As the owner of a local business that works with Caliber collision on a regular basis, I cannot say enough good things about them.The level of craftsmanship and professionalism that this company shows is world class. They have a rockstar team that always make sure their customers are well taken care of promptly.They are the only people we trust with our customers vehicles.

Repairs took substantially longer than promised, causing me to spend over $1000 in additional rental fees. Minor cosmetic and engine repairs are still necessary. Lack of communication from upper management.

Best shop in travis county. Small but efficient and they have the BEST front desk girls EVER. Brittany and Lisa are ROCKSTARS. They went above and beyond to help make sure everything was taken care of, they were communicative and just so sweet. I love Caliber Collision, but I love the girls more!

Everyone at Caliber Collision in Lakeway was very friendly and helpful during my vehicle repair. They kept me well informed on what was going on with the repair and when things would be completed. I took my car here after a minor fender bender. The service was phenomenal and I do not say that lightly!! The service team was incredible, kind, knowledgeable, and timely!! The car repair looked smooth as butter and i would recommend anyone to use them for future services. Staff was amazing all around especially my service rep! The GM that runs this location is a very genuine person. Bravo to the whole building!! I could not be more happy!!Service: Body & Trim

I cannot express how pleasant my experience was here. I was in an accident which required the body of my car to get fixed. Chris in particular went above and beyond to ensure that this was a smooth and easy process, and took time to explain things to me as I ve never had to take my car into a shop or deal with insurance before! The communication between with the shop was amazing and they updated me on things every step of the way. I couldn t have been happier with my experience here, and would come back (hopefully not under the same circumstances lol) GREAT TEAM.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Andrew and Janet were amazing! The customer service was outstanding! They were kind & informative and Andrew kept me updated every day on the progress of my vehicle!! The work is perfect and they cleaned my car super well before returning it to me!!! I would HIGHLY recommend them to do any work! I highly recommend! My teenager did a bit of damage to one of our cars and Caliber, especially Stephanie Reynoso, were fantastic. It cost way less than I feared, and I'm absolutely sure that we were treated better than fairly. Any car damage and you should go here. (I don't write many reviews, but I also didn't anticipate this would be a pleasant experience either! ;)Service: Body & Trim

Great service! They repaired our vehicle after being in an accident that was not our fault. It was a very long process due to the extensive damage but they kept us informed regularly and did everything they could to get our vehicle back to us as soon as possible. After delivery there were a few small things that needed to be adjusted and they have even been great getting those taken care of quickly. Highly recommend the Lakeway team!!!

If I were allowed to give them negative stars I would give them -5! DO NOT USE THEM!!!! They took 4 months to repair my Volvo! All I got were excuses and deflected blame. Not once did they apologize for the delay or did they offer to help us out in any way. HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! First they blamed our insurance saying they didn t get back to them in a month (but they couldn t tell me how often they tried to contact them). Then they blamed Volvo parts suppliers for wrong parts sent or delay in part delivery. Mind you on 2 occasions they ordered parts over a month after they initiated repairs. I can understand a lot of issues but not caring about doing right by a customer is unforgivable! Save yourself months of car payments for a car you can t use and horrible customer service. Go ANYWHERE ELSE, don t use Caliber!!!

The Caliber Collision team in Lakeway, and especially their rep. Stephanie Reynoso, are awesome! We went to get an estimate for our front bumper, which had been pulled off, and Stephanie got to work on the spot. In less than 20 minutes, she managed to put all the pieces back in place, and even remove some of the scratches. That kind of honesty and diligence gets loyal customers. We didn't need to leave our car overnight, but they can rest assure that if we have any other issues, we will be going to them!Service: Body & Trim

I do not recommend this location. Greg has very poor customer service skills and is extremely rude. Twice we were told the vehicle was ready only to find both times it was not complete. Then when it was complete they did not clean it adequately and they left the antenna off and sitting in the bottom of the windshield. Very poor quality assurance. There was a color match issue that Greg refused to address and when the insurance company looked at it they agreed that it needed to be fixed but Greg basically told us that since he is not making any money off the fix he refused to help so we had to take it elsewhere to get the repairs completed.

Overall, the experience was very poor. The repair specifically was executed well, but the engagement from beginning to end was a joke. The gentleman that helped me on a rather small bumper repair and dent removal was nice, but throughout the process was forced to make excuse after excuse for delay after delay. On top of that, they tried to milk every single cent from my insurance provider regardless of need leading to them having to pull and repaint my entire rear gate. This also then led them to realizing that the emblems they pulled from my gate were no longer sold. From a timeline perspective, a quoted 10-15 day repair estimate took 29 days. The cherry on top is that since they took so long to repair my car, and it sat nearly one month at their shop, the battery died and could not be recharged. I very rarely write a negative review on Google, but this was just a terrible experience overall.
