I Took my car in to fix my bumper. Great, it was ready in 3 days. They used markers on my car to mark previous damage well those markers stained my car. Jose said they aren t liable and offered to wash my car ( like they didn t already did that). Pretty much said there s nothing they can do. SMH. Crazy , bumper is fixed but now I have marks all over my car. Don t recommend.

Kept me updated throughout the process and were very transparent about the repairs. They did a fantastic job and did a little extra work buffing out some additional scratches. I definitely recommend them for vehicular repair.Jimmy was the guy in charge of my vehicle - he's a cool dude, and good at what he does.

I just had the most Amazing experience at any business EVER!!! After getting scammed online trying to buy a bumper out of California... Please don't judge..I am a tad bit gullible sometimes. I decided to stop at a Collision center that I pass every day on my way home not realizing that it use to be the Big 4 salvage Yard. I walked in and the young lady at the front desk was so nice and helpful. She offered me water with a smile which Is perfect for the heat in Austin. I asked for a quote, and got one promptly emailed to me within a couple of hours. The quote was spectacular, Rediculous, and absolutely Perfect for my pockets. ..Way better than the guys on Congress Ave that I got a few months ago..not saying any names.I jumped on this deal really quick. The moment that I said let's do it, The Green light gang went into action. I got updates constantly, true to their word and I was literally told that my bumper would be here 3 days later. My jaw dropped. I delivered the car this morning. Got a call at 5:30 to come pick it up. Same day service! I am so overjoyed with these people. Just an all around perfect experience. Great people. Horrible experience. They didn't put the brake pads before they gave me my car back after doing body work. INCREDIBLY unsafe and they refused to apologize for this nightmare they caused. Still can't believe this happened. How do you return a car missing brakes? Go anywhere else.

I am one happy customer thanks to Jose & front desk gal (I think her name was Ivy?) for amazing communication & friendly service throughout the whole process! I dropped my 2019 BMW off after a love tap & got my bumper, trunk & tow hook replaced in a week! Thanks again! Hopefully won t be back (lol), but will come here if so!

I had my Kia optima go to the shop as a referral from my insurance company upon, upon getting my car back it looked as though I had a fantastic job, I had decided to leave my truck because they originally quoted me $300 for an ignition to be put in my truck.I took my car straight home and I hadn't realized any other issue because I hadn't driven it on the highway to experience the issue that they didn't do correct.About a week or so later I was driving my car on the highway to find out that my alignment on my car was off balance caused by the shawty work done by this collision center when they fixed the collision damage on my side panel and rim.I tried to get a hold of them many times to which I talk to someone three times twice of which they ended up being too busy and putting me on hold to a point I ended up just going cuz I had other obligations that I had to do myself.The one time that I did get a hold of them they completely denied being at fault for the alignment issue at stake.If I had the choice I would give them a zero stars and I highly suggest that you find one of the other dozens of collision centers out there to bring your vehicle to and avoid the headache from the shop.Unless if you like to leave your pride and joy in the shop where they won't even answer their phone to let you know how your vehicle is coming.Please don't be like me and find yourself another location

The service point of contact, Matt, provided exemplary service and support and was very good about keeping me updated on the status of work on my truck. I did have to bring my Chevy back once to fix something with the tailgate and lights and the entire team was flexible with my schedule and also very responsive. The added bonus was that they detailed the inside of my truck both times. I will recommend this location to others in the future!

I always have great service at AMM collision, I ve used their Menchaca location before and it was a really positive experience.The Ralph Ablanedo location was phenomenal, they were able to repair my car with a pretty extensive damage to the hood/grill/headlight. My car looks brand new when my husband picked it up and it runs like a dream. Shout-out to Carlos A and his A+++ team for an outstanding job, he s always in communication with me with the repair process. Carlos A is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and I knew my car was in capable hands. I really appreciate what you guys do. Absolutely outstanding experience, they handled everything with Progressive and were incredibly helpful when I was confused about my payment (Yari even spoke to my adjuster on the phone when I didn t understand what the process was). Yari and Jose made the experience painless and as easy as could be. My car came back looking like new! It hasn t been this clean since I purchased it!

I received such excellent service at this location! Jose was always so polite, and he made sure to always give me a update call at every stage of the repair. I couldn't even believe I have my car a week earlier than to be expected. It looks just like it did when I drove it off the lot after buying it. I appreciate how well they took care of everything and honestly I'd be okay with dealing with car troubles again knowing they'd be the ones to take care of it. Can't thank them enough. Jos� is the best!!! Respectful, keeps you informed and does the best job. My car looked better than it was when I took it there. It looks brand new. He even cleaned my car. This body shop was recommended to us by our insurance agent. We are new to the area. They gave us a timely reasonable estimate from our pictures. Stayed within the estimate. The expected 3-4 days took only 2. Exceptional attention to detail. Could not be happier with result. I highly recommend Jose and Dominic at this location. Went to classic collision on recommendation from my insurance company State Farm. Customer service advisor and estimator Ryan Rodarte took care of everything I needed . He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns.Ryan was extremely intelligent and helpful. I was extremely pleased with the service I received at AMM Collision offof Ralph Ablanedo. I stopped by AMM after having a minor accident. I received immediate, friendly service and a prompt estimate from Dominic. The driver wanted to pay out of pocket which Dominic was happy to accommodate and facilitate. I dropped my car off for repairs around noon and had my car back by 6:30pm the same day. I would highly recommend Dominic and this location for prompt, reliable and friendly service you can trust.

AMM Collision-Ralph Ablanedo provided great customer service and quick turn around. After our car was hit by a truck, progressive allowed their claimant to delay the process & they did not assist with the arrangements for a rental & repairs. Following that bad experience, Dominic @ AMM was understanding and assisted with securing a rental while also ensuring his crew completed the repairs timely. We are thankful for their great service.

Absolute top-notch service.I brought my truck in to have the bumper replaced and was able to pick it up next day as promised at drop-off.Everyone was extremely kind, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process. Couldn't recommend enough.

I can't recommend this location enough. They went beyond what I would have expected. Jose was awesome in communicating changes or delays, and really him and Dominic(sp?) made it all so easy, very professional. And then there was the fact that my car came out waaaay better looking than I thought it would given the damage. I would come back for sure.PS> I should note that I wasn't in a hurry to get it back but they did their best to ensure I would have it back by Thanksgiving. So here is the thing. I got struck in my parking garage by some kid who was texting. Having to deal with insurance and repairing my car was not something I signed up or was giddy with excitement to do. I'll admit, I was a grouchy, grouchy customer.AMM was nothing but professional during this time. It was sooo convenient to be able to get the rental and drop it off there and I received calls with updates as to every stage.The car was ready quickly, but I was out of town when it was completed, so they kept it there no problem.Here is being honest- the day I had time to pick it up I had about a million things to do and a million more on mind. I planned a quick pickup and drive off. The car to me didn't feel right, was slow to accelerate and the steering was stiff. I circled back around in a panic, bc taking the time to get this evaluated put me in a serious pickle.Despite my stress and frustration, they took the car for a drive (longer than the .5 mile I gave it) and came back with no issues. I was a fluster of nerves and they kept their calm. I left with the car and said I would get it back when I had a moment. Upon driving it, I felt the "feel" I was used to it coming back. The shop supervisor called while I was driving home and I let him know that I thought things would be ok.I share this to say that going to a body shop is likely an unscheduled problem and because of an accident or other bad day. Taking the meat culpa here for being stressed and frazzled, I wanted to take the time to share that AMM and the team are here to be professional and help you get past your bad car days. If I could do again, I would have trusted and given the time to drive the car for a bit before being worried, and that's my recommendation for anyone reading this review- they care about their work and will follow your concerns up immediately.

I've had to send my truck there for a couple of reasons and their service has always been fantastic, especially from Rory Amm in particular! Recently my truck only needed to go in for about an hour or so and he personally drove me back to work and said they could bring my truck to me when it was done. Will always highly recommend!

I can't say enough about this place and these guys. After someone practically ripped off my bumper, I had to be towed there. Dominic, the manager was great. He assured me they'd take care of everything and not to worry. And they did that and more. He kept me informed at each step of the way. He told me about supplemental filings that he'd work with the insurance company on. He told me well in advance that after the body work was done they'd need to test drive it to make sure nothing was wrong with the alignment or suspension. And in fact the car was out of alignment, and he worked with my repair place Dr. Beemer to get that work done. But what surprised me the most is that I'd had some markings on my hood due to the wearing away of the clearcoat. Not only did they fix and paint the part that was damaged, my entire hood looked brand new. And part of what they needed to repair was on the side of the rear bumper. I had had previous damage to the underside of the rear bumper. They eliminated all of those scrapes. They did not have to do this. I was blown away when I saw my gleaming, shiny black b'mer. I highly recommend this shop because of the quality of work, great customer service and the fact that they went above and beyond what they needed to do!!

I recommend AMM Collision for all your car's needs after an auto accident! They were able to completely transform my poor new Subaru that got hit back to it's original state before the accident. Roy at AMM Collision went the extra mile for me from beginning to end. He gave me a ride home when I dropped my car off, got my car ready a week before the anticipated finish date, and even dropped my finished car off TO MY JOB while I WAS AT WORK!!!! The entire staff is friendly and keeps you informed every step of the way. Y'all RULE!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

06/20/23 @ 1:30pm I was assisted by Ryan. He graciously 1-2-3 assisted with helping with removing the stuck hatch lights which allowed the assembly from repairing the hatch release switch. Thxs Ryan!

I was referred here by the Chevy dealership. This is the second location I attempted to schedule an estimate for, but both locations basically acted like they didn t want my business.The Congress location of AMM asked for my name and once she couldn t find it in some system, told me she couldn t schedule an appointment. She said I needed to call my insurance and have the insurance company call them BEFORE I even get an estimate. How about no. Why should I have to have my insurance company ok an estimate?I called this location and got the same run around. What if I don t want to use my insurance? I just don t get why they wouldn t just schedule the estimate appointment.I called three other body shops and was able to schedule with ease.I got way better service from Matthew at Capital City Collision.

This location stated you did not need an appointment for collision estimate. One week later when I went to get an estimate they said I needed an appointment and would not look at my car.
