Theron and his team did an amazing job on my classic, he was super communacative and kept me updated, professional and accomadating. They got my car in and out and Theron helped me find some solutions I had been desperately looking for over the last few months and brought them to life. Hands down one of the most honest and trustworthy mechanics around. This is my go-to place for anything vehicle related. If they can't help you, they'll set you up with someone who can! Really great crew.

Dave and his team were absolutely amazing during a month-long ordeal with my engine light. Every time something happened, they were extremely responsible, flexible, honest, and straightforward. I'm glad to have taken my vehicle to them because of their patience and determination to fix the issues. I 100% recommend them. Thanks Dave!

Great service and very trustworthy! I took my Ford Ranger in for a second opinion because another shop told me to spend $2,400 on fixing the engine. After their diagnosis David was very honest and up front that as my main vehicle it wasn t worth me spending that much to fix and suggested I sell it. They explained the issue and didn t even try to convince me to spend over 2 grand on my truck. Dave gave me a lot of great info on next steps and I d recommend Caps to anyone!

Can I give 100 stars??! David is the nicest mechanic I have ever met in my life. They didn t cut corners, listened to every concern I had and I feel like it was a fair price. Went in just to get a quote, but it turns out he's booked through the month because he's that good. He gave me plenty of locations to check out and told me everything I needed to know about my car issue. Just an insanely kind, honest, respectful, and respectable person to talk to. I was only there about 5 minutes and I was very impressed.EDIT: I spent the day visiting about 6 or 7 shops around town and Cap's stood out sooooo far amongst the other's, it wasn't even close.

This shop is excellent. I took my car in for an engine light and it was fixed within a day. Dave at the front was really helpful and pleasant. It was obvious that I didn't know much about cars and he could have taken advantage of me easily and done unnecessary repairs or charge more but he was very honest and transparent. This place is definitely my go-to for any car repairs in the future.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My 70's muscle car and I have a history going back to when I was 19. I'm 44 now and ofcourse I've sought trust worthy mechanics since the day I first drove it home. Of course I've had good and terrible mechanic experiences over the 20+ years. Can't tell you how much of a relief it was to hear about Cap's from a few sources. I was eager to give them a shot. They took great care of something minor at first and they captured my respect and trust from there to work on bigger projects. They shoot me straight so I can be fully informed about issues and possible resolutions. Man, I'm thankful that we caught another break in life in finding them. I find myself proudly talking about Cap's to friends here in ATX and back home in TN and am looking forward to a long awaited build in 2023. Thanks for have the passion and knowledge to be great in this craft.

If you're looking for a mechanic who does a proper diagnosis, and doesn't add in any gimmicks. You've found the right one. I spoke to Darren, about my engine light, he listened and understood. Gave me a reasonable estimate, and got it done quickly and efficiently. I appreciate this kind of auto shop. There should be more mechanics like this. Who don't sell you on things you don't actually need. Thanks Cap's!

I've taken 2 different cars to Caps for things like complete transmission replacement, then most recently replacing rocker arms on a Ford 427. Always gets me taken care of promptly, and at a good value. Very thankful to have a trustworthy mechanic. Cap's are honest and reputable mechanics. I had a check engine light come on, so I brought it in. Diagnostic said it was the same issue that I had before. The part was still under warranty and was replaced. But the Cap's team diagnosed why it was happening and recommended how to fix it. I will forever bring my vehicles here.
