Christian brothers are the best. My battery had died, I walked in and ask the gentlemen at the front desk could he give me a jump. He did not hesitate, said yes. They offered to check my battery and determined I needed a new one, which i did buy from them. I appreciate the kind and helpful service I was given. Thank you so much again.

Christian Brothers is by far the best experience I ve ever had with a car shop. Their diagnostics are always so detailed. I love how everything is documented and shared via a link. The staff always takes the time to explain what needs to be done and is very patient.Their shuttle service is also such a lifesaver. I can t recommend Christian Brothers enough!

If I could give more stars I would.I m a business owner and I look for clear communication, anticipation, problem solving and honesty with everyone I do business with. Josh and his team did just that and more. I wasn t just a customer, I felt like I was more than that. They truly CARED for my vehicle and me.If you are looking for a shop to do any sort of work on your vehicle (asset) this is the place. I have cancelled all other projects with any other shops and moved to Christian Brothers Automotive. Christian Brothers is my go to auto repair shop due to their excellent service and their honesty and fairness. I bought a service package through my Ford dealership so I reluctantly go in every few months. Each time, I m given a laundry list of services that they say I need totalling hundreds to thousands of dollars. I have taken my vehicle to Christian Brothers afterwards and they have advised the services are not needed or only minimal from what I was quoted at the dealership. I highly recommend Christian Brothers!

Honest and nice people. We had a good experience with them in the past but decided to try another place that our neighbors recommended which ended up being a mistake. Just returned here and while they couldn t help us (our repair requires an auto body shop), they helped secure our wheel fender with zip ties to hold us over and didn t charge us. We ll be making this our go-to place from now on.

Honest as day is long. 1st opinion was over $3000. Christian Bros said no need to replace parts unless having problems. Their quote was only $455 for part creating problem. Also was $200 less for that replacement than other garage.

As a single woman, having auto repairs, makes me very nervous, but I felt that Josh Westerman, Joey, and the whole crew at Christian Brothers Automotive on 620 were very trustworthy, and they made me feel comfortable. They replaced my cooling fan, and my thermostat for a fair price.Thanks, also to Phil, who drove me home in the courtesy van, and picked me up promptly when the repair was completed. All around great job!

We spoke to Phil on the phone about a shield under the front of our car that was scrapping the road making a horrendous noise. He set a a three o'clock appointment for us. When we arrived they immediately brought the car in to inspect the damage. The technician let me see under the vehicle to inspect the damage and removed the unrepairable metal sheild and even checked the tire pressure all at "NO CHARGE"!! We were extremely grateful to these folks for their help and highly recommend them for their services! Phil and staff including the owner of the business (Scott) were all very professional and friendly. Thanks for everything and God bless!

I don t know why I haven t gone there sooner, since I lived only a few blocks away. The folks there are courteous and friendly. They take appointments seriously, unlike other places that require an appointment and you still have to wait a while until other cars are serviced. My car was pulled to the garage a couple of minutes after I got there. Yeah, this will be my go-to place now.

Brought my car in for a concerning noise, the team was very transparent of what the issue was and services recommended. All info was delivered in an organized manner via email. I appreciated the communication between the tech, customer service, and myself.

It's my first time to go to their Cedar Park location. My vehicle's splashing shield was loose and dangling there. They fixed it right away, and for free! That was so nice!

Brought vehicle to Christian Brothers after another mechanic performed the work but could not get my car to start. Other mechanic wanted to charge me an additional fee to figure out why their work resulted in a car that would not start. Christian Brothers found the other mechanic incorrectly installed the part. My Vette is running great!

I'm extremely satisfied with my decision to have my vehicle serviced at CBA. From the moment I arrived, it was a pleasant experience. I went in for an oil change, returned back the following day for other services that could not be completed, the day of my oil change due to my schedule. Both days, excellent customer service, greeted and welcomed, didn't feel like a stranger. Received an email and text of services provided/recommendations, questions were asked about my vehicle and I didn't feel pressured to have anything done. The shuttle ride home and back to retrieve my vehicle, pleasant. The lobby, extremely clean, music perfect, free wifi and outlets/chargers available to charge your phone. Love the website that gives a warm, inviting feeling about CBA, explains how the business began and other insights, a major reason for my choice (along with great reviews). I'm looking forward to being a lifetime customer.Update: Had another great experience a few weeks ago and again yesterday!Thank youRenada

I had a short in the wiring to my tail light. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue. That could've been a very long and costly repair at a less experienced shop or less than ethical shop.

Very kind- helpful- fast service and fixed all my vehicles problems. Wasn't sure how they would do with a Suburu- was thinking of taking it to the dealer and very glad I went there. Close to my home and errands I always have to run.

Just moved to TX from out of state. Drove over 1300 miles so my car needed some love. Glad I took it to CBA. Great service and reasonably priced. They offer military discounts as well. I would recommend. 5/5 experience.

I was stuck with a dead battery in a car that needed special handling to replace. They were quick, efficient and pleasant and got my battery replaced promptly! Kind service and excellent work. In Idaho, they were very helpful and generous. The same can be said for Cedar Park, Texas.While I was waiting in the comfortable couch for my car's oil change, they offered me a bottle of water. It's incredible how the layout is exactly like the other location. Its very welcoming. As someone prone to migraines, I appreciated the warm lighting.

I waited a week after my tune up and oil change to review. The car is running excellent. You can feel it running better with new spark plugs and clean fuel lines. The parts used were premium not cheap parts and the labor was reasonable for Austin prices. Excellent customer service as always and equally excellent maintenance. I ll gladly continue taking my vehicle to Christian Brothers Automotive in Cedar Park! 10/10
