Had two cars go in for hail damage, and came out looking brand new! One of them had previously went in for a minor fender bender at this location also. Both experiences were top notch. Matthew went the extra mile and made sure the vehicles were perfect when they were done. He always communicated through the entire process, and was quick to address and solve any of my concerns!The staff at this caliber is super friendly and welcoming, and I will continue to return in the future!Cannot say enough good things about Matthew and the team at caliber. Absolutely would recommend!

Great service great team highly recommended. I have used Callibar several times. My car was returned ahead of schedule looking brand new. They worked closely with my insurance company and rental service. Checked on my needs throughout the service. Awesome job.

Extremely pleased with my experience here. Great customer service -- my advisor Matthew was communicative during the entire process via text and phone calls. I went in for collision repairs, but while the car was at the shop it sustained hail damage. The team was very helpful with filing the new claim and got the repairs done quickly. Above and beyond my expectations.

The entire staff at this location is amazing. We were from out of town in Austin for our special needs daughter's therapy for 3 weeks and the day the wreck happened, we called a few places to see how long repairs would take and many said 5/6 weeks. Christina at Caliber was amazing and able to work us in same day to get an actual estimate of timelines vs just a phone call with out actually seeing the vehicle like the other places and locations. Bobby so was awesome, from the moment we arrived! He assessed the damage and gave us an honest realistic timeline. Before we even left in the rental, he was already making calls to make sure he could get the parts for our vehicle quickly. Bobby made sure we were taken care of and kept us informed throughout the entire process. He originally estimated that our van would be ready on the 12th (which would have meant we would have had to drive back and make a special trip to Austin from Dallas to pick it up after our daughters therapy concluded) but, thanks to the amazing team at this location, it was ready a whole week earlier on the day we were set to head home to Dallas with our toddler and infant!!! Bobby, Christina, and the entire team at this Caliber location were complete and total SUPERSTARS and we can't express enough how well we were taken care of. If we could give them 100 starts we would!!!!!!

Rare that I get service so good I have to immediately review. Christina at the front desk operations is amazing with excellent customer service skills. Bobby quickly cleared up our issue with his expertise. Will definitely use Caliber if we have another auto body repair need in the future

Fast courteous service. The lady at the reception area was very friendly and accommodating. Case kept me up to date on the repairs. And the body shop team did an amazing job repairing my car and getting it back to me a week early.

Caliber North Lamar is amazing! This location goes above and beyond! The staff is friendly, professional and expresses a genuine interest in total customer satisfaction. Vanessa at Caliber arranged for Enterprise to bring a rental car onsite, which was a huge time savings. Vanessa and Bobby, my service advisor kept me informed and went above and beyond to deliver. Edgar, the body technician personally introduced himself after the repairs were complete, who did an amazing job with the repairs. Damon, Regional Manager personally thanked me for my business, Caliber N Lamar, thank you for taking great care of me.

Front desk was great! Vehicle review and inspection was quick. Make sure you have photos with you if this was an insurance claim so you can be sure to get every damage covered. Overall the car was cleaned and replaced to a high level when it was returned. Happy to recommend this location.

This location has a very responsive staff, Case kept me posted on a weekly basis on the status of my car, and even when some parts were delayed he kept the communication going, that gave me even more trust into the shop because the kept it straight and honest. So far is been almost 10 days and my car runs like brand new. Thank you!Ps: the only reason that I put 4 stars is over the communication from front desks staff, I arrived to my first appointment like 10 min after and I can understand that it was a busy day and by then they could not squeeze me in for an inspection, but at least a best attitude/treatment with the client would help.

My 2013 Honda Accord was repaired after a break-in through the front passenger door. Th administrative staff helped me understand the process of leaving the car to have the estiamte prepared for insurance. I had to give up the car for the entire time (6 business days) of evaluating the damage, ordering parts and doing the actual repair. The service representative was excellent in understanding the work I was requesting and in keeping me informed of when to expect the repairs to be complete. I was totally satisfied with the work done for the repair. And it was done on the date originally predicted.

I had a great experience with Caliber! My new car had been damaged by hail and they got her looking like it never happened. When I picked the car up, they had even cleaned the inside, which was a pleasant surprise. Their interactions with my insurance company were seamless. They facilitated an equally seamless connection with my rental car company. This was a godsend in helping my life stay on track during the repairs. Also, everyone was very friendly! I am grateful.

Currently having second repairs done on chipping paint from a previous repair. D. Evans has been extremely helpful and accommodating in the process so far. Once I was able to get in touch with staff, they ve made sure my repair can be scheduled effectively and I m all taken care of.

I brought my *brand new* car in for a minor paint repair. I got it back after 2 weeks in worse condition than when I brought it in. There was haloing all down the side of where they fixed it. Their either incompetent for not noticing or unethical.Update: I took my car back in and the manager went above and beyond to make it right. Thankfully, it just needed to be buffed out more. Truly great customer service! They stayed late to get my car done early so I could leave town for a funeral. Bobby was exceptional. Very communicative and clear. I always knew what to expect. They washed and vacuumed my car before returning it to me. Handled the return of my rental car and handled collecting final payment from my insurance company. Seriously the best customer service I ve had in any capacity in longer than I can remember. Thank you. I ll be back if needed and will definitely recommend to others! I was rear-ended. I chose Caliber because the other person's insurance was setup to do direct pay with them. Once I got through the hassles of insurance and the initial scheduling, everything went great. The customer service (my contact was Bobby) was first rate. I got calls twice a week with progress updates. The repair took a little longer than expected, but that was parts issues. The quality of the work was flawless. I get the impression that the other person's insurance may have been jerking them around (just like they had me) -- but once they got the insurance assignment they dealt with it completely and I didn't have to do a thing. Phenomenal customer service by Manuel Marin, General Manager and Bobby Werner, service advisor!! After a rear-end collision, Caliber Collision Center repaired my vehicle and it looks awesome; great quality work. Mr. Marin kept me informed with regular updates. I am extremely grateful for the great quality work and the phenomenal customer service; this type of great service is not very common these days. Caliber collision was very nice. Christine and Bobby were very nice. They took time and made sure I understood everything. They did wonderful job on my car. Christine made sure I understood. Christine went over and beyond I got lost she calmed me down and told me which way to go she guided me all the way there to Caliber. She was very nice and polite and so was Bobby. They are so polite

They squeezed me in when someone cancelled their appointment so I didn t have to wait months to fix my car. They also called me and updated me on my car the whole time.
