After being told from other repair shops that they couldn't get my car in due to no room, Classic Collision was able to get my car in for repairs the same day. Throughout the process I received detailed updates on the status of my car. To my surprise, my car was ready way earlier than expected. Ozzy and everyone else I interacted with was so kind, welcoming, and most importantly extremely helpful...top notch customer service!! I wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend to anyone I know.

My vehicle had a huge dent due to another vehicle backing up to it, they did a really good job in fixing the dent, and the paint Job looked great! My car looks as if nothing happened. Staff was friendly and informative of the status of my vehicle, I was pleased with the service

Not one to leave a bad review but I m really disappointed in the work done on my car. A few months ago someone backed into my passenger door which was awesome.Long story short they told me they needed to replace a few things and I d be good. When I got my car back, I noticed my passenger door made an odd sound when I went to lock and unlock my car sounded like the lock wasn t unlatching or vice versa.A few days later I go to pick up a friend and as they try to open my door and what do you know it doesn t open.My passenger door now does not open from the outside which was already frustrating because even though my door was dented before at least it was functional?!?!!!!If that s not the worst part!!! A piece of my door was just hanging off the side of my car this morning not sure how long it had been like that but very upsetting.It s like they just hot glued it onto my car lol Super upset and don t want to front another couple hundred for a rental while they work on my vehicle considering it takes a DECENT amount of time.Giving a 1-star review because they knowingly gave me my car back in this condition my door makes an OBVIOUS and LOUD noise on the passenger side every time I lock and unlock my car so there is not a single possible way they didn t know how bad of a job they d done.Service: Body & Trim

Y all, when I say I can t recommend this body shop enough, I MEAN IT! Just about the whole left side of my vehicle needed to be repaired, & I was terrified to find out how long it would take. Jay was so authentically sweet and HONEST, saying the repair would be fixed in 2-3 weeks. Not even 2 weeks later, what seemed to be a hefty job was ALL COMPLETE! I m so happy with my choice to bring my car here, not only due to the quickness of the turnaround, but also due to Jay s amazing customer service. I received texts daily updating me on my repair progress, so I never felt out of the loop or neglected. Jay (and this location) is the best!Service: Body & Trim

I had an accident, so my insurance company brought my car to this shop. Even though my car got totaled, the receptionist was so kind, and the person who helped me to collect personal belongings from the car was also amazing. They looked they were doing their best.I don't know their skills, but I would choose this shop for the next possible repair. There is no perfect job in the world. A few month ago, I got hail damage repair from a different shop, and I was not satisfied with that, but one of my aquaintances who had also hail damage on their car told me my car repaired much better than theirs, ha ha. Anyway, I got very warm and good impression from the first vistit.

This was my first experience having to deal with an accident and I was very nervous and worried about the steps and calls I had to make to get my truck fixed. My brother recommended AMM Collision and I called them as soon as I could and got a same day response with a tow truck and was reassured that I would be taken care of. Once I dropped my truck off at the shop, the manager, Cody, was very transparent and broke down each step that would be needed to fix my truck. Once the repair was approved by the insurance, they made sure that factory parts were put on my vehicle, instead of aftermarket parts and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. My experience was very pleasant, and if I have to go this again, I know exactly where I ll be taking my vehicle. Thank you.

I hate to give them a bad review because they did great body work, however, whoever handles their billing has no idea what she s doing. She made the process of getting my car fixed and paid for extremely difficult. They lost a $2300 eft from the insurance company, which took weeks to locate. Once it was finally found my car was scheduled for repairs. They called to let me know my car was done which was very exciting. I wasn t expecting it so fast. Once I got there to pick it up they would not allow me to leave because they STILL didn t have my insurance and billing situation fixed. It was 100% confusion on their end. My insurance company let them know it was all taken care of. I will not be returning to this headache ever again.

Never take your vehicle here.Employees don't care about quality work.I had loose and missing parts in the engine Bay. When I confronted them about it, they didn't seem to care.

First and foremost I have to say I do not usually post reviews but I m doing so because the service is absolutely phenomenal!When I called after my accident, I spoke with Jay and he was friendly and informative. When I dropped my car off he was very detailed about the possible things that could be wrong and how long it would take to be fixed. The communication I received about updates on my car was honestly more than I expected which was an incredible gesture to keep me informed. Overall, Jay made me feel comfortable about the whole situation which eased my mind a ton. This level of customer service is definitely going above and beyond. Used this company because they are guaranteed by Progressive Ins. My service advisor was Jherlyn. I did not receive updates because they took down my contact number incorrectly. They discovered this error after 1 month of me calling them and showing up asking for the status of my repair. I had to ask to view the contact number they used to reach me and that's when I discovered they didn't have my correct contact number. The car was completed but with obvious visual mistakes. The bottom rocker panel still had scratches on it from the wreck. The door gap was not flushed with the body of the car, the door locks were not operating, the outside door handle assembly had a gap between the body and the brake caliper was not properly installed and squealed when applying the brakes. This took another 12 days for them to fix.Service: Body & Trim

This business caused damage to the interior of vehicle. Brought the vehicle in for paint repair on the hood. Had the vehicle returned with additional damage to the interior driver door handle. When this was brought to attention, the representative claimed "We didn't work on the interior," when the additional damage was extremely self evident. Returned the vehicle to have if fixed; just to have it temporarily repaired and also incurring further damage to the door panel upon removal that was not fixed. The door handle is now broken and I have additional damage to the trim of the door panel because the service people did not properly remove the door panel. I would advise that if your are driving a higher end quality make of vehicle ex. BMW, Mercedes, PORSCHE, Lexus, Audi and or any other quality vehicle, take your business elsewhere, or enjoy one headache of an experience. Poor paint job on the hood and I am sure they over quoted the insurance company, as when requesting any numbers they replied, "oh we don't give that information out." I have since worked with another Collision center in the Austin area that will happily provide the quote they are giving to the insurance company. AMM do not try and contact me as I refuse to waste any more energy dealing with such negligence. If you are in the Austin area and would like a recommendation as to where to have proper auto body work with honest customer service feel free to message me, as I will gladly assist in making sure others don't have the same experience I've had to endure with AMM Collision on Research in Austin.Service: Painting

I would absolutely NEVER recommend this shop to anyone, EVER. If you value your time and your vehicle, you should choose another place.I brought my car in for repairs, and they estimated it would be finished in about 8 business days. I received text updates almost daily, which was nice. On the day they said repairs would be complete, I contacted them in the afternoon to ask if it was ready. I was told they just washed it but then realized a part needed paint, so it would be ready the following day. The next day, I called again in the afternoon and was told the part (that needed paint yesterday), had just arrived and still needed paint. ?? They would paint it the next day and it would be ready.The next day I got a call in the afternoon from Justin saying the part was painted, but "they" didn't replace another part (that he should have ordered on day 1, mind you). He just ordered the part and it would arrive in a day or 2, but I could pick up my car in the meantime and bring it in to have the part replaced when it arrived. So I returned my rental, went to pick up my vehicle, drove down the street about a mile, and heard a scraping sound. I pulled over and realized a part under the front end wasn't properly attached and had been dragging on the street. I drove back to the shop, pointed out the issue to Justin, and as he (unapologetically) has another guy re-attach it, I notice ANOTHER part on my car is not only broken, but is basically hanging off the car! When I point it out and ask him about it, he accused me of bringing it in like that! Seriously! After some ridiculous back and forth arguing, his manager says they'll order a new part and replace it. Approximately 10 days later, the 2 parts arrived and I went in to have them replaced.This repair should have been completed in a week's time, but because of the negligence and lack of care/quality control by staff, it took 3 times as long. I HIGHLY suggest you avoid this shop at ALL cost!

Dude, forget this place man. The repair of the damaged part of my car was fixed I was cool with that. However, when I gave them my car, it was fine. I had no problems whatsoever. It was kept to date on everything. When I get my car back, they have my car already turned on in the parking lot because the battery is recharging . I called and asked about my battery and it literally seems like they were making stuff up. Now I m having further problems with my car, problems that literally make no sense as to why they are popping up. Avoid this place it isn t worth it.

Excellent and quick service. I had a bumper repaired that was dropped off on a Monday and ready by Wednesday evening. Prior repairs at other spots had taken over a week, but here, my car was ready in two days! Jay in customer service was very helpful.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Do not have your car repaired here! They took an entire month longer than scheduled to fix the repairs, and the quality of the work was subpar. They also put old damaged parts back on the car that should have been replaced. I do not recommend this place to anyone.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

The day I picked up the car it was covered in dirt and dust from the other cars. The car should be clean from any repair shop. Then it still needed repairs that were clearly related to the same impact as it was in the same area on the side mirror. When I inspected the repairs the paint had chips on it and a pitted area 1 in diameter which they were able to buff out, but definitely not a quality paint job as it was in the center of the hood and very noticeable.After taking it back they repaired the frame and made sure to wash the car too. From what Ive found it s pretty difficult to find a trusted auto body shop in Austin but this place will do a quality job if you have the time to inspect for any issues. Overall they did fix the issues to my liking so Im bumping up the original rating I gave.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Really great experience here. They had my rental on property when I dropped off my car for work. Their quotes are very fair and they work quickly. Granted I went through GEICO so the pressure was higher for getting the job done. All staff was kind and the waiting area was clean and had water bottles! CW (I think?) is who I worked with directly and he was very communicative on the status of my car. Their team cleaned the inside and the outside of my car before returning it. Highly recommend this place!

I had my car repaired here for hail damage. I brought the car to them with an estimate done by the car insurance. They did their own estimate which tripled the cost and repair time without notifying me. So when I called 4 days later thinking my car was about done, they hadn't even started due to waiting on my Insurance to approve the extra cost. When rentals cost $100 per day, this is not acceptable. Once my car was repaired, I found many small plastic parts broken. My sun visor was drooping from the ceiling, many plastic clips holding the interior lining were either broken, missing, or left on the floor of my car. The interior was very dusty and there was debris in the backseats. The trunk no longer pops open like it did. The only reason for 2 stars is the actual bodywork and paint job looks good. But if you care about your cars interior, I would look elsewhere.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If you want your repair done right, AMM is the where you need to take it. They took such good care of us and our car looks like it was never hit. Real professionals. From the moment you first meet you feel like family. They kept us informed throughout the entire process. We highly recommend them.

***WORST EXPERIENCE EVER***These people should be out of business already.After having gone over all the other reviews here, they are undeserving, unprofessional, demeaning, irresponsible, and people who take advantage of others.They destroyed my vehicle and left the bumper with a very poor quality paint job.DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

My car was at AMM due to collision repairs, Jay was very attentive & always gave me updates about the repairs. He was a great advocate when dealing with the other parties insurance who were very difficult. I m very pleased with the repairs and the turn around time.

He kept us informed of parts ordered & this was a good experience because of him & the support staff, Faith, & service & parts depts. The guy who matched paint colors did great. I want to highlight their associate, Justin, he went above and beyond with explaining the process and calming pur nerves.I never had a set body shop, but now I will always go back to them for any of my personal or business needs.
