The car wash ate my $20, so I paid with a card. The cashier inside was polite but powerless to help me get the $20 back, he told me to call the number on the machine, but there is no number on the machine. He said he could give me another car wash though (I should have just gone in right when it ate my $20). The car wash didn t even clean my car all the way, the hood still has gross stuff on it. Overall it s a clean store, I see reviews mentioning rude cashiers but I ve always had a pleasant experience. I don t think if I ll get car washes here in the future.

the cashier was VERY rude. Disrespectful to me and my group. Kept making off handed, passive aggressive and disturbing comments towards us. Insisted on being argumentative with us when we just wanted to buy our stuff and leave. Downright one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. According to other reviews we all had similar interactions with the same employee.

The people who work here seem nice and solid to me. They handle our car inspections very fast. I haven t bought gas, but I m so glad there is a reasonably priced car wash (open all day, I sense) here because the nearby Finish Line wash always has a serious line and closes early every day. I am stunned that this Chevron car wash will never go to the, bottom of a sedan. It feels like it s only designed to clean the lower parts of a high-riding pickup truck. It always leaves 7 inches on the bottom of any sedan, completely untouched and dirty, at any price paid. But at least the top is left reasonably clean - even for the $10 wash. I sure hope they get this car wash fix, so it functions like every other car wash in the United States, where it does clean a sedans sides properly.

If you need a tire fixed, don t go to this Chevron. They only do plugs, not patches (for $25) and they guarantee it will hold. Our plugged tire has leaked every day. And they don t stand behind their repair. We have been using them for years, but never again.

Shockingly rude. Filled my vehicle and paid for the premium wash. The automatic machine stripped off my radio antenna and seemed to quick-step through the wash process. On retrieving my antenna from the tunnel, I noticed that it had only cleaned the front half of my vehicle.I tried to get a refund but the afternoon attendant first tried to blame me for not knowing how to use the automatic system and then refused to refund the cost saying that I would have to return tomorrow. I won't repeat the rudeness but I won't be using their services in the future either.

I have had my car repaired here numerous times over the last 8 years.They always do a great job. The mechanics here are top notch and honest. If they do a quick diagnostic and cannot fix it themselves or believe it is beneficial for the customer to go elsewhere, they refuse to charge you. Then you have to just tip them.

Extremely rude cashier! She enjoys making you and everyone else wait. Her negativity and hatefulness is over the top. She had a line of ten people and she continued to write out checks as she was paying her bills and talking on the phone to bill collectors. Refused to check me out until she was good and ready. I will not be back.

Okay let me take a minute to explain what happened. Needed a quick car wash so hopped in. I picked the 2nd option since I was in a rush. It took a minute and there was water all over the car and the wheels were dirty. When I go in to ask if there is something wrong the cashier just busted at me since you got the cheapest one ( implying I am cheap) that's how the car wash is gonna be.Atleast dry it out at the end for God sake that's the basic part of car wash. Anyways the worst customer experience I would ask for a refund and someone for store to contact me back.The employees really need to be trained better to interact with customers.

The Chevron on bee caves workers are ultra, rude, testy, and confrontational. I simply went in there for gas and was accosted verbally buy a felony Simon. Good job Simon.

I used to almost exclusively go to this Chevron for gas and get state inspection.Around mid-late May, I was treated rudely enough to never return. I was on a work phone call with my phone to my ear. I wasn't paying attention closely and was waiting at the coke machine while a couple people were standing there talking. Then they noticed me and I noticed that it was two of the employees who weren't getting coke, just hanging out talking.The woman employee looked at me and said "Excuse me is the word" and walked away. I was still on the phone but couldn't believe she just said that. So I stared at her for a moment. She came back and said. "Yeah, I was talking to you." and then laughed and went back to her conversation with the other employee.Needless to say, I'm sad to see this gas station go downhill. Used to be a very friendly place.I won't be back.

Free and multiple air tire filling spots. That alone sets them apart. Never had a bad issue with them and don t understand the negative reviews.

This store was very clean and smelled relaxing. The fact that the Auto repair and car wash in the same spot is spectacular. Everything you need in one spot. Also the front store representative was very knowledgeable about the procedures and made it very easy to navigate through.

I've traded here for 30 years, but today will be my last visit. Walked in to ask about a vehicle inspection. Young cashier was sitting around and pointed me "over here." Asked her how long it would be and she said "I don't know" and smacked her gum. Clearly she was finished discussing it, and couldn't be bothered.I stated I didn't want one if "she didn't know". Disgusted sigh, she swings her long ponytail and called for automotive. Then she smirked at me. I have no idea what's wrong with that young lady, but she has no business in a customer facing role.

Yvette is the rudest cashier I have encountered. Broaddus stations used to be filled with courteous people, not this one. I'll go to Shell from now on; Randy, C and the crew really know customer service.

When I visit a gas station I look only for one thing to poor gas quickly! These guys are trying to slow you down in any possible way! There are 6 different questions before you even start pumping! You need to swipe ypur card before and after all those questions and insead having instructions on what way to turn your card the advertisement is blasting from the speakers in the station so loudly that you hear all the ads from all the stations at the same time! Pumping a full gas tank lasted about 10 minutes!!! P.S. the same ununderstandable ad was blasting on repeat all that time!

Worst customer service in the entire area. They will close the store for long periods of times during the busiest times of the day. They do not value customers and are quick to give attitude to anybody who needs service. Fair warning. If I were you, I'd go somewhere else.

Theresa is such a friendly person so sweet and totally awesome cashier I go out of my way just to stop in and see the friendly face of Theresa she makes me smile at the end if a long hard day at work keep up the great work

Why are the people so upset to be working here? The inspections people are great but now I know that it s two different companies, the chevron it s self has the worst employees ever, hands down so rude and hateful.
