I was told their phones weren t working. Again, Mark was nice but this still doesn t seem like a good reason for my car to not get fixed. I was totally pleasant and understanding. Got me nowhere. Bottom line - I need my car fixed but no work is getting done. Don t waste your time.

My Honda got hit while my vehicle was unattended! The Honda dealership in town recommended me to this Continental Collision because they are Honda Certified. Mark Peralez was the case manager assigned to me. He was very kind, informative and was very communicative on what I needed done on my car. Since I was having to pay out of pocket, he helped with me getting my quotes very quickly so I can determine how I would like to proceed. I will be coming back here for further work on my car since I am in a better place to fix it. Thank you for taking care of me!

Frank and the whole team at CC were excellent. They had to deal with a VERY difficult insurance company and claims team, but did so with expertise and transparency, while keeping me and my needs in mind even when my insurer wouldn t. I would not hesitate to bring my car to them with any future needs.

I dropped my vehicle off for repairs. I was called and told it was ready. I left work to pick it up and the vehicle was not ready. Dan, the rep, gets the production manager, PJ, to look at it. While that is occurring, I noticed some new scratches on the lift gate. I mentioned to Dan those were not there when I dropped it off. Dan said he has photos that they were there when it was dropped off. Those photos were not taken in my presence when the vehicle was dropped off. I mentioned this and Dan just kept repeating himself. I basically told him he can talk to his manager cause I needed space. After he left PJ assisted me and he was amazing. The issues I had were resolved and the service reps at the front desk were super helpful. They are the reason for the 5 star rating. If I based this on Dan it would not be 5 stars. I would def take my vehicle back if the need ever came up.

It took exactly a month to get my '19 Subaru Forester fixed from a rear ending collision but the job was done well. Some time was spent in delayed response from Subaru regarding parts and a prompt response would have shaved off a few days from the wait.

Mark Peralez was an incredible resource and help when dealing with a complicated insurance situation on a Canadian car. A very professional and detail oriented shop, but customer service is what stood out. Highly recommended for Mercedes Benz cars.

Mark was a great guy to work with. He was kind, thorough, and attentive to my needs. It isn't always easy to work with insurance companies, but he s the kind of guy who aims for highest possibilities :-) thank you Continental collision team!

I was sideswiped on Hwy 360 and she hit every panel on my passenger side and the front bumper, hood and wheels. I ve only used Continental in Austin (2x in 15 years) as they are experts and a part of Austin s major dealerships where I buy. I worked with Mark this time and he kept me updated and stayed on top of the other parties insurance. Right now almost everything is slow and behind because of parts and production but they were willing to take me and knocked it out of the park again. Keeping an open mind to let them complete as needed and get the 3 insurance supplements, I am very thankful my new car looks new again.Twice for the win!Thank you Mark and CC!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing, Car towing, Brakes

Came here because the dealer recommended us to come here. Our car was hit and needed to be fixed. You ll need to send them an email about how damaged your car is so you can send your car in when they are available to take it. And it takes them about two weeks+ to send an estimate to the insurance company(which is ridiculous) and that s under our pressure to contacting them to hurry up their process. And then once the car is ready you won t know. They won t notify you until you ask them about it not to mention how hard to reach them you can only contact them via voicemail or email.

Phenomenal experience! From the initial contact through the entire process this place is truly incredible. My estimator, Dan, was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable and efficient...just really put me at ease through the entire process. The staff at the front were always so incredibly kind, helpful, and handled everything so quickly and efficiently. Special shoutout to Diana who helped set up a rental for me...just incredible service! If you need collision work completed, this is THE place! Incredibly thankful!

I was rear ended and had extensive damage to my car. I was extremely happy with the work that was done. The car looks brand new again! The staff was excellent from the front of the house, to the back. I was given a timeframe for the work to be completed, and they finished it 2.5 weeks sooner because I had family coming in from out of town and they wanted to help me out. I appreciate the wonderful service I received from Mark, and I highly recommend Continental Collision.

After having some communication issues the first day with the front desk people, Mark was assigned as my advisor. He has been very communicative during the process and has helped me during the type my car was in the shop. Unfortunately due to the extent of the repairs, AllState deemed the car as total loss. I highly recommend this collision center if you have a Nissan Vehicle.

Update: I was contacted by the GM on Sept 4th about the issues below. Will update this review again upon resolution.Nightmare of an experience. Do not trust Continental Collision.I scheduled my BMW repair several weeks in advance, and the day before I was supposed to bring it in they called and asked me to reschedule because they had a heavy workload. The day my car was supposed to be done, they called and said they found another issue (my temperature sensor) which would delay completion. The issue they claimed they found was not only one I explained over the phone the day I dropped the car off, it was also included in the written estimate from the insurance company. They kept delaying for almost a week, and although they said they would pay for two days of my car rental they never did. I arranged for after hours pick up and notified the receptionist as well as my agent multiple times that I had a spare key and to please not leave a key in the vehicle. It is clear that they don t include notes on the file because I had to explain this arrangement six different times. I ubered to the collision center the night my car was ready and they had forgotten to leave it outside, leaving me stranded and frustrated. To top it off, less than a month after the repairs my check engine light came on, I took it to the dealership for diagnosis and it was a faulty temperature sensor, which had been replaced by Continental Collision less than a month ago. I also discovered that they had the audacity to affix a permanent advertisement sticker to the inside of my car next to the auto data labels. Terrible service, terrible quality. Do not trust Continental Collision.

I have worked with many stores. It was the most terrible experience. I waited 4 months for a response. The manager never answered and constantly ignored me. The administration lied about the holding time of my car. As a result, they completed the repair of the car, but they didn t give the car to me, because they did their job terribly. The machine is in the body shop. My car manager is Christian Gaytan and the administrator who has absolutely no information is De Anna Smith.P.S.: came here because the Mercedes dealer recommended

Where to start, that is the question? I guess from the beginning. After being in an accident and hit by an 18 wheeler during the worst hail storm that Texas has ever had, at least that I'm aware of. I found myself needing a mechanic/body shop.Unfortunately, as the driver didn't feel the need to stop I found myself filing a claim with my insurance. From the jump like it always is incredibly frustrating dealing with insurance. We are required to pay for insurance and held accountable yet nobody holds the insurance companies accountable and we often the consumer get screwed.I will say that Continental Collision, Dan, the gentleman that was over seeing my car, made things by far easier to deal with. Dan came out very cordially, introducing himself, and had empathy for the fact that I had just been in a terrible situation. He explained to me that they would do everything they could within the scope of what was possible to take care of me. Naturally, I was very hesitant given past experiences. But I was pleasantly surprised with just how accurate that statement would come to be. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for my insurance, USAA or the car rental company Enterprise. But that's neither here nor there. Dan made up for it in spades as he diligently took my many questions an concerns without frustration or irritation. To no surprise USAA wanted to place all problematic issues on Continental Collision. But at every point, Dan was incredibly honest and respectful showing me details and facts where USAA tried to place blame but couldn't. Dan never got upset or irritated when confronted with the issues USAA blamed on him. Dan logged in his computer and showed me step by step everything that was done an when. Down to a phone call I personally didn't get somehow but he logged in at over a minute. Showing that a voicemail was definitely left. It's a great system an impossible to get around. If I called an he was unavailable, I always got a call back in a timely manner. Through the entire experience he stayed on top of things. To boot when my windshield was said not to be part of the accident , which it was but USAA said no. Dan informed me how I can dispute this. In the end my windshield did not get covered. So I inquired about what my insurance company was offering me, an aftermarket windshield. I didn't understand exactly. Dan pulled out some great material an information that explained everything an the problem that these cheep aftermarket windshields can cause. Obviously distraught at having to spend more money out of pocket with my current situation. I asked to speak to a manager. Once doing so I was educated on why certain options were not available anymore an I sadly understood. Still they have gone above an beyond to help make it manageable to get me in my car with the proper equipment an windshield. All in all I can say this is one shop that is not there to take you for your money but truly do care an work hard an honestly to provide a great experience an service for every customer. Thank you Dan an Continental Collision for taking such great care an concern for myself an my vehicle.
