Super quick. Honest and straightforward about prices, parts, time, etc.They were quite prompt and gave me all the details of their evaluation so I felt confident making a decision.I m going back there for all my services now. They re great at scheduling and always have my vehicle ready super fast.

5 stars does not do justice for this shop! The customer service is immaculate, the most welcoming and genuine interaction one can ask for. Called during a busy season and they were able to see me 2 days later. They took my car in the morning and had it ready to go before 5pm as promised. Honest quote and way below what I thought it would be at the dealership. They even walked me to my car since it was dark out. I will forever keep coming to this shop for any benz needs. Ladies, highly highly suggest if you want an honest person. Bonus perk, they have an adorable bunny!

I brought my 2010 Mercedes S400 there team went bad and it was really worried I tried to get a key made out of locksmith and they screwed it all up I brought it here they have the real Mercedes software and they got me back on the road I am very grateful Chuck is super nice gives you advice about the cars quite frankly if you're looking to buy Mercedes go talk to him and he can help you out with recommendations as well I highly recommend this it's above five stars

They replaced the air ride bags in my wife's 2015 GL 450 the morning after dropping it off one evening. They also explained the process thoroughly and gave excellent customer service. Very prompt and professional work at a reasonable price. Also gave a military discount, as my wife and I are both veterans. I think I've found my new go-to Mercedes shop! Thanks to the whole group at Chuck's!

My vehicle had several problems I asked him to make a list and priority of what we needed to do. Several things repaired on this run and I'm going back to complete in a few weeks. My car is running excellent. I would recommend anyone in the future if they have a Mercedes this is the place to go.

Chuck is absolutely awesome. I cannot possibly say enough. His heart is so full of compassion that it's hard to imagine how it all fits. I do boots on the ground Outreach for those lacking the resources needed for basic survival. My car is vital to what I do because of my need for transportation. It's also a flag of Hope for many. At one time I was homeless. Just one of those faces that we all look past. With persistence and an incredible community of support I managed to get off the streets. It's amazing how many people are unaware of how close they are to being right where I sat. So needless to say when my car was wrecked I was a basket case. Chuck took care of everything with ease and understanding. They made it as stress-free as possible. They dealt with all of the inconveniences of paperwork and insurance Adjusters. He took away all the stress related to the incident so I could focus my efforts on the people who depend on me. When I think of Chuck I think of the story about the old man and the little boy and the starfish on the beach. If you don't know the story you should look it up. Thank you Chuck for throwing back a starfish. You really have made a difference. Probably way more than you know.

Chuck has been my mechanic for my car and I never write many reviews, but his team is honest and professional so I felt the need to take the time out to write a review. They are very honest and hardworking people. They will work with you and for you on any issues, problems, or concerns you may have. I wouldn't trust my vehicle with anyone else.

We've been going to Chuck for years for our 2005 C Class. He is by far the most honest and fair mechanic I know. Now he is also a good friend who helps our son out with our old Mercedes.

Exceptional service and they charge less than you will pay at the dealership. They go above and beyond and they give you a inspection so you can be aware of any future problems.

Amazing! Chuck and every single one of his guys were extremely professional and gave wonderful customer service. I left the shop feeling better than I arrived simply by their interactions. I have been going to Chuck s for years now. I have never used another Mercedes mechanic in austin but from other customers and my past experiences with general mechanics, Chuck is by far the best I have ever used. He is fair and to the point. I highly recommend him to anyone who owns any model or year of mercedes.

Call Chuck, he won't leave you stuck! I was having a pretty awful week, and to add, plenty of car trouble. Most mechanics would troubleshoot your vehicle and charge you a bunch of money to come to a conclusion that they don't fix what needed fixing. Not Chuck, after observing my cars symptoms and behaviors, he was honest enough to say we don't fix that here, and referred me to a shop that does, as well as gave me a couple loop holes to save me time, and money. Thank you, Chuck. The man even saw I was famished and threw me a couple bucks for a taco..please give this sweet, and honest man a handshake, a fist bump, a hug or some business. We need more people in the world like you.

Chuck the Mechanic is the best Mercedes mechanic in Austin, by far. If you ever think "is there a Mercedes mechanic near me?", look no further. He is super knowledgeable and will be able to help with you basically anything. He and his team offer exemplary service, they're honest, and they give you the best possible rates they can. Chuck is also a really nice guy and I have had great conversations with him and Dawson. So if you need an honest mechanic for your Mercedes repair, give Chuck a call and he will be happy to help you out.

I went to three different mechanics who could not diagnose my car issue. Hunter was able to find the problem in five minutes. He pinpointed the exact issues with the cam shaft position sensor and timing chain and directed me to the dealership to have them replaced under warranty. He knew the service representative to speak to and the mechanic who knows how to replace them. That s exactly what happened. I am so grateful to Hunter for his intelligence and competence. Will recommend my team Mercedes to him.Check out the piano at the office!

I just wanted to take a moment and review this business, as I am incredibly impressed with Chuck and his team. Being new to Austin, Chuck was quick to diagnose the issue on my Mercedes and resolved it promptly. Finding only a minor issue, it is clear that Chuck is a man with integrity. I was referred by a friend at work and Chuck is very nice on the phone. Took my Mercedes to his shop and he greeted and connect the diagnostic machine to my car to show me what the error codes were. Although he wasn't able to provide the service but recommend what the steps must be done. He is being very honest and up front about the issue that I have with my car. You don't find this type of mechanic any more. Thank you Chuck for his prompted service.

Chuck was able to diagnose my problem and was great with communicating what the car needed and what could wait. When the new part he replaced failed, he went out of his way to pick up the car that wouldn't shift out of park and fixed the issue even though it was no fault of his own, and his pricing was very competitive! I will absolutely be taking my car to chuck if I need any more work done in the future!

Chuck is absolutely the best Mercedes mechanic to work with. He goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is working correctly, and explains in great detail whats going on. He has made this such a wonderful experience, and I would absolutely recommend him and his team to everyone.

What else can I say, Chuck saved my car! I inherited a Mercedes a few years back and haven't being driving it much, with that being said the car was basically not drivable anymore and no one could fix it. Chuck took on the endeavor after Mercedes suggested replacing the motor at a cost of over 5k. Now the car is in the best condition it has ever been all to Chuck's expertise without breaking the bank. To add, it is hard to find an honest mechanic and if you are in of need one, then go no further.

Chuck has been my mechanic for the past few years. He is always available by phone and very upfront about everything. He takes a personal interest in making sure my vehicles are reliable.James is one of Chuck's mechanics and VERY helpful and fast with his work as well.These guys are a hidden gem in Austin, with great prices to boot.

This mechanic is incredible. His work is exceptional. The man has great skills when it comes to repairing Mercedes-Benz. I love him. If you want Great service for a great price this is the person you need to bring your Mercedes too. I have a Mercedes-Benz CL 550. I customize my Mercedes often with pearl black paint jobs and the sort. But when it comes to repairs I bring it to chuck. Absolutely awesome!

Chuck and Dawson had me in and out with air suspension issues on my E-Series in less than 24- hours. How is that even possible? They are friendly, fast and cost half the price of the competition with more personable results. If you have a Mercedes and are within a 3- hour drive of Austin... don t waste your time anywhere else. Trust me.

Chuck is great and Austin cool. He and his staff helped me avoid big problems by identifying a transmission leak during a routine maintenance. I'm not sure it would have ever been discovered at the dealership. Luckily, my E350 was still under warranty and it cost me nothing vs several thousand dollars to repair. Thanks Chuck!

I have an awesome Mechanic (Scott Wright at Casis Village Shell) but every once in a while I have an issue with my 2006 CLK350 that his team isn't comfortable handling. This happened recently when - occasionally - my transmission would essentially get stuck in second gear (though it didn't say so; just had to "feel" it). I took the car to Chuck The Mechanic based on his ridiculously good Yelp reviews. Chuck was amazing. He came out of the shop to greet me, welcomed me in and told me what he would do. When he called me, he told me exactly what was going on, and said that his only available fix would be to replace the transmission. BUT, he knew another mechanic who he felt pretty sure could solve my problem without replacing the transmission. And he wouldn't accept any payment. I can see now why people love him so much. If you're a Mercedes driver in Austin, you have to know Chuck.

Chuck, Dawson, Anthony and the whole crew know what they are doing. They have decades of combined automotive experience and as well as certified Merc technicians and the latest scanning technology to communicate with your vehicle many computers. They are efficient and pay close attention to detail. Chuck and Dawson are very knowledgeable and friendly, they have established relationships with both in town dealerships. Any service performed here will be registered in the Mercedes database and they use dealer sources OEM parts in almost every instance. Their prices are very reasonable and they earn your trust and continued business. Best Mercedes Mechanic in Texas! Chuck is very dependable and truly cares about his customers beyond the work performed at the shop. Trustworthy car mechanics are hard to find these days so I am very pleased I was able to locate Chuck for my repairs.Thanks for all you do Chuck and keep up the good work!
