I chose the Ben White location because a known dealership said they've always had the best success with communication and results at this location. Note, there is a chance your car may be sent to their other locations for repairs if they are too backed up.John was thorough with communication and provided regular updates whether it was good or bad news, which I appreciate.They did a great job repairing my son's car and I'd highly recommend working with them if you need repairs done to your car.Drop-off Date: 7/24/23Estimated Completion Date: 8/18/23Pickup Date: 9/22/23The delay was due to damaged parts received and the turn around time to reorder parts and have them painted for installation.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had gotten some body work on my car here. I will say they did an excellent job with this! What I brought my car in for was repaired and looked superb. My car was even dropped off at my house while I was at work! However, inspecting my car the following day, there was a broken driver side mirror housing and scratches on my car. That was January 19th. I have been waiting for my car to get repaired since.Of course I called to notify them of this issue. I NEVER received any communication unless I was calling and sending emails. If I call they never transfer me to Larry, the gentleman at Caliber Collision I was working with. One time they hung up when they were going to "transfer" my car to Larry. I promptly called back only to be sent to a full voicemail. I have contacted my insurance company who said that they reached out to Caliber and that I would have an update. That was over two weeks ago with no follow up or communication since then.I have tried and tried to give Caliber Collision a chance to rectify the situation. Instead I was met with a spit in the face. At this point I have given up on ever hearing back from this situation and will just be reaching out to my insurance company with all the written communication I have. This has been the worst ongoing experience with a company I have had.I will say to reiterate, they do amazing work. It's why they're so good at their job that I hate how I am treated.

They took care of me and my car. Excellent customer service. They don't just get the job done, they think of the bigger picture to insure your care. They keep you informed every step of the way, and kindly and patiently walk you through the process while you're shaken from whatever took place. I highly recommend Caliber Collision if you're in need.

Caliber Collision, your the best! You took care of all my cars fragile needs exceptionally. Your professional and knowledgeable staff; from the Receptionist to the Rep, & repair crew, in person and on the phone are exceptional. Appreciated the agreed quality customer service care throughout the entire process, and the timely manner of completion. My car looks great!. Special kudos to Ms. Bri, you truly made this a very stress-free & pleasant experience for me. And staff took care of my car timely, as though it was their car. Very professional staff. Much appreciated! Highly recommend, the Terry-O location, because their worth the trip!

A deer on TX130 came out of no where and ran into the side of my year old (still show room condition) Bolt EUV electric vehicle.The very friendly and super knowledgeable John C and team over at Caliber Collision did an amazing job of repairing my vehicle with all OEM parts and got it back to show room condition again.During the whole process, John texted me regular status updates of progress and even went above and beyond while I was out of town to take my Bolt to and from Capitol Chevrolet for previously scheduled warranty work and a full detail.I highly recommend John C and the team at Ben White Caliber Collision for your car accident repairs.

After a long day at work, I was devastated to see a massive scratch on my hood and driver's side door. It looked rough, and with no note from the offender, I was worried about the cost of repair. I called Caliber that evening and they scheduled me the very next day for a quote.To my surprise, Pedro and the team were able to buff it out on the spot!! I never expected an instant repair. To top it off they didn't even charge! We've been going to Caliber for years and this is EXACTLY why. They treated me like royalty, are honest brokers, and were just so great with my time and my car. Great great people and my car looks amazing!!!Service: Painting

This place fixed my initial damage, but messed up something else (of course). Since September I've spent 4 visits trying to get it fixed. They'd say they just needed a certain part, I'd go back when they had it, it didn't fix the problem so they got another part, etc. Then I called and apparently the guy I was working with no longer works there, so I had to start all the way over. I asked to speak to the manager and they put me on hold for 30 minutes... I hang up and call back and they refused to answer my phone call. I'm not exaggerating that I spent another 30 minutes calling them with them either hanging up on me directly or letting it ring. I just wanted my car fixed so I finally had to contact another shop to get the regional managers number so I could get some help. He was very helpful, I came and FINALLY got it fixed when this shop wouldn't. I wasn't offered any apology, call back or nothing from them.Now this is December and the manager (I think her name is Ashley) who refused to contact me back or help me out finds the time nowwwww to call me (sounds like she's chewing gum or finishing her lunch) and tells me that I owe them because they didn't take the correct amount the original time I went. Lol you want me to now spend MOREEEEE time going through my records and receipts to verify something that YOU messed up since SEPTEMBER?? Along with all the other headache and time spent already??This is literallyyyyyyyy exactlyyyyy what you don't want when doing business with your insurance, auto, and repair shop.AVOID THIS PLACE AND ASHLEY AT ALL COSTS. Just look at the other negative reviews.

My brother had his truck repaired here. Once he got it back, he found that they had stolen some patches from his military unit and a cable for an accessory he purchased. This is the biggest complaint.On top of that obviously very bad communication between clients.

The one on Ben White by I 35 treated me very well! My car looked better than when I had it before. An extremely friendly group of people work there.

I did not want to write this review, but I picked up my car nearly 3 months ago and they still haven t repaired the damage they inflicted. They returned my car with a new scratch, a front passenger side door that wasn t programmed, and an improperly installed door handle that broke off the first night. I ve called them numerous times to schedule the needed repairs. Each time they say they ll fix it, but they haven t yet. It s been too long to take this ll promise seriously.

Excellent service, John and his team finished the car earlier than expected , John kept me informed through the complete process and repair.. he was helpful in addressing all my concerns, and even did it in layman s terms that I could understand.. additionally even though the close at 5:30pm and I arrived at 5:25pm. He retrieved my car out of the secure parking area and showed/explained all that had been accomplished.. EXCELLENT REPAIR SHOP.. with AWESOME EMPLOYEES..Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Review for fellow USAA members:The greatest lesson I took away from my horrific experience working with this Caliber location through USAA insurance would be to never have worked with either of these two parties in the first place, especially if you have a car over four years old that you would like to hold on to, even if it just appears to have slight cosmetic damage.If you do decide to pursue a repair here, it is imperative that you make yourself as extraordinarily involved in every step of the process as you can because Caliber will leave you in the dark. Very poor communication. Call them frequently and often for updates about any and all work they are performing or plan to perform. Know the status of your car at all times, especially as they contractually protect themselves for any damage that may occur to the vehicle while in their possession.DO NOT be passively trusting of their initial estimate. DO NOT assume they are just doing what they told you they would do up front. DO NOT let your guard down at any point in the repair process just because they are a USAA Star Affiliate.Ask questions about what they are charging, why they are charging it, and most importantly what if any additional problems could arise that might lead the initial estimate you are seeing to balloon to levels that could put your vehicle into the arena of being totaled, even if it is in fine working condition. Then continue to ask these questions daily.I did not do this. As a USAA member, I trusted that Caliber gave me the closest approximation to what the price would be. I trusted they had done their due diligence to fully and adequately assess the damage had I known such a drastic price increase was a possibility, I would have driven away immediately. At the very least, I trusted they would communicate with me if there were any additional issues/damage not listed in the estimate that arose. It never crossed my mind while I was working diligently from home that the price they quoted would over double, nor was the possibility of such a drastic price increase ever communicated to me at any point during the repair process until they called me out of the blue to tell me it was totaled. A perfectly good car gone in the blink of an eye.I took the radio silence from Caliber aside from an initial phone call to be a sign that they were repairing my car, nothing was out of the ordinary, and that they would soon have it completed. I was radically wrong.Had I not worked with USAA and Caliber, I would have been far better off. The decision to work with and trust both of these companies did far more damage to my mobility than a Nissan Murano and 18-wheeler combined (which this vehicle was rear ended by picture below). As inferred by USAA, this is indeed a Star Shop a 1 Star Shop. Zero would be more accurate if that were possible.Update 8/25 in response to reply below:What would be the point of sending an email now? The above review is not a list of concerns , and the damage has already been done. It s a recap of my experience working at this location, an expression of my regret for doing so, and an attempt to share the knowledge I gleaned from this repair to other USAA members.

This is our second time using Caliber Collision. I will say the first time the work we received was great as well as the communication. This second time however hasn't been as great. When we brought our minivan in for the initial look they told us that they were two weeks out to getting an appointment, which is totally fine, and that the repair would take about a week. We brought our car in for an unfortunate hit and run and our insurance doesn't cover a rental. We brought our van in on April 6th and met with an associate who was the same person a couple weeks earlier who told us it would only take an about a week. We dropped the car off and no one mentioned anything about a different timeline. Yesterday we get a text saying that the soft (can't guarantee) expected date of pick up is April 19th. Which is almost two weeks after drop off. Caliber does great work but if a rental isn't in your plan or you can't afford a rental long term make sure you confirm with them before dropping off your car. When I called and asked about how our repair period had basically doubled, I was sent text saying that they can't see in the future and can't stand by the original time quote they gave me.Service: Body & Trim

I had an excellent experience with this Caliber Collision. I got daily text updates on my car and it was ready weeks before it was promised. The car looks brand new and has not been cleaner since the day I bought it. This place sure keeps their promises and do above and beyond of what is expected. If they promised to follow up, they sure will on the date they ptomised. A BIG SHOUT-OUT TO JOHN CHILLEMI for keeping me up to date with my car. When needed, I will always take my cars to Caliber Collision. Bri and her team did an excellent job of repairing my truck. And I received it ahead of schedule! The claim process was also a breeze since they're an approved repair shop through my insurance. My catalytic converter got stolen while I was visiting Austin, and I ended up using this shop to repair my car since it was the closest to me, and I am so grateful and lucky to have chosen them. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and make sure my car got safely back me. Sal took care of my car specifically and was extremely communicative and kind. I would 100% use their services again.

Caliber Collison does amazing work! Extremely professional, friendly and honest. Sal, my service advisor. Kept me informed every step of the way with daily updates via text message. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. My car looks as good as the day I brought her home from the dealership, and this is why I have always used Caliber Collison in the past and why I will continue to use them in the future. Body parts people ok not to good with them uncovered from motor flew first day that got on toll bridge window from back lift gate not tint lock from suv back lift gate broken have to go back again but Briceda is awesome person other than that is reason I go back because of her nothing personal but work 2 job no time to be going back and fourth
