After evaluating Austin shops, I found this particular one.Staff was super professional and I worked with Julio to repair my vehicle. He s probably the nicest person at this location so be sure to ask for him and tell him the black GR Corolla referred you. He compared my car to a Porsche (appreciate you Julio!)After waiting on parts (backorder due to supply chain) for weeks, Julio and Steve had superior customer service and care for the vehicle.The car was done in a week and a half for minor repairs and my car is black. Car was spotless and cleaned properly as well as a supportive welcoming staff.Would recommend any day of the week!

I got into a minor accident in my 2011 Lexus and chose this shop for repair. The front desk staff member Heather was great and worked with the insurance company to set everything up on that end. When I got to the shop, Julio clearly marked everything that needed repairs and clearly explained the general methodology of the repair. The shop also took care of additional supplements needed for the repair. My car came back as if nothing happened and is now cleaner and smells better than before.

Shady AF. I was referred to this place by other drivers insurance. They were only supposed to do the initial inspection/estimate for damage to my car. This place told me they only do estimates and repairs as one....um, yeah NO! THATS NOT HOW THIS WORKS. I legally have the right to use any body shop I choose for repairs. And I sure as he'll don't trust classic collision based on this interaction, trying to force me to use them for repairs. I called the insurance company and they apologized and said they didn't know and are going to escalate this issue.If they're this pushy about an estimate, I can only imagine everything else.

The staff were very professional and helpful. Julio took care of my car and did a wonderful job at fixing the issue. I would genuinely suggest people to go here. Even the front office was very accommodating and sweet. They made sure I had my rental car in time and was giving timely updates of the car d status. I give a full 5 stars to their team for their efforts and quality of work. Thank you.

Best auto body shop in Central Texas! Quick service with friendly and transparent staff. They maintain communication and make sure you leave satisfied with your vehicle. Doesn t get better than that!

Took my wife's car here after I scraped off the mirrors and dented the door at a parking facility. Good people easy to deal with everything was taken care of except my deductible. I would recommend them for work.

Car was wrecked they fixed it and it did the same exact thing it did. Now they are trying to tell me that it is not from the wreck. I just took it back last Monday supposedly they fixes it. Had to call them because car over heated there was no antifreeze once again then there was oil on my engine. And now saying it's not from the wreck. The radiator was one of the issues from the wreck. So now I am going to have to contact a lawyer. Don't take your car there.

The team made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in, (my first experience with something like this). Explained everything in detail and showed great interest in getting my car back to perfection. :). When I returned to drop my car off, same great customer service! I can't to see the final results and add to my review (2/12/23).

Words can t express how pleased I am with this company. This has been my second time going through them and I m completely sold. I went to a different location in the past and I still received the same excellent services here as I did at the other. Jason and the rest of the staff were very professional and sweet at the same time. They made my stressful situation very pleasurable! I definitely recommend taking your car here!! They fixed my car & had it ready faster than I was anticipating/expecting. My car looks brand new like as if nothing ever happened. Plus the cleaned my car and had it nice & shiny!! Upfront the experience was not to bad, their receptionist was pretty receptive and the initial tech or sales guy that I dealt with was nice enough. That's were the good service ends. I had to take my car back three times to have stuff fixed. By the third time I was really annoyed. I know people are not perfect and it's hard to find good help but this was ridiculous. Even for a body shop this was awful. There was over spraying on my hood, particles in the paint, dents on my handles, the bumper was half off when I picked it up the second time. The last straw was that they broke my tailgate switch then refused to fix it. I asked for a manager to call me nobody ever called me.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Both fender liners installed by Classic Collision have now fallen off, one wrapped around the tire and broke off and the other became loose yesterday and it's hanging hitting the tire when I drive. This is part of the work Classic Collision did for my car about a year ago. I am going to take the car to them this morning and see how they respond to this workmanship and what are they going to do about it to resolve it for me. More to come! Having been in a small fender bender and needing the right job done at the right time frame I'm glad that I went to this shop. AMM Collision was recommended to repair the damage done to our car after it was rear-ended in an accident. I interacted with Lynn Womble the manager. He was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained the repair process and patiently addressed all my questions. He took care of working all the relevant details with the other party's insurance company. The car was ready ahead of schedule and the repair, so far, looks high quality. He also assured life time satisfaction for the work they did. Working with Lynn was a pleasure. I give him and AMM Collision high marks!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE! I recently got into a minor car accident and went to AMM on Anderson Mill to have my repair. I was not updated on my repair throughout the process, they have had my car for over a month and I still have not received it back, and I have consistently received a run around on the est. fix date. The lack of professionalism with this company is beyond me. I would have given them zero stars if it was possible you are better off taking your car to a repair stop on the side of the road.Service: Body & Trim

100% would recommend Amm Collision off of Anderson Mill. I got into an accident and I worked with Justin directly. I couldn t have asked for better service. He regularly kept me updated with the status of my vehicle. He took the time to answer all of my questions promptly and professionally. This man went above and beyond for me. When my car was done being fixed, he took the time to personally drop off the car at my work so I wouldn t have to go out of my way to pick it up. (He new I had a busy schedule and that I would probably have to leave work early just to pick it up before the body shop closed, he offered to bring my car to me and it was so convenient). If that wasn t kind enough, he then returned my rental car for me. I thought that the process of getting my car repaired would be stressful but Justin made the process smooth & stress free. I couldn t be more satisfied with the service that I received. My car looks amazing, you never would have known that I got into an accident. They even cleaned it for me and waxed my tires. 5 out of 5. If I ever crash my car again I know where I m going. Let s just hope I don t crash it. I had issues with my car side mirror indicator. Manuel who is the service advisor helped me to get it fixed. He had to order 3 times for the correct part so i donot have to replace the complete mirror which costs around $2000, was done in $300 because of his effort / genuine nature to get correct part and help customer.Honest and great people working at this location. Front desk lady is also very patient and welcomes customers nicely.I definitely recommend this location for car body shop needs.They did my car detailing and handed it over neatly.

I had extensive repairs done at this location after a tree fell on my car. I received regular updates from the office while my car was with them and then incredible customer service from the staff when I noted a few missed issues. Greatly appreciated their integrity and honesty. Hopefully I won t need their services again, but if I do, they ll be first on my list of body shops to call.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Battery

Great service! I had some hail damage on my car. I went in Tuesday for estimates and they had me in the next day. All was was completed the next day. Did not have to wait days like other shops told me. Work came out amazing! Highly recommend this place!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Amazing customer service and high quality work. I took a truck in for repair with damage to my front passenger side and bumper. Larissa greeted me warmly and pointed out more damage than what I noticed as well as explaining the process of repair. I was very impressed with her knowledge and she even let me drop it off that same day. They kept me informed with text updates and calls. Larissa even stayed a few hours late to deliver my truck to me earlier than expected and informed me they fixed some minor scuff marks on the other side also. I highly recommend this place for repair to anyone who aask.They did wonderful work and in a very timely fashion! Ask for Larissa!

I am only reviewing their customer service not their work. I had been trying to get in touch with someone since August. I made multiple calls and text messages and finally was able to speak to the receptionist in November!! My house is 2 blocks from their shop and it was completely undrivable. They wanted me to pay for a tow to get my truck there and then I'd have to pay for the tow back to my house if I couldn't afford the quote. I asked if since I am so close (walking distance) could they swing by on their way home and just look since a tow would cost more money. Receptionist told me she would speak to her boss and call me back that day...it's December and still no call. Finally found another place and they came with no issues. 4900$ repair I was more than willing to give to AMM but they wouldn't even call me back.

I had the folks @Ellis & Salazar take a quick look at my sedan and got a free touch up for the bumper in about a half hour. then, they got me a quote by noon that day for what the complete job would entail & cost. it's my second time dealing with these guys. they've been terrific to work with, per my experience.thank you.

My car looks BEAUTIFUL!She is my grandparent's car and I just lost the last of them, so I have done my best to honor them by keeping her in great shape. She has never been in a wreck-until she got side swiped on the way to work last week. The kids at AMM Collision started their work on Friday and had her waiting for me on Tuesday night. I'm sure I looked like a freak in their parking lot, pointing and exclaiming at my car! Manuel was a great guy to deal with and their receptionist Ruby was friendly and abiding the whole time, much less the great job their technicians did on my baby! I give em 5 stars, guys.

My car was not repaired well at all .The rep was not helpful at all.Let's review my experience.1. The rep never gave me quote that was promised2. The rep never called and gave updates when promised.3. The doors paint that they did was not finished and has defects .4. The doors were not hung correctly.5. The inside now has damage that was not there before and I was not told about it.6. Rep called me the day before my car was supposed to ready in panic mode because they could not find a part . I had to get the part number at the dealership.7. The billing should have been taken care of days and even a week before. I was told he had not gotten it updated so this had to be escalated the day of delivery.8. The lower door is now damaged because the door was not hung .9. The glass was damaged and not looked at.10. Did I mention I got my car back not clean at all.When I pointed out the paint defect that they did I was yelled at and my keys were taken and the went back to work on it .11. The roof rail should have not been taken off of it was not going to be put back on correctly.12. The rep explained that being side swiped at 45 to 50 miles an hour is not really a bad accident.In the end I left with my car because I was tired of being verbally and physically disrespected. It has been a week and after speaking with family and friends I was encouraged to write the review .The excuse I received from the rep was "this car is old"..

They said it would take eight days to repair my car; and the state it was in, that was about half the time I had been expecting. Imagine my surprise when it was ready after only five days! That was to replace the driver's front door, repaint the whole left side, and repair some frame damage in front of the door. Very impressed! They did well last year, too, when we encountered a deer with a death wish. Loyal customer, right here!

Excellent quality and service! My rear bumper had a few bad scratches and they fixed it beautifully. Now it looks brand new and I didn't have to replace the rear bumper. They even painted a replacement towing cover for my other car for free. I highly recommend this place.

Kept us in the loop during the repair.The work was better than expected. Panel gaps aligned perfectly, paint flawlessly blended and smooth, rough edges very minimal, great attention to details and they were able work out new OEM replacement parts with the insurance carrier. (The car was rear ended)I've been in my fair share of accidents and have used a couple shops around Austin, this has- by far, been the best work and experience I've had. I hate to admit, but I'm extremely critical of body and paint-work, our car was damaged at no fault of our own and expect the car returned as close to factory condition as possible.

AMM went above and beyond my expectations. My car was sideswiped and just about the whole passenger side was damaged. The paint job and shell make it look like I just pulled it off the lot. They shampooed my front seats and cleaned it all out. I was so surprised and very impressed. I would definitely go back and refer any of my family and friends (hopefully I won t have to use them again lol)

BEST SERVICE EVER! Joey and Ashlynn are warm, friendly and helpful. I have now been here THREE times, unfortunately. The work is perfect with a lifetime guarantee. This last time, my dog ate the driver's side seat belt!! These guys were totally awesome and squeezed me in the very next day; I got a car wash too!
