When I dropped my car for repair, my rental car was waiting. Everyone was efficient and friendly, and explained every step of the repair process to me. Brendan, my rep, was fabulous. Oh, when my car was ready, I left the rental car at Caliber and went on my merry way.

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! AT the 6222 Menchaca Road location. Everyone from the receptionist to the repair customer service agents were very professional and kind. Thank you Brandon Mercado for your excellent customer service. It's challenging having to deal with getting rear-ended and having to deal two insurance companies; this was the easiest part in the whole process. Thank you so much. Our car looks great.

I came here to get some minor work done. They did a good job on restoring the body, but they damaged an interior light on my door and put the trim back on the door incorrectly as well.I scheduled to have someone look at it before Christmas, and the employee said they probably caused the damage when they took the door apart; he said they d reach out after the holidays about scheduling me. Come January, I don t hear back, so I call them. I m told I will need to reschedule so they can take a look at the issues I already took off work to show them the first time, now I will need to take off again for something that should ve already been done? The lady on the phone had nothing to say when I explained this.On top of that, they never sent me an invoice, yet told me I had an overdue balance. But when I picked up the car, I was told that everything was covered by insurance. I have receipts showing a $ 0 balance. Very frustrating.

I had a great experience with Caliber when my car was being my repaired via insurance. They kept me updated by text, and were clear in their communication. They also returned my vehicle cleaned. I would go back to Caliber in the future if we ever need repairs again.

Had a unfortunate accident on my 2019 Nissan Rogue and the repairs were done by Caliber Collision. Brandon and his team at the Manchaca location are awesome. The repairs were completed almost a week before the promise date.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

No one wants to be in an accident with car body damage, but Caliber made this whole experience so much better. They have worked on my car twice and each time I felt they went above and beyond. Then even did a great job re-wrapping the stripes on my Mini Cooper. I wasn't expecting that at all. I was thinking I was going to have to call the folks who did the wrap to have them re-do it. So thank you again and again. Billy was my service rep at the Menchaca Rd. location and he was great.Service: Body & Trim

Caliber Collison does excellent work and great customer service. We have used them twice and the bodywork makes the 2010 Honda Odyssey look brand new again! We truly appreciate their care and customer service.

I had an outstanding experience with Johnny at Caliber Collision. He was truly amazing at communicating throughout the entire process. From my initial visit, Johnny was super helpful, explaining everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. What really stood out was his consistent communication via text, keeping me informed at every step of the way, from the initial assessment to the completion of each stage. True to their word, my car was returned as promised, and I couldn't be happier with the results.I also want to give credit to the receptionist (apologies for not catching her name) with dark hair. She was equally as helpful and exceptionally friendly, contributing to an overall positive experience. Highly recommended!

Great customer service and work. Kept me informed throughout the process via text, which I really appreciated. Helped me understand what was being done and when so I understood why the vehicle needed to be there for as long as it was (which wasn't very long). Would use again!

I was sideswiped by a big Toyota truck . All the damage was not repaired when I picked up my car . There were still scratches in the back door and mirror that were seen and discussed in the initial assessment. There are still fluorescent paint marks on my car where they marked the damage . He said they would buff it out when I brought it back to fix the rest . Which would mean I would be without my car again because they didn t fix it all the first time . Technician and manager said they would resubmit to insurance. I never heard back from them . This shop obviously cuts corners to save insurance company money . I wish I had gone elsewhere. Not happy with the Manchaca / Stassney CC location . Not customer oriented at allServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber Collision has worked on my vehicles several times over the past 30 or more years. They always do great work, and when there are problems, can always be relied on to make it right. This time, i was especially impressed by the fact that they underpromised and over delivered, getting my car back to me almost a week before the promised date.

I have always used Caliber for bodywork and they never disappoint. Billy at the Manchaca location was thorough, friendly, and patient during the whole process. I was updated almost every day of my car s status. He even went above and beyond in helping with my kids while I transferred the car seats from the rental back to my car. My backup camera glitches since having them perform repairs. I had to take my vehicle back multiple times for a leak in the sunroof they created .

We have been here twice. Both times we had to have them re-do the work. Both times the final product was still not right. This time they opened my sunroof for some reason and it rained leaving water damage on the sunroof cover. Never again.Also they ll tell you to email communitymanager@caliber and they won t ever respond.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I went in to get an estimate for my car to see what what all needed to get done and spoke with a service advisor, Cordero. After patiently waiting for 2 in a half weeks for a response to schedule an appointment to get it fixed , I then called in and spoke to the receptionist that informed me there was never any records of my car ever being taken for an estimate . Even the lady I spoke to gave me attitude and didn t help me resolve my issue whatsoever . I ended taking my car to a different location down the road at Lamar that gave me a much better experience. Don t waste your time here as they wasted mine .

My vehicle was damaged at your shop. I brought the vehicle back to repair the damage and the agent stated the part had been replaced. That was not the truth. The rep painted over the damage and I can clearly see that they did a terrible paint job. There is interior damage on every single door of my car and even on the center console. I am extremely upset that my car has new damages that were not there before arrival at this location. All I am asking for is that my vehicle s interior is in the same state that it was when it first arrived. I need all four doors and the console to be replaced. This is absolutely ridiculous.Service: Body & Trim
