Cannot say enough good things about Caliber Collision in Woodridge. Christina was amazing, went above and beyond to ensure I was getting a fully repaired car returned to me after being hit. We ve had family take their cars there for repairs and have had amazing experiences also. You have my business for life!

AMAZING! Our vehicle was caught in the dreaded hailstorm in the fall of 2023. It is a hardtop convertible Volvo which is a very complex vehicle to accurately perform bodywork. No one else would touch it. Others told me it would take months to get parts from overseas or that it was just going to be totaled. These guys took it in without hesitation. Two weeks later it was returned. All of the damage was repaired using paintless dent repair and there were no signs of previous damage. It was breathtaking. I cannot thank them enough.

I was completely blown away with the entire process from beginning to end. Everyone was extremely helpful and informative. I will never take my car anywhere else for repairs. Any questions i had they answered them even if i called right before closing. They always kept me up to date on the process and they were always patient, polite and informative! As for the work performed their quality is un matched. When i got my car back it looked better than it ever has! I will always go there for repairs and recommended them to everyone!

Derek, Antonio, staff and crew provided outstanding service and repaired my vehicle above and beyond expectations. Communication was straightforward with weekly updates regarding a realistic completion date and actually completed repairs a day early. The service here is good. About a month ago, I took my car in for a minor fender bender. They fixed the car, however there were two scratches on the car that weren't there before. One was on top of the car and the other on the window. Both scratches looked like someone scraped something off the car.The manager reviewed the photos before ye wok was done, said something was on the car window, but could not confirm what. They replaced the window.While the car there, about 2 hours, the back lightbulb was also out, the manager had that replaced at no charge as a concierge serve. I would go back if something ever happened, however I am moving, but would suggest this location to others.

This is my second time taking my car into Caliber, two different locations, and both experiences have been perfect and easy. They communicate well, they provide timely updates and they are just nice! The GM Craig, at the Mc Neil location, went out of his way to make sure I was set with insurance and repairs. He answered all my questions and was polite and helpful. And, the turn around time is equally impressive. You can't ask for much more than that! Highly recommend.

Ken and his team are top notch! I would absolutely recommend them. The repairs were done well, in a timely manner, and the communication through the entire process was great. I was dreading getting this done, but they made it a great experience!

I just had one of the most off-putting inquiry calls of a service provider with Caliber. They informed me that they wouldn't take me on as a client because the insurance company, which was the other driver's company, was not one of their partners. This fact, I can understand, but the person who shared this news was a bit of a jerk about it. After sharing that I would not be calling Caliber Collision in the future with an insurance claim from my own insurance (which is one of their partners), his response was simply..."We have plenty of work coming in, sir, so we are going to be just fine." What has happened to general respect in the customer service world?

You never want to have to visit a body shop, but having a teenage son, I've been here twice now & it's been a good experience both times. They are prompt, kind & take care of you from start to finish, and even check on you afterwards. I will definitely be back if I need body work in the future. This vehicle obviously wasn't fixable, but they have been good to us.

My rear view mirror was broken is minor traffic mishap. I went to a body shop and their bid was several hundred dollars. I went to Antonio Espinoza, the at Caliber Collision and he looked at the damage and told me to go to the dealership and get a new mirror and he would install it for me at NO cost to me. I bought the mirror and he installed it in less time that it took you to read this. It works great. That is Great Service. I will definitely use them again if I need body work. I highly recommend them.

Best Body Shop in Austin. I've used them after 3 accidents. Caliber always does a good job and they stand behind their work. If you have been in a wreck, I highly recommend Caliber Collision.

My insurance recommended this Caliber Collision to me as in-network, I called to set up a time to come in, and the man who answered told me I did not need one. I showed up and the women at the front desk told me I needed an appointment, when I told them what I was told they finally found my file from a misspelled name. Derek came out and checked my car out, took pictures assessed it, and told me he would email me with an estimate later that night. I few weeks later I never got an estimate over email, claims that they have never seen my car etc. Finally, I get an emailed estimate after more run around and we set up a time for it to get dropped off. Derek looks at it again marking up the areas that need help and tells me it will be done in two weeks. Then I had my dad go pick it up and he tells me that the interior of my car was a complete mess, dirty from the paint, my leather seats had white stuff all over and the paint job was grainy and unfinished. They apologize Derek gets his Product Manager on the case to be aware, and they get the car detailed, in another week and a half. They say the car is done and I had my dad come with me again to approve the work. The door is done and the car is clean but there is still a grainy finish on the door jam. Derek says he will come and get my car the next day from my work and get it fixed. Nothing. I call on Monday "Sorry the internet is down today and everyone is swamped" Fine. The next day I go in and bring it back around 3:00 sorry still can't do it no one is available, and the painter is on vacation. Now August when the original "done" date was June 23rd every time I call I get "Derek is busy he'll call you back". And an unfinished car. Don't recommend, poor quality of work, communication, and follow.

This is the 3rd time I've taken a car to Caliber. I keep going back because I am always happy with the work they do and the way they interact with me. They are great about keeping me informed and being up front about the timetable for the repairs, too. It is obvious to me that they want what is a lousy situation (having a damaged vehicle) to be as un-lousy as they can make it. Good job, everyone!!Service: Body & Trim

I HAD HAIL DAMAGES TO MY CAR.DIRECTION FROM MY INSURANCE WHICH IS USAA, I TOOK TO GEORGETOWN LOCATION. WITH OUT MY KNOWLEDGE THEY SENT TO THIS LOCATION DUE TO TOO BUSY WITH OTHER PEOPLE WHO NEED SERVICE WITH HAIL DAMAGE AS WELL. . THEN IT TOOK ALONG TIME TO FIX ALL BECAUSE IT WAS OVER $17,000 WORTH OF DAMAGES. I WAS HAPPY WHEN IT WAS ALL DONE GAVE A GOOD REVIEW. AFTER 6 TO 8 MONTHS AFTER I NOTICED MY HOOD HAD PROBLEM WITH PAINT IS BUBBLING PLACES AND CHIPPING THE PAINTS. I TOOK IN TO SHOW THEM LONG AFTER THAT,DUE TO MY BUSY SCHEDULE. THEY DENIED ITS FROM PAINT JOB. IT SAID ROCKS DID IT. I TOOK TO GEORGETOWN FIRST WHERE I DROP OFF FOR REPAIR THEN I WENT TO MCNAIL LOCATION.MANAGER TOOK LOOK SAYING SAME THING IT WAS DAMAGED FROM ROCKS. AND HE WILL GIVE EMAIL ME THE ESTIMATE FOR GOOD PRICE. WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED.I WAS SO PROSTRATED THIS POINT. TIME WENT BY MY CAR HAD REAL ENDED TOOK TO GEORGETOWN AGAIN THEY FIXED THIS TIME LORA HUGHES WHO KEPT UP WITH UPDATES AND DID GOOD JOB. I ASKED HER TO GIVE ME ESTIMATES FOR HOOD SHE GAVE ME THE ESTIMATES $3,322.62.NEED TO REPLACE NEW HOOD AGAIN ,I ASKED WHY JUST GOT NEW ONE 2020 WHEN HAIL DAMGED. SHE SAYING IT BUBBLE UNDER PAINT.I NEEDTHIS CORRECTED. VERY VERY UNSATISFIED WITH JOB AND RESPONSIBILITY. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO LIFE TIME WARRANTY JOB THEY PERFORMED. IM DISAPPOINTED AND MAD.ONLY THING I DON T UNDERSTAND IS DENTS MY FIRST THOUGHT WAS THEY DIDN'T CHANGE THE HOOD.FIRST 10 PHOTOS FROM FIRST I FINALLY TOOK TO SHOP, REST OF THEM ARE NOW.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my Mini Cooper here after a FedEx truck backed into the front of my car. Staff was very helpful & repairs only took about a week. Christina and Kevin both called me with updates throughout the process.Caliber Collision previously took care of my parents 2007 Chevy Cobalt a few years ago after it was involved in an accident and they did a great job back then as well. Called to schedule appointment at the end of of June. Earliest available time they said they could schedule me was July 17th. Brought it in 8am July 17th. Wasn t told an estimated completion date. They didn t have any of the parts ordered or anything to begin working on my car on the 17th so don t understand why they asked me to bring it in that day. Couldnt pick it up to use it until they were ready to work on it because they had already disassembled it. Didn t even start working on my car until the 26th/27th. Was without a car for over 2 weeks.Service: Body & Trim

These guys are great! I was in an accident mid December...took about 3 weeks for them to get me an appointment. I was willing to wait though. I've been involved in 3 different accidents over the last 10 years. Caliber Collision handled all 3. I swear all three vehicles came back better than when I dropped them off. Ashley at the front was great with handling scheduling, and Adrew my service rider kept me informed every step of the way They actually finished 8 days earlier than planned. The work was very well done. There was a delay in the repair, but this was due to delays in parts delivery and the holidays, thus would not blame the shop. Most of the time did a very good job of keeping me updated, but did have to call for updates a couple of times.
